We cannot express how much we LOVED our ride with Reda (our pilot). From the moment he picked us up at our hotel to dropping us back off - we had a perfect experience. Everyone at Marrakech by air made us feel so special ( it was my birthday). We chose the private ride and we can’t recommend it enough! You must do this and with this company. You won’t be let down. The ride itself was FANTASTIC. No words to express the surprising over the mountains. You must experience it for yourself. All the guys on the ground, helping get the balloons up and then catching them coming down … we were in awe of them. And so happy. Everyone laughing and joking but making sure you’re always safe and having the best time. Once down we had a special seat with a huge breakfast. Much larger than the one of you just do a big group. Fruit and fresh breads, yogurt, cheeses and meats. Tea, coffee, water… AND they had a birthday cake for me!! We were so full we gave it to the wonderful staff to share. Much love from Alli & Frankie. This was the ride and experience of a lifetime with the absolute best people and company.

Incredible journey and experience we had. Really professional people and wafia is really kind and helpful . Gave us many tips on the visit of Marrakech. I am not a breakfast person but this time I could not resist. Was really good arrangements also pick up and drop off. Communication was excellent. We had an amazing time celebrating our 10 year anniversary! Elena, our pilot, was very personable and reassuring while in flight! I was a bit afraid but she went above and beyond to comfort me. We shared many laughs and pictures together. Our guide Hamid was the BEST! He went out of his way to make us laugh and enjoy the moment. He also didn’t hesitate to take pictures and videos of us as we did both the air balloon ride and camel ride. I would definitely recommend this for an intimate, one of a kind experience :)

The trip was simply awesome . Very smooth journey and Alianna was so good . She was fun and very knowledgeable. The breakfast was simply awesome and they hosted us so well .

Yep, best part of the trip for sure. Completely worth it getting our young daughters up at 5:30am because it was a short 35 minute or so drive to get to the huge tent which had fires lit, amazing ambiance, and private breakfast (everyone else had a huge communal breakfast) so that was a little touch of luxury. Flight was incredible, peaceful, pilot was great, just a wonderful experience. When you are done, you come back and can have a tea back in the original tent but then you are off to the camel ride. That unfortunately wasn’t great…kinda sad, just a bunch of camels with another 20 tour companies organizing the same thing and the camels are just carrying people one after the other so it wasn’t a very nice experience. It was good to have our daughters ride camels and get the picture but without small kids, I’d skip it and have them bring us back to the hotel.

The sunrise was amazing, the owners H. & W. took such great care of us! I would def. recommend this company, the breakfast, the view, the service, the pilot, the staff... Everything was AMAZING! Thank you Marrakech by Air, I will def. come back for another balloon flight!

The experience in a whole was a magical time filled with laughter and great company. We have been treated with the most respect and professionalism from the "marrakech by air" team: they picked us up from our hotel at the exact time arranged in a 4x4 then driven to the site where we had tea while waiting for the balloon to be filled. One in the air we were blown away by the amazing view.. when we got back to the site, we where welcomed with a traditional breakfast in a berber tent. We loved the trip so much and thank Hamid and his team for there incredible service.

Das Service war von Anfang an top: von der pünktlichen Abholung vom Hotel, dem idyllischen Frühstück inklusive Feuerkörbe während des Wartens bis zum unglaublichen Frühstück an Bord. Unsere Pilotin Elena machte die Fahrt durch ihre fröhliche, vertrauenserweckende Art zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis. Suchtgefahr:)

A faire absolument ! Nous avons passés un moment inoubliable dans les airs au levé du soleil avec un petit déjeuner royale marocain. Balade en ballon avec de l’animation une vue à couper le souffle! Aventure inoubliable … regarder Marrakech du ciel : une aventure unique et fabuleuse. Tout a été comme sur des roulettes, depuis notre réservation en passant par le vol et le retour en ville en milieu de matinée. Belle organisation, endroit super et une équipe professionnelle ! Aventure mérite la revivre.

Het ophalen vanuit het hotel en de luchtballon waren zeer goed. De luchtballon piloot en de jeep chauffeur chapeau. Maar! Het ontbijt na de luchtballon in een vieze tent was vreselijk. Hierover geklaagd bij Lina. Deze jonge meid kon niet tegen kritiek. Ikzelf had voor 2 personen € 450,- betaald inclusief het ophalen, luchtballon en ontbijt. Terwijl Lina boos is weggelopen nadat we een discussie kregen over het koude ontbijt en slechte gekookt ei. Ben ik als persoon nog even een sigaret gaan roken buiten de tent. Daar stond Lina met een groepje mannelijke collega's. Lina maakte een opmerking naar mij waarbij zij mij probeerde te beledigen. Hierop heb ik haar even op haar plek gezet en haar snotneusje genoemd. vervolgens springt er een mannelijke collega naar mij toe en wilt mij een kopstoot geven. Grof geweld en gescheld was uiteindelijk het gevolg en een kras in mijn nek. Dit allemaal om een eitje. Al met al Lina en collega kunnen beter vertrekken dan organiseren.

Een MUST om te doen als je in Marakkesh bent!! Een zeer verzorgde organisatie dat alles tot in de puntjes had verzorgd. Ik heb dit kunnen ervaren met mijn dochtertje die ik in een draagzak droeg. We kozen voor de sunrise ervaring en werden netjes op tijd opgehaald met een busje. Een zeer lekkere en uitgebreid ontbijt wachtte op ons in het luchtballon en achteraf werden we verwelkomd in de Berberse tent met verse muntthee en verse Marokkaanse Donuts. Wij zijn een ervaring rijker :)

Quelle expérience! C'était un rêve devenu réalité. L'organisation était au top. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité avec notre pilote Marina. Je le recommande à tout le monde !
