Wadi Rum was everything we imagined and more! A must go place. Our guide was very good to show us the various sites, and named them!

Having a nice tea and conversation with Khaled and learning about his life and the area. Then hiked up to Lawrence spring, then we rode camels to the sand dunes and explored caves, really amazing trip filled with the best scenery!

Desert Eyes is a first class outfit. Khalid arranged a full day private tour of Wadi Rum with taxi pick up and drop off in Aqaba for us. All the arrangements worked perfectly - taxis were on time (even though we stayed out later than originally planned) and the desert tour was excellent. Our guide was Abdullah, accomapnied by his son Hamza. Abdullah was charming, hospitable and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We stayed out to see the stars come out, after a peaceful sunset, sitting round a desert fire. Lovely! Highly recommended.

Wadi Rum was breathtaking. I never expected a desert to be so beautiful. Our guide was great, informative and made sure we got the best experience.

The guide was very good and nice, told us a lot of stories about the desert and was very patient. He took pictures and even helped us shopping. Regarding the car, you can find much better around as it was very uncomfortable.

So it wasn't something we expected. There's a lot of hiking/climbing involved. The driver(guide) takes you to famous spots and you would be on your own hiking/climbing up places to take pictures of the great views. They were all great. we were able to take many great pictures. Our driver was soooo kind. Very flexible with time we were supposed to start at 1 pm but arrived early (like 11:30am). They said they are ready to go anytime we want (we had a quick lunch so ended up starting at 12:30). We ended around 5 pm ish. We took our time taking pictures or just sit and relax. The driver never showed any annoyance or frustration of us taking our time. He was just great and kind!! At the end of the tour they do take you to "souvenir shop" but they never push hard to sell things. Once you mention you're not interested they won't push. If you do decide to go on this tour, make sure you are ready to climb up places. The driver did provide us water bottles but if you have one of those water bottles that keep it cold, I would suggest brining those as it can be really really hot out in the desert.

Had so much fun doing lots of little hikes in Wadi Rum! Was very hot but saw so much natural beauty and the shade and water provided in the truck made it a wonderful experience

Everyone was polite. We seemed to go to all the same places as other groups, so I didn’t notice a significant difference. It was good. But as out resort was in the same direction as our Jeep tour, we didn’t really need to do both. We covered the same territory and the cost was not cheap.

We had a really good time. Had the whole tour to ourselves. Everyone was extremely personable and we even got to meet a family member and write our names in the sand in Arabic. The tour itself is like every other jeep tour and we hit up the same spots as most people. Overall, still had a great time and were taken care of the entire time. They kept us hydrated and entertained. Thanks for the adventure!!

Wadi Rum itself is a breathtaking place, if you have never been to a desert before this will leave you speechless. The organisation of this tour guide was fantastic, they were incredibly welcoming, offering us drinks during the tour as it was so hot! Our guide Mafleh was super nice, spoke great English and showed us many different spots explaining to us exactly what they were, at the same time he gave us the chance to explore by ourselves. At the end of the tour he brought us to a great view spot to watch the sunset and made us a tasty traditional Bedouin tea. I would highly recommend Desert Eyes to visit this amazing place!!

I booked a 3-hour tour for two people in Wadi Rum with Wadi Rum Desert Eyes. The booking process was very easy, quick, and flexible- we were able to adapt the itinerary according to our preferences. Khaled was very responsive over email and WhatsApp and our tour guide Ali was great. I would book a tour again with Wadu Rum Desert Eyes for sure.

We had an incredible time! The email communication with Khalid was swift and detailed and the whole trip went really smoothly. Ali accompanied us on the day and he was a fantastic Tour guide and so wonderful with our young children. The camel ride, jeep tour and overnight stay in the bedouin camp were all amazing. Overall an experience of a lifetime and we'd highly recommend.

We stayed with Desert eyes at the start of April, and was probably the best time of year to visit. The camp was great and the staff super accommodating even through a very rare sand storm! The facilities and the services were all perfect, toilets & showers , sleeping tent and shared tent. Khaled and the team went above and beyond to provide the best service and the food served was exceptional. Our tour guide Mifteh was very helpful and the staff put on great evening entertainment for all the guests. I would recommend staying with desert eyes to anyone visiting Wadi Rum, or even Jordan for the best traditional experience.

The tour manager (Khalid) met us at the Wadi Rum Village Rest House. Straight away was really friendly, professional and told us what to expect. We then were introduced to our tour guide Hammad and we set off. This was an amazing experience where he showed us all the best spots of the desert which made for some amazing photo opportunities. We were short for time so couldn’t do a full day and so the Half Day Sunset tour is definitely recommend for anyone who wants to see the highlights of Wadi Rum. Took us approx 3.5 hours. Thanks again guys!

Tour manager met us at the designated site, was extremely friendly. Our tour guide then took us for our trip around the dessert, was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!
