The buses could run more frequently

Firstly, when purchasing a ticket on the website, it was not indicated that they do not work on a big day, I only found out when I arrived at the place by taxi, and secondly, when I wrote to their service, there was no response on any day, and then when I got on the bus no one offered headphones and I actually went through the entire excursion in silence.

The bus was very old and there were not many stops for hop on / hop off included. I would not recommend this experience, as it would have been more efficient to take just an Uber.

The bus arrived full and people didn’t get off; those who were standing at the stop couldn’t get on because there were no empty seats. We must take into account that there are many people who want to attend and do not sell tickets higher than the seats. We were dissatisfied with the quality of the service!!!

The tours themselves are good because you get an overview of the city. However, you should reconsider your schedule. The stops are only served every 2-3 hours. In our opinion, this is clearly not enough, as you have to constantly look at the clock so as not to miss the next bus. Since the tour is often only used for pure sightseeing, the tickets should be cheaper.
