Wow! What an icredible experience. The 4 zip lines are take your breath away amazing- just incredible. I was quite nervous and scared but the guides (Owen (or Eoin) & Sarah) were great, Owen especially put me at ease and i felt totally safe the whole way through. This is a must do experience when in Whistler.

Amazing experience! A great mixture between nature and adventure. The guides were super friendly, funny and professional. Transportation abd check-in was also very easy. All the equipment was in greag shape. I highly recommend this activity!!

The experience was amazing. Audrey and Pablo took excellent care of us. I highly recommend it. The view was amazing. There are a total of four lines, and they offer different views and speeds. We would do it again for sure. Even the ride up was a lot of fun.

Had an absolute blast doing the zipline ! The 4x4 is cool to start the journey and our guides Hannah and Tucker were unreal, super friendly helpful and funny (to distract ya if you’re afraid of heights🤪). Seamless process start to finish!

My family went to Whistler Superfly Zipline and had one of the most incredible experiences. The team working there were all so nice and friendly. Safety is taken very seriously and through demonstrations you learn how safe this is. Our son (7 years old) talked about this all day. He loved it, and in fact wanted to do it again. I highly recommend Superfly! You will Have a great experience.

Jake and Louise were fantastic guides. From safety checks to humor, they nailed it. The scenery and snowfall at the time made it unforgettable.

Views at sunset were astounding. Do note that you check-in at the base camp and not the village. Sara and Taka were our amazing guides.

Went a few days after it snowed a lot and i loved it. It was more than what I expected and it was just so much fun, Tom and Lucas were our guides on this and their personalities were so nice to be around, they made the zip lining x10 better. And Sleigh ( or Slay - i never asked for the spellings ) was also a great driver when we had to get to the top. Although Lucas needs to dance more ( and know how to throw a snowball) this experience was defo a 10/10 and management if you’re reading please give them a raise they deserve it.

The zip line tour guides were great but the zip line course is kind of ho hum. Only four zip lines and two are very short. The worst part is the whole booking process. I think they are purposely very vague in their web information the online booking is very confusing. It gets worse when you talk too one of their staff on the phone. Their shuttles from whistler village are a rip off. Better to take a cab. Overall I wouldn’t recommend them

We booked a tour for four people at 6 pm for noon the next day at 1230. At 11 am the called and said they were not going to be able to take us because they were "booked up". Thanks Superfly, for wasting our morning. They were not apologetic and made it feel like they were doing us a favor by offering us a "full refund"

Had an amazing day on snow mobiles, zip lines and then back for Vallea Lumina in the evening. Hard to pick a favourite they were all incredible and we were blown away with the lights in Vallea Lumina, definitely a great activity to do with the family.

We brought clients from the UK to Cougar Mountain to experience Superfly and Snowmobile followed by a private lunch in the secluded mountain yurt! It was magical - the guests were thrilled. We went for the superfly zip lines and had Lucas and Hannah welcome us as our guides. They were professional as required and went the extra mile to ensure that a couples getaway like this was worth every sent spent. We were explain the various safety regulations and requirements which had to be followed during the course of the zip lines. The fact that they engaged in good conversations to keep our enthusiasm high and our fears, low is something that would stay with us. We are definitely going back to experience this once again (or many times more).
