We booked the tour through Viator but the guide had no record of my husband and I so we had to send over a copy of our tickets to someone on the phone which was not a great way to start. Enjoyed seeing the sights at night. We got very close to the White House which was really cool. The city is quite beautiful at night. Our guide could have been better, I always prefer tours where the guide is not just pointing out sights but telling some history and stories to engage you. Our guide was focused on making sure we knew were we were around the city providing street names and directions, also helpful but not my preference. The other thing that was annoying was that he kept telling us we were behind schedule. I am not sure how that happened as it was a 730pm tour and there were no tickets to get into sites.

We did the morning tour. This was an excellent way to get a feel for the city and an overview of the different sites. Our driver and guide who went by the name, Big Red, did an excellent job. We did a hop on hop off tour the day before and wished we had done things in reverse. Either way I would highly recommend this tour, especially if walking is not your thing.

Frank our bus driver was very informative and hosted a great tour. Frank went above and beyond to assist all on the tour.

saw most of the top memorials and places of interest with as many stops as they could pack in, fun filled day and nice large bud with 12-20 people max

The tour guide Bobby and his amazing sense of humor is the most memorable part of my trip. He educated us in a very entertaining way. I also almost got lost the group but everyone looked for me and I continued the tour with them.

Excellent tour! The guide was very informative and very accommodating. It was nice to have the choice of getting off or staying in the bus.

Didn't get to go but still charged terrible guests service when reason why was a sudden medical reason they choose not to accommodate me but did another group

Bobby knows his history, but his comments regarding subjects that should not be discussed including abortion are inappropriate and could be a law suit waiting to happen. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked at maybe we could have avoided being with Bobby!

I understand the our country is divided over politics, but as tour company who serves anyone, political opinions should be kept to themselves. I did not appreciate that our guide made a joke in front of our elementary age kids involving abortion even after expressing our disapproval before his punchline. We were there to learn/teach American history, but what we got was unsolicited opinions that we did not share.

Bobbie was engaging and pleasant. Full of historical tidbits and jokes making the trip very enjoyable and informative.

Bobby was delightful. His knowledge of the history of the area was awesome. He knew just how much time to allow for each sight to get the best experience for the whole trip. His sense of humor made the trips wonderful experience.

The driver was crude with awful 'jokes' that were appalling. Thank goodness there were no children on this tour. He was disrespectful to the current sitting US President. Called me by the incorrect name the whole tour. Driver had no badge indicating he was our tour. The vehicle had no markings that we were on a tour. In the beginning I wasn't sure we weren't being scammed. It is too bad the driver spoiled the whole tour.

Don our tour guide was friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. Our flight to DC had been cancelled so we made last minute arrangements to drive instead. We arrived exactly at the departure time, but Don was gracious enough to give us enough time to drop the car and get set, which was a total bonus. I can see other tour companies having a hard start. Once on tour, Don asked us what we wanted to see and he didn’t disappoint. In addition to the memorials, he took us to see the Capitol district neighborhood, Frederick Douglass House, and many other places related to the black history of the city. I loved the tour and Don’s personality. If you only have a short time in DC, this is a great way to see the sites. It’s also a great value for the price.

We totally enjoyed this Washington, DC Express Sightseeing tour yesterday. Out tour guide promised the three E's Entertainment. Enjoyment and Enlightenment and he provided all three of those for me and my daughter. We were in town for a business trip and only had a few hours free time. This trip fit that time line perfectly. My family has never been disappointed in a Viator tour.

We arrived on Sat. Morning and only had the afternoon to see Washington DC! Our tour guide made that happen! He was very knowledgable and made the whole experience fun. He gave us a fun, tailored to what we wanted to see experience. Thanks for starting our trip off with style!

Jamie, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable. It was only two of us on the tour which allowed much flexibility and fine-tuning what locations were of special interest to us.

Our tour guide, Robert, was amazingly wonderful! We saw so very much and gained a lot of our knowledge to begin the tour of D.C. from him!! He went above and beyond to make it a great experience and we enjoyed all of it. Thanks Robert! (Keep him-he deserves a raise)

The tour Guide was very knowledge and personable. Due to a snow day for many of the government workers, we were able to move about the city easily and was able to take in many sights.
