We had an outstanding 2 week trip to France arranged through Enchanting Travels.. they arranged a full day, small group (7 people) trip to Vernon Gorge and Moustiers and a private walkingt tour of Aix. Our guides,Remyand Sebastian were excellent. They were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and entertaining. The tours were well paced and very informative and provided excellent value. We would not hesitate to recommend any of their many offerings in France. Enchanting Travel was perfect in putting the whole trip together and we will certainly use them again.

A full day out with our great guide Renault. Mousteirs was the highlight. Verdon Gourge was spectacular. Our guide was clearly passionate about the area and very knowledgeable. As I was a solo traveller this was an awesome experience!

A good guide makes a whole world of difference. Remy is very experienced and knowledgeable. He even took us to lavender field which made us feel like we got one extra tour included. We felt very lucky to have him.

Adrian will just try his best to answer all your questions. The Time arrangements are flexible. The shop introduced to me is an authenticate local producer and their products are really top.

When we booked this tour we knew we would be visiting the countryside but Wow, we had no idea of the magnitude of beauty in store for us. Jeff our tour guide and driver extraordinaire ( lots and lots of narrow roads and curves) made it a wonderful experience. Jeff knows this area from his childhood and he shares his tremendous experience with great enthusiasm. He does Not use a tired/scripted monologue. He encourages questions and discussion. It felt like a day with a great friend. Our first stop was to a delightful agribusiness where they grow almonds, olives, and lavender and produce a wide variety of products from these crops. I found the exact variety of lavender I’d been searching for. The Verdon Gorge is amazing even in bad drought conditions. The village of Moustiers Ste/Marie is delightful and surrounded by magnificent mountains. Don’t miss out on this your!

Our guide Solene was incredible. She was very knowledgeable and she made the day so wonderful for us. The Gorge du Verdon was stunning and the town we visited (Moustiers) was also a highlight.

Our guide, Gregory is really great! He is so kind and generous during one day travel. He explained the history of each spot in detail. We recommend this route and it would be good season between the mid. of June and the mid. of July to see the blooming lavender and lavendine.

Lac Ste Croix was beautiful. Pierre was very knowledgable and was explaining things during our trip, historical things. +-

Exceptional tour guides assigned to us! Greg & Jeff duo. Love Greg’s sense of humour which made our day tour interesting, his selfless sharing of the history of Provence and his relentless efforts to find the best spots for us to view & take photos. Enjoyed chatting with both of them too! Jeff’s effort to use Google translation to help translate from French to Korean language to a pair of Korean couple is also highly commendable! Overall we are very satisfied with the service and look forward to other future tours with them when the opportunity arises.

It was a lovely experience using your services. The tour operator/ driver (Greg) was a professional, amiable, and pleasant person with in-depth knowledge of his work. Though it’s not the best season to visit, but the tour is really nice. Our guide was Greg, who is really a knowledgeable guide and very nice person. So all together I would recommend this trip, but when the lavenders are in full bloom, it could be a perfect day out.

This tour lived up to expectations and description. The visit to the L’Occitaine factory was interesting, a good amount of time. We were lucky to be there in the three weeks that the lavender was in bloom, and our guide took the trouble to stop at a particularly scenic spot for us to look at the lavender and sage and take photos. Moustiers was very picturesque. The views of the gorge and lake were breathtaking and our guide took us to a spot where we could get better views with few other tourists. It was a slightly challenging short walk (due to the rocky ground) to this viewpoint. Finally, we had enough time at the lake to have a swim and some hired a paddle boat - it was a very hot day and most welcome. There is nowhere private to change if you want to swim, and you need to take thongs or boat shoes because the shore is rocky. Overall a great day.

Too much time spent at L’Occitane factory and olive farm with clear intent to sell, and too little in the small towns. That said, guide was very knowledgeable and well-spoken, and the countryside is beautiful.

I must confess that I was quite disappointed with this excursion (and two other similar excursions that I booked simultaneously at the Aix Tourist Office) because the only service that is provided in a van and a driver. I assumed that the driver was also a guide but it is not so: he/she drives you to some point, gives you one hour to visit it and you do the visit by yourself. Since I was expecting to be accompanied by a guide I did not bring any guide in book form with me so the interest of the visits was much reduced. The excursions are too expensive for what is done. You do better renting a car with GPS and drive to the places you want to visit yourself.

We started the day in Manosque to tour the L'Occitane factory which I wanted to see very much as I love their products made from Occitane herbs and flower essences. Good tour, interesting, not too much time. Onto Moustier St-Marie - spectacular, small village where we could have easily spent much more time. Greg gave us a good tip to tell restaurant we are on a tour with limited time. They suggested a couple meals that could be enjoyed quickly and we had a fantastic lunch at Les Tables du Cloitre and could still explore the village. Thank you Greg! He was very knowledgable on lavender and the fields, and all areas we visited - great tour guide. Onto Verdun Gorge which pictures do not do it justice by far. Astounding views as you approach, from above and also from the bridge. Beautiful place to return to in future. Really good day.

We had a great time. Moustiers Ste-Marie was such a beautiful little village with a little shopping for mom and hiking for the kids. The gorges was amazing, the lavender fields so serene. If you'd like a getaway day to see the countryside and mountains of provence, this tour is the perfect choice.

I guide was great but the tour itself was a bit rushed and pricey for what it was.
