Ben from Rosie Taxi Cab was extremely helpful and patient when I contacted him to find out about transporting a visually impaired client of mine from Oxnard to Los Angeles. I had many questions to ensure the safety of my passenger, and he was willing to take the time to answer everything and put me at ease. When arriving at the passengers home, he assisted the passenger with loading her luggage into his vehicle and helping her into the car. My client was extremely grateful for his service and she arrived at her destination in time and safe. I also used Rosie Taxi Cab for the return trip because I know I can now count and rely on their services. Thank you very much Ben! I used this taxi service to and from a resort for a solo trip. Ben runs an amazing business. They confirmed my pick-up times and flights. I got turned around at the airport and they helped me find my way. The drivers were kind and friendly. I would absolutely use this service again.

DO NOT USE - Fraudulent Business, Unlicensed, Unregistered Cars, Unsafe Car not registered-for years, driver admitted and showed he had several tickets and a court date pending and had been unable to register car because of tickets... If you need more reasons; it is a fraudulent unlicensed business (they state they are "managed by LYFT-however are NOT affiliated with Lyft, and car would not meet l Lyft qualifications), car was old and unsafe and smelled of marijuana - pass.

When Ben, whom had answered my call and taken all my info, couldn't find a driver to get me there (I called for a last minute transfer from Ojai to the airport), he took it onto himself to drive me and make sure I would get there in time. Loved being able to make a reservation the day beforehand, appreciated getting to make reservation by phone or online my choice! Immaculate car, personable and professional driver, not just on time but early, helped with all bags and my door. Highly recommend for airport trips and will use again and again as the reduction in stress and fair pricing can’t be beat. Best of all was dropped at my terminal curb versus where the other types of rides take you at LAX

BEWARE!!! TLDR: they’ll call to say your original booking time is unavailable then refuse to refund your money. On 8/16/22 I booked a ride on their website for 8/17/22 @ 5:15AM from Fillmore to LAX, I received a confirmation text shortly thereafter and my credit card was charged $179.09. A few hours later I received a call from their dispatcher claiming that due to shift they needed to change my booking to around 4-4:15AM. Their dispatcher stated I would receive a subsequent phone call from a driver with a more accurate time. I then received a call from their driver David who confirmed 4:15 was the earliest a driver could arrive and when asked, he confirmed that I would be refunded should I need to cancel. I made alternate arrangement and called David back to cancel and he again confirmed I would be refunded given the time change. A few minutes later I received a phone call from their dispatcher claiming David was just a driver and didn’t know anything, and that I wouldn’t be refunded because I canceled. He also claimed that that disputing the charge was considered fraud per their terms. He then proceeded to claim there had been a misunderstanding and attempted to offer a credit on a future ride, presumably because my destination was airport departures and I wouldn’t likely return to claim it. Only after this exchange did the dispatcher decide that my original booking time was suddenly available and a driver would arrive as scheduled. This company has acted in bad faith at every turn, misrepresented their service availability, and is now attempting to keep payment for a ride they claimed to be unable to provide. I have since made other transportation arrangements and can’t caution you enough to stay away from these people. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Great experience. Picked me up on time and was a pleasant ride there and back. Ben wen out of his way to contact me to let me know when I wanted to be picked up from the hospital. I give them 5 out of 5.
