This was a great tour and we learned a lot about Venice. Our tour guide's name was Daisy (like the flower as she says), and she was so knowledgeable and fun. My wife and I had a very enjoyable time. I highly recommend.

Supposed to be a 2 hour tour. After 2..5 hours we had to leave. Too much standing listening to repetitive. Long time or seniors to be standing

Julia was very charming and polite. Very knowledgeable about Venice as she moved back to live in this charming city. We not only heard about the history but also about daily life for the people in Venice .

We were a little disappointed with this tour. We wish there would have been headsets so we could hear the guide better. We also didn’t have the best tour guide. We went on another tour with a different company the next day that was absolutely amazing!

Daisy was fantastic. Her knowledge and explanation of some of the history of Venice made this tour exceptional.

We visited Venice for the day and this tour gave great insight to the city. I travelled with my two daughters aged 16 and 11 and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Our tour guide Marco was very pleasant and had vast knowledge about this unique place. We would definitely recommend.

A lot of walking with a little bits of history in between. Some really inappropriate talk about prostitutes, tits and homosexuality with young boys on the tour. It was uncomfortable to say the least. It would not have bothered me at all with a fully adult group.

We had a fantastic and insightful view into the history of Venice and how modern life looks for Venetians. Fosca was knowledgable about the city and was welcoming to questions through the tour. We also got some great recommendations for places to eat and drink whilst in Venice!

Our Guide, Daisy, was incredibly knowledgeable and shared great insights throughout the tour. The pace felt right, we saw a lot of key sights, and enjoyed the day. Would highly recommend Daisy and this tour.

Really good introduction to Venice with good balance of history, places of interest and venetian life. Our tour guide Denise was excellent.

I personally wouldn't recommend this tour, the facts were not particularly interesting and it didn't flow very well. I thought it would give a good overview of Venice but I didn't feel like I left having learned anything and the stops were okay. It was average and I am sure there are better walking tours on Viator.

This was our first day so a great way to get some local knowledge and some history from our guide. Meeting our guide was straight forward and Sara was excellent. Very clear and easy to hear and lots of information which was both fun and factual. Recommend for anyone’s first visit to Venice.

This was such a fun and informative tour! Denise was our guide, we had 10-15 people and I wasn't sure what to expect. She was funny, personable, and so knowledgeable (and proud!) about Venice. She walked us through so many cool piazzas, told us so many things by showing us examples (where the flood markers were, how the bricks hold things up, how the close the canals, etc), and she had so much information on the things we expected to hear (about the churches, the families of Venice, the streets and architecture, etc). She had answers for all of our questions, and at the end she gave us a list of places to eat, things to do, etc. Her sense of humor and keeping the pace was the perfect combination of a tour guide. I had something booked for after the tour and she even walked me to the area and showed me where to eat, which bridges to cross to get to the next place, etc. She was above and beyond.

Desi was a fantastic guide with all the information on the history of Venice. She showed us also the non touristy spots which was fantastic as it is not so busy. There 2 kids in the group and she was fantastic with them and their questions.

Good tour with a friendly informative guide. It was not too long and the local guide had some very interesting facts and also spoke about general life in venice for local people.

We spent two very entertaining hours walking around Venice with Daisy. She is very knowlegeable about the city and very friendly and approachable. She took us around the less frequented parts of the centre of Venice as well as St Mark's square and we highly recommend the tour.
