Noah was a wonderful tour guide. We learned so much while having fun on the water. We saw dolphins and flamingos in the distance and got to see comb jellyfish, a horseshoe crab, manatees, and even an alligator in the water. We learned a lot and had fun!

We’ve been on kayak tours with several different companies, and Cocoa Kayaking is now the only one we’ll use! In the past month, we’ve been on 2 of their tours at Merrit Island Wildlife Refuge, once with Logan and once with Noah. They both gave us a great tour and told us lots of interesting information about the history and wildlife in the area. We had the thrill of encountering manatees (up close!), dolphins, herons, stingrays, cone jellyfish, horseshoe crabs, and alligators! Logan even took us to places that we had never been with other tour groups, and Noah showed us how to safely hold a horseshoe crab! They also took lots of pictures that were available to us online (for free!) after the tour, and their prices were better than the other tour groups. There’s no better way to experience the spectacular beauty of this area than on a kayak tour with Cocoa Kayaking!

I can't say enough good things about our trip. Logan, our tour guide, was absolutely amazing, and we plan to fly down (we live in Jersey) just to take more tours with him. You NEED this guy as your tour guide. He has enough knowledge, passion, experience, and wisdom to have the equivalent of a PhD in botany, marine biology, conservation, and sustainability. Incidentally, he also did a great job of teaching us about the culture in Florida county by county throughout the state. I was a high school teacher for 31 years, and he is truly one of the best educators I've ever met. Besides Logan's knowledge, he's also a great guide - entertaining, kind, funny, and thoughtful. I was incredibly moved by his love for and understanding of the manatees themselves. There was a particular one that he noticed was skinny and checked on it a few times as it came to the surface (almost as if to see him for help). He was very concerned and made plans to get help from local marine scientists in the area after our tour was finished. As for the sights we saw: AMAZING. We saw TONS of manatees, a few dolphins in the distance (because of the time of day they weren't close), an alligator, some kind of non-stinging jellyfish, sting rays (not the kind that kill!), tons of stunning birds and more. The manatees were so close (and friendly) that - if we were allowed - we could've pet them. Logan taught us all about the mangroves and what makes them so incredibly special and NECESSARY to the ecosystem. The depth and breadth of things I learned on this trip enriched my life. This 2-hour kayak trip opened up a whole incredible world to me that I knew nothing of before. It made me want to travel more because it helped me see how much I need to learn about the world. I will be back, and I will tell everyone it's well worth the trip. I will also tell them to find Logan. THANK YOU, Cocoa Kayaking! THANK YOU, Logan!!

Our guide was Logan and it was an absolute great time. Filled with information and beautiful views. And of course us getting lost before it even started Logan was able to come find where we parked, accommodated us and made this a great birthday experience. Beginning to End had a great time. (If Logan sees this: We actually towards the end of our time ran into a little group who added a little bit of experience to the tour, we actually saw them again AFTER we left (pictures included)

Cricket, my guide was great and fun to explore the Indian River with. She pointed out so many facts and wild life around the area. It was a beautiful couple of hours of kayaking. Saw plenty of manatees up close, and horseshoe crab. She took great pictures, so I could relax and enjoy the fun. Thank you so much and keep up the great kayaking adventure!

What a great experience! My wife & I booked this at the last moment and we are so very glad we did! Seeing the manatees up close and personal, i.e. they were mating, was an incredible experience! Logan & Troy were outstanding guides... Logan's knowledge of the manatees, mangroves, and other animals & aspects of the area are outstanding and he presented that knowledge in an extremely enjoyable & understanding way. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had him as our guide.

Our guide, Logan, was a gem! Highly recommend! What a serene, quiet, yet exciting, tour. It was just my 13 yo son and me, and we were very pleasantly surprised. It was educational and magical.

We had an amazing adventure with Logan as our guide. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, very passionate about what he does and where he does it. We saw lots of wildlife to include an alligator, manatee, dolphins, lots of species of birds, lots of other water life etc. The whole adventure was very worth the drive from Cape Canaveral. Logan also referred us to an amazing restaurant to top off the trip, Dixie Crossroads in Titusville. Great adventure, beautiful weather, water was perfect, guide was amazing. We look forward to doing it again on our next trip. Thank you! CJ and Matt

It was a beautiful setting with a knowledgeable guide. We saw so much wildlife and learned a lot. Our guide told us many interesting facts while still giving us time in silence to enjoy the beauty. We would definitely recommend to anyone!

Our morning tour of the National Wildlife Refuge on Merritt Island could not have been better. Our guide, Logan, was ready and waiting at the Haulover Canal put-in with everything we would need, from easily maneuverable sit on top kayaks to water and bug repellent which must have worked since I didn't see any bugs. While we were waiting on the other guests to arrive a manatee and a couple of dolphins showed up to foretell what the day would be like. Once we had our safety briefing and geared up, Logan took us to an easy paddle over towards the Mosquito Lagoon entering a waterway through the mangroves with the gentle admonition to paddle quietly so as not to frighten the manatees. Within minutes we were staring eyeball to eyeball with a large alligator resting on the bank of the water and shortly were surrounded by what seemed like dozens of mating manatees! Along the way we stopped to be friendly with a crab who didn't seem to mind the human interaction and a few herons who looked at us with cautious eyes. We ventured into the Haulover Canal to the boat landing where the Manatees were surfacing and exhaling with their distinctive "whoosh" all around us, then watched dolphins circling a rock pile herding fish to each other and paddled out of the way of a large cruiser moving through the canal. Cocoa Kayaking earned our highest rating on both of their tours that we took!
