Dear Mohammed and Team! We cannot thank you enough for making the Jordan Trip unforgettable. The 2 days in your Camp (Sunset Cave and Nomads Cave) were one of a kind. But lets start from the beginning: I wanted to suprise my husband and our two kids with an Outdoor Adventure in the desert. Mohammed was so patient and polite answering all my questions I had before the trip in multiple Emails, and compared to other camps I never had the impression it was all about „Sales“, you could feel his honest intentions of making the best possible experience for his guests. Already 5+ star rating for the preparation and not to forget to mention that Mohamed went above and beyond to organize a football for our boys. In the camp a multi sensory experience will wait for you: fire, self made food of excellent taste, starry sky, sand, desert tour, trekking, sandboarding, dancing with the bedouins. The best possibility to reset from everyday hustle and bustle as there is no Wifi, but a lot of Quality Time instead. We cannot thank Mohammed enough for making this stay an unforgettable one! Shukran!!!

Our night at the Wadi Rum cave was amazing. We spent one night in the sunset cave. From start to finish Mohammad and his family were great hosts! The place where you sleep is so picturesque surreal. 100% recommend for the true reality of life in the desert!

Mohammed and Ferez and others were so hospitable. Incredible day driving around Wadi Rum with Ferez then arriving at the cave in time for a rest before watching an incredible sunset over the desert. Dinner was amazing! Then sitting around the fire learning about Bedouin culture and Mohammed was very informative answering all of questions about Bedouin life past and present. Sleeping under the stars in a very warm sleeping bag on a mattress with Bedouin rugs on the ground was just what we needed after a great dinner and fascinating conversation! Everyone should have this experience - you won’t regret it!

Fantastic trip to Wadi Rum and full Bedouin experience of sleeping outside, amazing meals prepared on open fires. Mohammed really looked after us, together with his family. Great communication before and during trip. We used his experience to tailor a climbing trip and he arranged drop offs and collection in the desert. Great food and comfort to return to on the evening. Spectacular stars every night and amazing sunsets most nights.

Our stay in Mohammad’s cave was truly one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. Mohammad made us feel right at home, picked us up from the bus station, cooked all our meals and helped us organise our tours. The cave had amazing views and was a great experience by itself, but Mohammad’s friendly hospitality and amazing tours offered a view into the lives of the Bedouin people. I really cannot recommend this experience enough it cannot be missed if you’re planning a trip to Jordan.

An incredible experience but not one for the unadventurous. It was chilly in December but we slept soundly in the very thick sleeping bags provided.

My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights with Mohammad and had a fantastic time cave camping! Mohammad was very accommodating and organized our stay according to our wishes including keep tour and camel tour. The jeep tour was together with Yousef (super nice & friendly guy who is part of Mohammad’s team and who also cooked amazing meals throughout our entire stay) and the camel tour with a befriended camel guide (perfect for a 2 night stay; would go with the jeep tour for a 1 night stay). You get the „real“ Beduin experience during your stay, including Beduin food, nice chats at the fire place, a very welcoming host and last but not least a night under the stars in the middle of a desert. Would recommend it to all of my friends. Keep it up Mohammad and team!

Our 2 nights with Mohammed is an experience we will never forget. We stayed in the family cave where we were provided with beds, mattresses, blankets and an amazing sleeping bag - super warm and cozy. The peace of the desert night and the views of the desert and sky were amazing. Sunrise is just a very short walk around the corner. Our full day jeep tour with Haggis took us to remote places in the desert far from other tours to experience the beauty of Wadi Rum. We spent our evenings relaxing in the cozy Bedouin tent (open partially to the sky) sharing tea, coffee, delicious meals and listening to Mohammed’s stories of his grandfather, Bedouin culture and learning about Bedouin life. It was a very personal and authentic experience that could not be replicated at a large camp. We highly recommend Mohammed and Wadi Rum Cave Camping.

I spent the night over the new year here with a fantastic Bedouin team, Muhammad, Saba, Yusuf, Hajis, and Sultan. Every bit piece of experience I had was amazing. For those who are a little worried about the sanitary and safety, there is a clean toilet and shower with toilet rolls and sabon, and the cave where you sleep is prepared with mattress, sleeping bag and thick blanket (maybe depending on the season). But note that, there is no internet/Wi-fi and plugs for charging your phone in the camp because it's not a hotel, thus I'd recommend this tour for those who could enjoy some inconvenience for a breathtakingly natural experience. But most of all, enjoy interacting with the host team. They are responsible for conserving their traditions and culture, constantly trying to improve the tour quality, and super fun people, actually. I dare wish I could spend much more time with them here in Wadi Rum and talk and learn a lot more about fascinating Bedouin culture. But for now, it's one of the best experiences in my life until the time I come back here for more!

Best unique Bedouin desert experience one could ever ask for! Mohammad picked and drove us into the desert. We saw a lot of other camps along the way, cramped together and didn’t look pleasant, so we were very glad that we kept going into the depth of the desert. Once we got there, we saw a beautiful cave, cosy & lined with goat hair fabric, passed down through generations. As the sun sets, Mohammed set up the fire to keep us warm. We sat by the fire listening to stories of the past, fully immersed in the Bedouin culture. I just want to say how I regretted not booking more nights here. Literally slept under millions of stars, it was heaven on earth. Meals were fresh & delicious! We learned Bedouin games and traditions. You can tell his family has strong connection with the desert. It’s amazing to be a small part of it, even for just one night. If you go to Wadi Rum, don’t stay in crowded camps, you MUST try this cave. You feel like you’re the only one out there. NOTE: be careful of other hosts advertising ‘cave camping’ for a much cheaper price. We heard from other travellers that as soon as they got there, they were told the cave was ‘not available’ for many crazy reasons. Cave camping takes so much more effort to prepare for the host, so don’t fall for those cheap traps. Mohammed looked after us so well we felt like we are family. We will never forget this experience. Thank you for the very warm hospitality!

Our favorite night in Jordan, hands down! Mohammed’s place was simply magical. The cave is very private and romantic. Sleeping there out under the stars was an unforgettable experience. Mohammed took very good care of us. We did the half day desert tour, dinner, breakfast and sunrise camel tour. All were amazing and good value for our money. The hearty, tasty dinner was cooked in a pot buried in the sand. So cool! We especially enjoyed just sitting around the fire chatting with Mohammed. He speaks English and is funny and kind. This place is private and peaceful. Much different than what I imagine it would be like to stay in a big camp with a lot of other tourists. If you like to be close to nature and want to experience a bit of Bedouin life in the desert, Mohammed’s place is for you!

The tour could be so much better if all the group didn’t arrive at the same place 5 minutes apart. It was like the guides wanted to catch up for tea and volley ball games with each other. We didn’t get to sleep in cave because of the weather but they put us in a lovely tent camp and it was awesome and the food was amazing. Made the trip.

We highly recommend this for any couples who are traveling. My partner and I had a private cave to sleep in with a comfy bed and spectacular views. In addition to that, the food was delicious and cooked fresh in front of us. We learned a lot about the desert and traditions during our stay and the tour we went on.
