The winery was beautiful! The tour was nice and informative and a good allotment of time. The wine was great and our tour guide, Theo, was amazing!

Excellent tour of cellars and explanation of how wine is made, different terroir etc. Yoan a brilliant guide. Opportunity to taste 3 red and 4 white wine, we found 2 we liked and bought 5 bottles in total which we plan to lay down for a number of years. Not charged for tasting and tour, presumably as we purchased a decent amount of wine (and also my husband was driving so not tasting and I only drink white!). Would definitely recommend as everyone says Yoan is excellent :)

The tour and tasting experience at the winery was wonderful. However, the tourist information center called a taxi for me on the way there, but on the way back, even though I called on a ride-hailing app, a taxi didn't come easily, so I think it would be better if they have a pick-up service or a taxi arrangement service.

Our host was charming, knowledgeable and very well informed about everything to do with wine and burgundy in particular. Rather wonderful.

Wine was good but our "in English" tour was joined by a walk-up French couple and over half of the discussion was in French which took time away from us to discuss and ask questions.

We were unable to take the tour, our train was delayed and we’d asked the tour operator for the possibility of help with transportation once we arrived and never received a reply until after the tour was to begin. We we’re very disappointed with the customer care.

Great tour, very friendly small winery - Yoan our ‘guide’ was very welcoming and super enthusiastic. Explained foundation & origins of the winery (the founder’s vision & purpose). Tour of the cellars (although we didn’t walk amongst the vines). And then tasted sone great wines with very insightful explanations on location of the vines on the estate, orientation, maturing & character… very interesting & bought a couple of bottles of knock out whites!

Very interesting place to visit with a very knowledgeable guide. The wine tasting was very well balanced as we tried red and white wines. Recommend to visit the place

Exceptional tour and tasting at Montmain estate. We enjoyed learning about the amazing wines with one other party. Felt very personal and we were able to ask questions and get to know our guide.

We had a wonderful time visiting Montmain and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful location and very well priced wines. However the winery called us twice to request an earlier visit time as they were very busy. We tried our best to accommodate and managed to find a solution.

We had a great time visiting the vineyard’s facilities. Learning about the geography, the vineyard’s history (and it’s origins as an early recognition of the effects climate change will have on the industry), and the unique approach Domaine de Montmain utilizes was all fascinating. The setting was also beautiful!

The tour of the winery and cellars was very interesting and informative. Yoan was an excellent host. We tasted several vintages of red wine and enjoyed them all. We liked two vintages so much, we arranged to have 2 cases shipped home.

It was a fun experience with a nice guide tour. The wine tasting was also very good. Really interesting wines.

What a lovely tour of the winery, and very detailed explanation through all the process/areas we visited! And of course, the wines we tasted were superb, all very well described by the host who was happy to answer any question the group had along the way. Additionally, the location of this cellar is so pretty, you’ll want to stay for longer walking around & sightseeing. I recommend if you are in the area.

Excellent tour. Down to earth and very friendly hosts who gave an informative tour of the winery. You do not need to be a wine guru to enjoy this tour. Great value for money and so welcoming!

Good and experienced host, very nice wine, a must when you visit the region. Also the road to the domain is a nice ride.
