We went to visit Wadi Shab and Sinkhole with our two children (9 and 15) and had an excellent daytrip. We were picked up at 8am in a comfortable and secure 4x4 car, and enjoyed a 1,5 hour drive with wonderful landscape from Muscat to Wadi Shab. We then had a 45 minutes hike towards the first pool and swam our way upwards to the hidden cascade… our guide Kalfan was great and showed us the best spots! My kids had great fun on this tour! We highly recommend this experience!!

We booked the Wadi Shab/Sinkhole tour via our hotel, and we had Saif al Aghbari as our tour guide. We had an amazing day! Saif looked after us so well - explained everything we were seeing (from the moment we were in the car in Muscat until we left him later in the day!). The hike itself at Wadi Shab is very easy going with just some treacherous rocks at points. You can jump in from the higher points if you like! Very fun. The sinkhole and the white beach are beautiful as well. Overall it was a great experience made all the better by a great (and friendly!) tour guide. Thank you Saif!!!!!

Very diffirent and beautiful country, people are amazing , very confortable temperature and climat, it’s the best period to visit Oman , we are really enjoyed and we liked very much wadi shab , thanks Tahar for this lovely idea :) and for the great service

I took a solo trip with driver Said. It was simply amazing. It was fun from start to finish visiting some amazing locations, seeing natural beauty while hiking through the wadi and swimming in some amazing water. Lunch on the beach was followed by a trip to the sinkhole then a scenic ride home through the mountains. Said is a simply fantastic guide he really made the day for me. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the tour was second to none. It was so much fun the entire day chatting away and enjoying it all. It really was like I had visited and spent the day with a friend. Thank you so much.

Overall, the tour was good. Nice, knowledgeable guide and good sightseeing. Vaishakh at Centara hotel was very good to work with. Only downside is that it's a bit expensive when you could rent a car and drive yourself.

Wadi Shab was awesome! A great day out and absolutely stunning cave walk through the canyon, culminating in a cave swim. Our Said Omani did a great job looking after my ~60 yr old mother and auntie which added to what can only be described as an amazing experience. Thanks Said! We’ll let you know when we’re back to do some of the other Omani experiences 👍

This place lacks some serious facilities, it's really beautiful, would even kinda remind you of the swimming scene from 127 hours. Even though there's a sign that mentions "only enter if you're a good swimmer" I feel there hasn't been enough emphasis on how dangerous and slippery it is.

Very nice views, easy walking, but not for small children as the swimming is quite long and tricky. Best trip in Oman! You will make a lot of beautiful pictures. Guide gave us a great overview of Oman. We did several trips with Muscat Nature Tours and would use them again - very clean car, best tour guides!
