Although avid wine lovers, we still learned a lot in the class. The food pairing was delicious and the instructor was fun and knowledgeable.

Great class, very informative and interesting. The host Georgia was excellent, she even remembered all our names. Would highly recommend if you are looking to actually learn about wine.

We’ve done a number of wine tastings over the years and this one stands out. Manuel did a wonderful job giving us background information and guiding us in our tasting of 6 wines. Would highly recommend this.

What a fun experience! Manuel was knowledgeable about Tuscan wines and managed to be very entertaining. We enjoyed it very much and would recommend. We bought some of the wines we liked, and keeping fingers crossed that they'll ship intact back home sometime next month!

This class provided excellent explanations and generous tastings of various Tuscan wines. We wish we could have bought some to take home, but we had only carry-on luggage with us on this trip. Manuel was an engaging and entertaining host. Thank you!

The absolute perfect evening! We learned so much about Tuscan Wines. Equal parts informative and so much fun! Can’t wait to do this again next time we visit Siena.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the educational component to this tour- it was set up like a little class room with a projector, map, and (like stationary) wine glasses and snacks! We felt we got a lot of useful information from our “teacher” and have a better understanding of selecting wine. The best part was our instructor was very generous with our pours and refills were encouraged!

Terrific class. Had a ton of fun. So convenient being in the city walls. Drank, laughed and learned a great deal. Manuel was a terrific teacher and good natured person. No pressure sale. If you don’t know much about wine from Tuscany, want to learn and drink with a friendly group, this tour is for you.

This was a great start for wine tasting tour around Siena. The class was fun and educational at the same time. I learnt about history of wines in general and specially in Tuscany area. We tasted several wines and olive oil accompanied by some savery snacks. I would recommend this especially if you are not so familiar with wines in the area. The staff were really nice and welcoming.

We had only two couples in this tour. One was from a combined food and wine tour and us, who were supposed to be just in the wine class. It was All Saints Day and things weere supposed to be winding down in Siena. Since there was only one couple in each tour our tour operator graciously added us to the food and wine tour. She was very knowledgable and passionate about the food and wines of Tuscany. It was a great experience. I would recommend this tour.

Wine class with Milo was great. Learned a lot about wines from Tuscany and the history behind them. Tasted some great local Tuscan wines. Highly recommend this class before you go on vineyard trips.

Milo took us on a journey through history, culture and taste sensations. The exploration of wine characteristics and categories was engaging and conducted with much laughter and fun. It was certainly an enjoyable couple of hours and I would highly recommend putting this adventure on your list.

This tour was one of the highlights of our three-week trip to Italy! Guillermo was not only knowledgeable (encyclopedic) and engaging and fun, but he would also answer any question, even how he survived during the pandemic. He was passionate about history and winemaking and foreign travel. The tour was about nine hours and went like this: lovely drive thru Tuscan countryside, winery tour and tasting, stop at Montalcino, lunch at small winery and more wine tasting, stop at Benedictine monastery, final wine tasting at a larger winery, and more lovely countryside drive. For my husband and I, the best part was lunch at Cava D'Onice. It's a small winery run by a husband-and-wife team who produce fabulous wine. The wife prepared all the food, including homemade pasta. The husband told us about his family and how he got started in the winemaking business (Guillermo interpreted for us), and about his commitment to quality in everything he does. I would highly recommend this tour! You'll return home with wonderful memories, tons of wine-making knowledge, and if you're like us, a case or two of wine.

We enjoyed both Milo’s commentary as well as the wines, which included high quality reds. After the class, I emailed a follow-up Vino Nobile question and quickly got a very helpful response from Georgia.
