I can't say enough good things about this tour. If you are looking for the REAL Fixer Upper tour -- this is it. Seriously. Scott was our guide and he gave us incredible insight into the houses renovated on Fixer Upper, some side stories I didn't know, and we got to go into one of the homes Chip and Joanna renovated. If you are looking for a 100% Fixer Upper tour, this is the one you want. This is exactly the type of tour I was looking for (real focus on the show itself, not the history of Waco). My friends and I would do the tour again! Best money we spent in Waco!

It was all extremely interesting and our tour guide Kim was very personable and knowledgeable and made the tour fun. It was all that we were looking for and then some.

This was an amazing tour. From the time we walked into the Brazos Tours establishment, we were warmly greeted by the owner who also gave an overview of what to expect on the tour. Our tour guide Bonni was friendly, knowledgeable, and have a great personality. We really enjoyed the Three Little Pigs house and having enough time to take pictures. This was an awesome tour. The owner Scott was very informative. Chatty Cathy was the best guide I have had. She was very knowledgeable of the places we saw! Highly recommend a tour with them if you are ever in Waco!

We celebrated my sister’s 50th birthday Fixer Upper style. This tour did not disappoint! Our guide Kim was awesome! She made the tour interesting and fun! We even got to see the fixer upper home called 3 little pigs. We drove by so many fixer upper homes including the castle. We learned so much about the history of Waco. It is definitely a must do when you’re in Waco!

Very informative tour. In addition to driving by many of the homes, we learned a lot of interesting and insightful information about Waco, Chip and Joanna, and HGTV production standards. The tour was a great value for the price.

We had the best time on our tour this morning. Our guide was full of information. We asked all kind of questions. We were able to go into one of the houses that they did. The quality of there work was amazing. Several of the homes are now VRBO’s. So you may want want to check into staying at one. The Brazos company even owns a couple that are priced very well. Well worth the 2 1/2 hour tour.

This tour simply made our trip! We had Teresa as our driver and guide and she was wonderful! She had lots of information and cute stories to share with us. It is a homey and heartfelt experience!! Thank you so much Shelley and Rob ….all the way from Vancouver BC Canada !!!

What a fabulous tour of Waco we had today with Liz and Don. They are both the epitome of people who love their jobs and love their community. Besides the amazing fun time we had (singing and dancing), we learned quite a bit of the history of Waco and the people and places in it. Of course we can’t forget all the Fixer Upper houses and stories too. Thank you Don and Liz for the delicious treats and a wonderful afternoon.

Our tour guide, Kim, was phenomenal! We saw at least 10 houses, and we were able to hear some great facts, and we had a blast! We also had a 4 year old on our trip and Kim was sure to include her and she had the best time!

We enjoyed being with 8 other people on a 2+ hour tour of Waco and some of the homes featured on HGTV's Fixer Upper show. Bonnie, our guide, was full of interesting and useful information. We really loved getting to go inside the 3 Pigs home that Scott Brazos, the owner of this tour company, owns. Neighborhood...not so nice, but the home is beautiful! It was great to see Joanna's design touches all throughout the first floor. This was a wonderful way to see Waco from a native's perspective. We recommend this tour company and this tour HIGHLY!

Our Tour guide was awesome! She was very knowledgeable... gave season and episode information per house we saw. She made sure I got Jimmy Don's autograph for my plaque I bought.
