Nicely organised tour with clear instructions ! Clean & well maintained boat! Friendly staff who keeps you updated on the sightings!

Competent, friendly crew. Comfortable seating. Access to snacks. Not too crowded. It was a lovely day, with several sightings!

We had a great trip - saw lots of dolphins, sea lions and only a splash of a whale, so not as much wildlife as we hoped, however, we upgraded to ride with the captain and it was totally worth it! Boat was clean and comfortable, staff was excellent. Highly recommend.

My granddaughter and I enjoyed the trip tremendously. Sorry we didn’t get to see any whales, but maybe next time.

We had a very good captain sharing with us throughout the trip. Unfortunately, we did not see any whales, but we were rewarded with seeing probably thousands of common dolphins jumping up and down all around our ship. The experience was truly breathtaking. We also saw a group of sea lions sunning themselves on the way back to shore.

The weather was very bad. I took uber from los angeles after traveling from Maryland. We spent over $200 to have an experience that didn't hold...now whilst I cannot fault them for bad weather, they should have canceled earlier instead of attempting what was clearly a dangerous venture. They gave us a voucher to come back...but we can't as we return to our home state tomorrow. No refund.. just vouchers that is totally useless to me now as I don't have anyone here to gift it to.

This was a wonderful team building exercise! This will be an event that will be talked about for years. Pay for the upgrade it’s definitely worth it.

It was a break from the city, with wonderful views. We were about to see four whales, which I guess is unusal.

I went on this tour with my grandma, mom & sister and we had the most amazing time we saw so many pods of dolphins swimming alongside the boat

The staff were efficient and friendly, but unfortunately we didn’t see anything whilst out at sea. On our return we saw some sea lions and a few dolphins. It was a bit disappointing

We did not see any swimming animals! Not even a fish! Luckily, the seals were there. They were al literally hanging out

Saw a fin whale some dolphins and sea lion. Big boat that was clean with a pleasant crew. Highly recommend for easy parking, check in and a nice oversll experience.

We did see a whale, it was shy. He barely peaked up for like 5 seconds and we cheered. I loved the dolphins. It was fun and first time taking a boat ride.

Some dolphins, but where are the whales? Dont advertise what you cannot promise! For the rest nice trip with 30 people, far from luxury but enjoyable...there is also a kind of VIP upper deck we poor luxury holders cannot access to...they did not offer free water even but they offered payable pictures from the "captain"

It was awesome to spot the whales and follow one that swam under our boat! The guide was very informative about the migration patterns of the whales. Highly recommended!

Very clean boat. Very family friendly - many children onboard who seemed totally immersed in the experience. In fact is SO family friendly that a school class trip was exiting just before I boarded. Staff is very professional. There appeared to be a full bar and snack options but I did not take advantage of these amenities. The place where the boat is boarded is in a quaint, upscale wharf area with many reasonably-priced gift shops and food options. Amazing experience.

Beautiful experience, it was a smooth ride and the crew was pleasant. We saw a big pod of dolphins very close to the boat. Highly recommend as it was well worth it. Can’t wait to have the opportunity to do it again.

I went with the hope of seeing some whales but unfortunately did not. The price was still worth the boat ride and I did see plenty of dolphins and even a couple of heffers on the boat

Clean boat, nice and polite crew. We didn't see any whales, but didn't really expect to because of the season and weather. But we experienced a HUGE pod of dolphins, probably between 150 and 200. Boat ride was a little over two hours. Plenty of seating both inside the cabin and outside. Fully stocked snack bar on the boat was a plus.

Online reservation very frustrating, did not work. Parking also very complicated. The cruise itself was pleasant and well run. Getting out on the water was fun. We did not see much wildlife.
