The tales about the history of Slovenia and the explanations about the wines were very interesting. The owner also explained in detail the technical issues of the vici and the appetizers were very good and plentiful

By luck we were the only ones signed up for a tasting. We had the host all to ourselves. Her stories were wonderful. Wines were the best we have had in Slovenia. And the snack platter served as lunch. 5 stars!!!

We were welcomed warmly by Irena in the winery and tasted all but one wine they produced. Every wine had its own story, as well as a unique label on each bottle. Irena did not go into detail about the pH or other technicalities of the wines as we were no experts in this area. The food was delicious and self-made or locally bought. Afterwards, we were allowed to walk through the vineyard for as long as we liked before heading back. The cost of the activity was not high for everything we got. If you are not an expert but a wine lover, you will enjoy your afternoon there!

We were so upset that we were unable to make this experience due to a time delay crossing the border from Bosnia. Not more than 2 hours later, the host messaged us to double check that we were okay— so kind!

Lovely area, nice presentation und convienent camping side. It's a romantic place to stay. Irene did a really good job.

We did a wine tasting at Lepa Vida and slept on the parking space in front of the winery. The wine tasting was amazing. The owners are very nice and very welcoming. We would recommend everybody to come here and to try the wines.

We loved the experience of the wine tasting and the local food presented with the tastings. Irena was a great host, and explained the wines and the history of the winery. Irena explained each wine and why they (Slovenians) predominately make white wines in detail without an overload of information. The first wine we tried was a Rose that we really enjoyed and the wines only got better. Our star preferences were the Chardonnay and the Rv (Merlot/ Cab Sauv) wines. A great afternoon.

It was a geat experience especially for the price we paid. The wine and food was amazing. The hostess was also very welcoming and informative. And the scenery just topped off the experience. We were just my husband and myself and just another couple but felt very comfortable and had time and pace to enjoy the whole atmosphere. I highly recommend

Amazing winetasting. The wines were very good and the (local) snacks were delicious but most of all, the way Irena was able to share her passion for winemaking and wine really shines through and made the experience unforgettable. We definitely recommend it!

Great experience, delicious wine and snacks and very friendly owners. Would definitely recommend! Also very beautiful space, looks completely new and you have a very nice view to the wine yard. P.s. definitely an “instagramable” location, for those of you wondering.
