Ali was a fantastic guide. Informative and friendly. Really enjoyed this group experience. Lots of good tastings and a trip to a herbalist en route for full dinner. Lots of stairs so not easily accessible.

we got to try a divers combination local foods and got interesting background information about the souks and market places. Mohammed was a terrific guide. A perfect activity to schedule in the beginning of your trip.

This was a superb VIP food tour with amazing insight on the Moroccan culture. The tour was lead by Mr. Ali who gave us an entire walk through of the various foods that are available. He also took us to the herbalism shop which gave us great insight on how and what herbs they offer for people. You also get to ask questions and buy from them which was great. To end the tour, the guide took us to this great restaurant where we were seated on the rooftop. This was also part of the amazing experience while we enjoyed some amazing Moroccan dishes. Hassan is such a professional and knowledgeable guide. We had decided to book this tour after we had a great experience in our Private Souk Shopping tour with him. We like to taste different foods and we had chance to taste food that we cannot dare to eat alone. We experienced street foods that we have never ate, various local delicates like dried fruits, nuts, patisseries, olives and meats etc. It was not just the food, we also had the chance to interact with street performers in the square. After street food tastings we went to a moroccan restaurant that the food was traditionally cooked and delicious. Try not to eat too much before the tour and during the street food tasting because the dinner includes lots of dishes. We highly recommend this tour with Hassan to anyone.

Food Tour with Hassan is a must do when visiting Marrakech! Hassan was a phenomenal guide, recommend doing this tour early in your trip as he provides great insight into the Moroccan culture and sights to see in the area in addition to the food tour. We stopped at several food stands for delicious snacks that we took home with us and ended with a multi course Delicious Moroccan feast. Go hungry and don't miss this fantastic experience!

It was a fantastic tour! It gets a 5 from me in all categories I can think of: itinerary selection, choice and variety of shops, food selection, and my guide’s preparation, knowledge, attentiveness and care. I also enjoyed getting to know more about this remarkable country through the eyes of my Moroccan guide, as well as meeting very nice and cordial shop and restaurant owners and attendants. The many (many!) savory dishes and sweets I tried were all delicious, including the snail soup, to my own amazement. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour.

Hassan was extremely thoughtful and accommodating, ensuring that our experience was positive and inclusive of lots of historic information. We were a small group, two couples, and he made sure to give us a taste of every kind of food, dessert, and traditional dish that we could possibly think of. After traveling into the markets, we were taken to a restaurant where we ate on the rooftop and had a full spread of dishes. This tour is a great way to explore the great cultural food that Marrakech has to offer. I absolutely recommend.

I went with 2 friends and my daughter. We had a wonderful experience with this tour. Started at the market to try various small snacks and ended at a rooftop restaurant for a huge dinner. There were MANY different foods offered to us and all delicious! I had the best lamb ever. We learned so much about the culture, the food and Ramadan. We happened to be there during Ramadan. The owner and staff at the restaurant were also very gracious. We had to take 2 taxis after to get back to our hotel and our guide rode in 1 with us which was very reassuring.

My son and I recently went on a Private VIP Moroccan Food Tasting Tour and Dinner with Hassan, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we met, Hassan greeted us warmly and began introducing us to this vibrant city's different flavours. With his help, we sampled some of the classic dishes from Morocco, such as tajine, couscous and pastilla, along with delicious street food specialties like babbouche. All the dishes were prepared with fresh, local ingredients that genuinely brought out the unique flavours of Morocco. Hassan was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of Moroccan culture – from the spices used in their cuisine to the history behind each dish – making our experience much more enjoyable. His friendly demeanour only added to our great time as he guided us around Marrakesh's bustling markets, introducing us to vendors who gave us further insight into what makes this destination unique. Overall, our experience with Hassan was exceptional! He is an excellent guide, passionate about teaching others about Moroccan culture through its food. We highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for an authentic dining experience in Marrakesh. My only recommendation would be that you do this on your first or second night in Marrakesh because it gives you such insight into the city and the people. Not only did we learn a lot about Moroccan cuisine, but it was an unforgettable cultural journey that left us with beautiful memories that will last a lifetime.

This was the highlight of our trip to Morocco! Hassan is a wonderful guide. We tried everything from olives to cookies to snails, and everything was delicious!

This tour is amazing!!! Our guide, Yahya, was wonderful! He was energetic, full of info, but never boring, and he was obviously very passionate and knowledgeable being from marrakech. I can't say enough good things about Yahya, but it didn't stop there. The tour itself was way more than any of our group expected - it came up more than once how much was included. I think we had 13 little appetizer stops all around the media and then our final meal on a rooftop overlooking the souk. The food was wonderful and very different than I would have tried on my own. It was great to hear how and when the foods were eaten too. If you're looking for a food tour or just something to do in the evening I highly recommend you book this tour! You won't regret it!

Hassan was an excellent guide who was extremely informative, interesting and transparent. He tailored the trip to what we wanted to see and introduced us to people and places that we couldn’t have experienced in the same way on our own. He also speaks excellent English. I highly recommend taking this tour.

Hassan was the perfect host for this food tour of the sooks finished off with a traditional Moroccan three course meal. Although we were late to arrive, Hassan stayed to wait for us and gave us a very informative tour of all the spices, nuts, pastries, traditional foods, the markets and many more facets of Moroccan cuisine. He was very receptive to being asked questions about anything to do with Moroccan culture and you can feel the passion he has for food, his culture and his country. That was the second time I used Hasssn and he is in my opinion The Best! The price is so reasonable for a 2 hour tour and then to finish it off in a typical local restaurant and be treated to some lovely food is such good value. Hassan also ate with us and so he is able to explain about what ingredients are used and how it is cooked. If this is fir you then please book Hassan you will not be disappointed.

This was our second tour with Hassan, having previously done a shopping tour with him around the souk. Hassan took us to various places to taste olives, patisseries, and macaroons. Hassan is a great guide, very friendly, fun and caring. The tour ended in a great restaurant where the food was amazing!! When the evening ended Hassan took us to find us a taxi and made sure we had the best price and were safely driven home! Hassan is a great, friendly and trustworthy tour guide and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience!

This was our first time in Marrakech and we wanted to experience the different traditional dishes. This tour was exactly what we where looking for. We would definitely recommend to other tourists. Advice: do not eat a lot before the tour, as there was a lot of food!
