Our driver Issac Nabeh was a great help !! Very professional . He waited for us at a certain point and got us through the whole procedure of issuing visas and passport control in a few seconds . Very polite talkative , and informative on our way to our hotel in Giza . We were really satisfied

HIGHLY recommend this company. Yes it is a bit pricey compared to other companies but it is worth it. Isaac met us before passport check and gave us the visa before we got to passport check. Once we got to passport check, we went to the local citizen line and not the tourist line, we saved about an hour waiting in line. Isaac was amazing and after passport line, there is a checkpoint where if you do you research, this is where they scare you, and ask you where you are from and if you say the wrong thing they will take you to immigration customs and keep you for hours until they let you out. Isaac spoke to them and gave them our whole itinerary and told them we were good. I did see a lot of foreigners get stopped and get interviewed. He then took us to get our phone local sim cards. Paid $10 USD for our whole 10 day trip. By the time we finished it was already 2:30 AM and even then Isaac took us to get food. Isaac was amazing and this was definitely a VIP experience like stated on their tour. Would highly recommend for any foreigners! THANK YOU ISAAC!

Isaac was so helpful and kind. He made my arrival so smooth and easy! He met me before customs and expedited the whole process. He even had my visa ready to go so I didn’t have to wait in line, and my driver was ready as soon as I came out. Highly recommend!

Isaac was recommended by a friend from Brisbane. Communicating with him was extremely easy and we arranged a meet and greet service at Cairo airport on arrival from LHR. Our flight was delayed but Isaac was waiting to meet us at 1am in the morning. He guided us through customs, arranged our visa and helped with our bags and delivered us safely to our hotel. We had arranged a full day tour the day after arrival and were picked up at our hotel at 8am by our wonderful guide Treaz and driver Kyrillos. Before we knew it we were standing in front of the amazing pyramids. Treaz is a qualified Egyptologist and her knowledge was outstanding. After some short walk we were driven to a viewing area. We were then taken to a Papyrus demonstration and an essential oil shop. Both were interesting but absolutely no pressure to buy. We then stopped at a restaurant for lunch with an amazing array of hot food and delicious salads. A visit to the Bazaar was next and was also interesting where a couple of small purchase were made. Finally a visit to the Egyptian museum finished off a very memorable day. Thank you to Isaac, Treaz and Kyrillos for making our visit to Cairo so memorable.

Quick and efficient and took the guest work out of navigating through the airport. We were greeted the minute we stepped into the terminal, and the whole process took no more than 10 minutes.

Isaac was incredibly fast with getting me my visa and getting me through customs! L Paul my driver was extremely kind and even helped me with my very heavy luggage up to the 5th floor! Highly recommend this service especially if it’s your first time in Egypt.

Wow, I honestly cannot recommend this VIP service more! Isaac made the whole experience a total breeze. He met me before customs, helped me through the whole process and with my bags, drove me to my airbnb, even making sure I asked the host whether I would have water, and then stopped along the way to get some for me. He even helped with finding the building guard so I could check into the airbnb - I had to wait for a little bit while things got settled, and he waited with me and the building guard to help translate and figure everything out. I was so happy to hear that tours are offered through the same company, and we had a wonderful experience! My brother and I had a fantastic tour of the pyramids and sphinx, despite me asking about it rather last-minute! Our tour leader and driver Kyro was so funny and friendly, and even stopped to find us a delicious sugar cane drink, and then our tour guide Sarah was very knowledgeable, kind, and easy-going. They made our time so easy and fun! Although they did not ask for tips, I had heard about tipping custom in Egypt, so I decided to tip well to show that I appreciated the good experience! I definitely recommend both the VIP meet and greet -and- any tour that you want to do!

Very very helpful for getting through customs and getting to where we needed to go. Issac was very communicative and gave great tips for things to do around the city. Kyro gave us a WONDERFUL experience when we visited the pyramids. Very personable and linked us up with Sarah the tour guide who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful while exploring. All in all, a fantastic experience I would highly recommend for anyone new or familiar with the area.

This is a great service coming into cairo. Made getting through security and passport control so much easier. And then not having worry about finding a ride to hotel made it so much better. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling the cairo!!!!!
