The via ferrata was very well organised and professional. First time my family had done one including 8yr old boy. Very safe and fun… wish it could have been longer!

We had a very good time with Jerry, our guide. We had a choice of more open space climbing or valley climbing. We chose the latter. We had a scenic climb with some challenging parts, for us. Rated B and some parts C. Jerry just climbed in front of us as some mountain goat.

We were a group of 10 and we all had so much fun thanks to Matevz. One of us was a bit scared during the via ferrata, but with Matevz's help and patience, he managed to finish the trail. Thank you so much for the nice experience!

Yesterday we were guided by the brilliant Matevz from Altitude Experiences as we Climbed Mt Triglav in a day. A 5am start allowed us to get to the start before 6 and catch the stunning sunrise as we made our way up the mountain. As the day progresses the mountain becomes more beautiful with so many chances to get great photos along the way. Thoughtful the trip Matevz gave us amazing insight into the trip, the mountain and surrounding area. After approx 4 hours we reached the Hut that gave us a few minutes before the steeper final section of the climb. On the last part of the climb we were all roped together for the Ferrata sections and very grateful for the safety and professionalism of Matevz. It was a busy day on the mountain and having to pass many people made you even more glad that This company make safety such a priority. We reached the top to have stunning views across the country. A truly exceptional experience and so glad we did this and I can not recommend Matevz and the team highly enough. We completed the trip is just over 10 hours and loved every minute. To allow us to enjoy the day even more, Matevz took many photos which we can now share with our fiends.

We started the week having booked Triglav fairytale route via Ferrata for the first day. Matevz provided a great intro to climbing, challenging enough for the teenager and safe enough for the 11-year-old. We wanted to go canyoning during the week as week. But hadn’t booked. I’m glad Matevz recommended we do the more challenging Amazing Canyoning route, instead of the family route. The kids both loved it, taking every jump including the bridge. And for a late add, my teenager asked to do another via ferrata. On our last day in Slovenia, Matevz took two of us to climb the Slovenian via Ferrata on Mt Mangart. Our experiences with Altitude Activities made our week in Slovenia one of our favorite adventure holidays. Their communication was timely, the recommendations were perfect for our family, and the guides were great.

This was a true life changing experience. Matteus, our guide, gave us a feeling of safety combined with a “you can do this” attitude. My son and me never climbed before but we chose the difficult path and on top of that the views are amazing. Highly recommend this to all.

My husband and I had the most incredible time with Jan - it was fun but also challenging (pitched just right for us and a range of options from easy to difficult). Jan was great company too. Couldn't recommend more!

This is an early start to the day but it's definitely worth it! We met Jerry at the office and it easy all taken care of from there. Depending on the group size and adventure appetite this can be done is less time than stated, which can be disappointing if you're expecting a full day. For us, it was great. Jerry was a great guide and took us along this and another rockier route later. The climb was a challenge but not difficult and the courses and equipment are all in good order! It was definitely a well worth experience and highly recommended as a summer activity. Watching the sunrise whilst hanging off a rock is an experience that has to be lived! Recommended to anyone physically able to do this and I look forward to doing it again!

Best team, best equipment, best hike 💪 we had a great day hiking in Julian alps, we went on the highest peak of Slovenia, and we are going again next year! Thank you for everything

We joined Mat a few days ago for a via ferrata tour. We had enjoyed a lot of hiking prior to this but had no climbing experience. If we had seen where we were climbing beforehand we may have chickened out, but we are so glad we did it!! We were given so much useful information and guidance, we always felt safe and were allowed to go at our own pace. The stunning views were also a plus! An unforgettable time from start to finish.

Super ervaring. We deden 2 daagse beklimming van de Triglav. We werden heel goed begeleid door de ervaren gids Matevz. De eerste dag klommen we alleen tot de hut (we kregen hiervoor op voorhand de route op kaart). De tweede dag gingen we naar de top onder begeleiding (en beveiliging) van Matevz. Matevz bezorgde ons ook prachtige foto's van de beklimming. Echt een aanrader om op deze manier de tocht te ondernemen.
