We got a great narrative of what we were seeing and our driver, Turk, went out of his way to make our trip both informative and pleasant. We have been in Honolulu before but this ride gave us a more in-depth view of the city and its highlights.

The guide Chico was excellent!! Very knowledgeable and friendly!! Disappointed we had to stand the entire trip but it was a busy time slot.

Deno was a fantastic tour guide! He was very courteous and warm with all passengers. Alongside that, his knowledge of the history and island stories of Honolulu was simply bewildering. I highly recommend Deno as your next tour guide for Waikiki Trolley Tours!

Although the information provided and the route was nice for an overview of waikiki, the trolley is inadequate for the amount of people taking this tour. Tours only run hourly and if you dont get on at the very first stop, you wont be able to board. That is what happen to me. I was the third stop on the route and when the trolley got to my location, the driver was apologetic that he could not pick up any passengers. What?? I had to walk to the very first stop and wait until the next hour to board a trolley on this line. People were also stuck standing for the tour. You expect to be able to get a seat as well as be accomodated if you pay for a tour, correct? The double deckers were used for other line routes. Made you feel like you werent quite up to the level deserving of adequate seating for the money paid. Really quite a shame for a Hop on Hop off tour. I have taken others in other states and cities and never experienced anything like this. This put a damper on my experience and thusly was not really impressed with the whole experience.

This tour was a great experience. Our tour guide Turk was absolutely wonderful. We learned so much about Honolulu, Oahu, and Hawaiian culture, and Turk made it fun and enjoyable.

RJ was our driver and guide. He was entertaining, lively, and a wealth of stories and information. This was a great way to see the city and to get to various tourist sites. It is an open-air "trolley" with limited seating and with room to stand. Be prepared to stand. Also be prepared to get wet should it pour rain. The buses leave approximately hourly and the tour loop is about 2 hours.

So far it’s been one of the most enjoyable low cost things we’ve done. Great staff! In particular a guide named Kimo. I plan on taking more of their routes.

A great way to get around the key spots of Waikiki and Honolulu. Fantastic commentary from Turk who was our bus driver & tour guide. That made it even more enjoyable. There’s so much history to the areas we went to and we’re glad we took the tour

I had a free morning and I decided to try the Trolley so I could get an overview of the city. Both the RED and the BLUE line looked pretty comprehensive to I went to the starting point and found the blue line trolley waiting so I hopped on. It was a superb experience. The driver, who calls himself Keoki, was one of the most enjoyable and authentic people I have met here in the island. He combined personal stories, with singing and story telling while the entire time being a thoroughly competent tour guide. I learned quite a bit, took some great pictures, and got good suggestions about places to visit and good eating establishments. What a great experience, at a great value and for a duration of time that was perfect. I’ll definitely do another ride while I am here!

We took the tour to Pearl Harbor. Driver Oli was fantastic. Funny, friendly and gave a very good Pearl Harbor 101 during the ride. We enjoyed it very much.

Three contributions to a terrible experience: First:The trolley we were expecting had a medical emergency on-board. Caused a 1 hour delay. Second: the Red Line only runs one shuttle an hour - much too little hardware staff for the large number of suckers that think this is a fun experience. Third: they provide very little seating. A good half of the passengers had to stand for the whole trip. Older folks with mobility problems don’t have a prayer for a good experience.

Excellent introduction to Honolulu, Waikiki and adjacent areas. Our guide, Chico, was very knowledgeable. He was very accommodating and offered to take our pictures. I guess depending on traffic, our tour lasted 2 hours. Time and money well spent!

Your driver, Turk, is the best tour bus driver I’ve ever had. His sense of humor. Knowledge of the area and his compassion for people was quite evident. He made our trip and a lot of fun.

Not only was he very handsome he was very informative and funny! Mr. Turk Cazimero made sure we got a good feel of the island and enjoyed our time in Waikiki.

It was a great and fun experience because of the driver Tulk. He is a native Hawaiian with deep knowledge about islands history. In addition he was very humorous.

Mr. Turk 🤙 was the epitome of not only an above & beyond tour guide but i could really feel the passion he has being part Hawaii, Portuguese and Japanese!! He educated the passengers on Hawaii definitions and how to correctly pronouce them😀 and truly represented the Hawaii culture in a wonderful way!! I just turned 63 April 13, 1961 and this was the best and fulfilling birthday 🥳 EVER!! We had the pleasure of touring Waikiki on the Red Line Trolley with Turk as our guide, and it was an unforgettable experience! Turk’s deep knowledge of the area paired with his delightful sense of humor made our journey not only informative but incredibly enjoyable. His stories and jokes kept us engaged and entertained throughout the tour. It’s rare to find a tour guide who has such a natural flair for connecting with people, and Turk was truly a standout. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Waikiki who wants to explore the sights while having a great time!

Turk was very informative and fun whilst we went on the historical tour on the red line. We did the blue line with Z as well and he did a terrific job too. A great way to see the main tourist spots in the short space of time we had on the island. Would definitely recommend using Waikīkī Trolleys
