Went out on the midday trip, April 10th. Ion was the pilot and guide, very friendly and helpful, more importantly very knowledge about the marine wildlife, there wasn't a question which he could answer. I learnt a lot from him Ion. being in a small low boat enabled us to get very close to the whales something you can't do in a larger boat. I 100% recommend taking a trip with these guys, you will have a most delightful experience. I will go with them again next time I am back in Tenerife.

Our trip with John has been incredible. Next to seeing many pilot whales as well as dolphins we could gain so many insights into the wild life given John’s outstanding expertise and the way he can share it with the participants. Thank you again so much, John!

An amazing trip that returned way more than expected. 2 different close up whales and you knew it was good when even Ion the guide was excited. Loved the experience and would definitely recommend.

If your main aim is to see whales and Dolphins and not so bothered about leisurely having drinks and perhaps a dip then this trip may be for you. Only lasts a couple of hours but you are on a fast rib, you get to the main places quickly with a guide that is clearly passionate about the whales and marine life you may see. We saw loads of oceanic dolphins and pilot whales along with a flying fish. This being in a small boat you could responsibly get close to the Whales and dolphins with the engine cut This is a Small group tour which also makes it much better IMHO. I have been on 3 other Whale watching trips around the world - all good but this was the best. However, a rib might not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility. Also ensure your liquid intake will allow you to last 2 hrs without a comfort break. Great fun as well if you like a fast boat. Our Skipper John was excellent.

Highly recommend. Our guide knew really a lot about the whales and environment. You could also notice he liked his work as well. As soon as he heard there were bryde's whales spotted he did his utmost to bring us there. And we were lucky enough to see them!

Could not recommend this enough; both educational and leisurely at the same time. I mean there is not much to complain about wheilst being on a boat in the Atlantic; however; the tour guide was incredible and it felt like such a fun and safe time. It was a determining factor on vacationing to this island and was an amazing way to experiance both the ocean and wildlife in a sustainable way.

John is such a kind, knowledgable, and gracious guide, who brought us an unforgettable experience seeing pilot whales up close, while remaining respectful of the animals. We really felt we were being invited to the place where they lived rather than intruding upon it.

We were a group of 6 friends on holidays from Portugal and one of the great moments of our trip to Tenerife was this experience. We were lucky with the weather, and the guide (John) was absolutely fantastic. I have worked as a dolphin-watching guide in the past and John was a true expert - very knowledgeable and happy to share every type of infos about the animals and the island, very friendly to the guests, making sure everyone was feeling ok and with a good view of the animals, and super respectful in the way he approached the boat to the dolphins, making sure the boat didn't get in the way of the animals and at a low speed when in proximity to them - A true example of how nature guides should work and behave. Will 100% recommend this experience to anyone visiting the island. John, keep up the great work!

The trip was fun, the guy was extremely knowledgeable and personable, it was a small group and we saw some whales. All-in-all a great tour.

We went with the kids (2 and 5) and even the younguest was really captured by all the dolphins, pilot whales and turttles that we saw! John was really kind and caring and he explained to us all the adventures the dolphins, whales and turttles have been through in their migration travels. Really interesting!!

The tour was amazing. John is a great guide who tells so many interesting informations. During the tour, we saw many whales and even a seaturtle.

A beautiful calm morning and within minutes we saw several pilot whales "logging" in the water. Described as nursery groups by our very knowledgeable guide, John. My wife and I really enjoyed the two hour tour which flew by because of the sights and the very interesting commentary from John. We would highly recommend this trip. Thankyou.

Great guide and boat captain, very knowledgeable, friendly and amazing at the whales and dolphins . Saw lots of dolphins and pilot whales , some really close to our boat , also flying fish and a Portuguese man’o war . Just riding the boat was great fun and exhilarating itself ! A brilliant trip , highlight of the holiday .

Highly recommend this tour, it was absolutely fantastic! We were on a trip with Ion who was brilliant, so friendly and so much knowledge to share with us. We saw Dolphins, Pilot whales and unexpectedly two Brydes Whales, everyone on the boat got so excited, was a really fun trip, would definitely do it again!

This was excellent, our guide John was very knowledgeable and just as excited as we were when we saw the whales! But he was also sympathetic to us, he kept checking everyone was feeling ok as the waves were big when we went out with him. He was happy to answer all the questions we had. He had a genuine concern fo the wildlife. Definitely the best, most special and memorable part of our trip to Tenerife.
