This was great!! Erica was very knowledgeable and did a great job engaging my 10yo who the day before had been for ed to go on a very boring tour for adults. What I actually lived about this tour — and therefore would recom it to adults too — is that she focused on smaller details. Each one told a bigger story and in the end they all come together to give you a broad sketch of what Venetian culture — not just history — is about. I spent the whole rest of the day telling my daughter “Wow I’m SO GLAD we went on that tour!! It was perfect!” Def provided a model for the kind of tour we will look for in the future when visiting other places!

This trip made our entire trip! Lucia was amazing and really interacted with my daughter and helped us to make special memories of sights we would never have found alone! If you are travelling with children this trip is a must!! Thankyou Lucia!!

Lucia was great with the kids and played little games with them like finding the hidden symbols at a couple of our stops. I had brought my granddaughter who was 13 so was a little old for this but the younger kids enjoyed it.

We visited Venice and chose this for our tour of the beautiful city. We had 3 small children- all under 7 and our tour guide was patient, informative and engaged each of them perfectly! Special prizes for the kids and tiramisu for the adults! A great day... highly recommend

We did the Venice walking tour with Federica with our 10yr old son... initially he was shy but soon befriended the 2 girls from USA who accompanied us with their parents. Federica was informative for both kids and parents and made the whole tour so enjoyable entertaining the kids and stopping when they needed a break. Thank you so much! I wish Federica had been able to guide us throughout our whole European adventure! She was a real gem.

Federica was a great tour guide . . . she is very knowledgeable and easy to follow. She also made an amazing effort to engage our daughter. She had wonderful questions and contests. .. it was great to see how much my daughter learned on this tour compared to what she learned on the others.

Venice tour with our two sons aged 13 and 14 was like being shown the city by a friend of the family. We were 15 minutes late due to taking the vaporetto in the wrong direction. No problem! Called the office and they put us in touch with Federica who kindly helped us figure out how to meet up with the group at the fish market. We jumped right in with the tour and male vs. female points game already in progress. The kids managed to learn key facts about Venice and were interested in the iPad photos, maps, etc. Then they received little gifts along the way like fun pencils, candy, and even mini travel games. We had a stop for tiramisu in the much welcomed air conditioning. She kept us in the shade and juggled between kids and grandparents making sure everyone was enjoying the tour and hearing interesting and educational details about Venice. Favorite spot of my kids was the cats bookshop. The internet reviews were spot on, highly recommend this tour!!

Federica was amazing and so friendly. We always do a kids tour when we travel and this one didn't disappoint. It can be hard to keep kids engaged, especially when it's hot, and she did a great job. Super educational and made it fun, even for the adults. Highly recommend!

This was great walking tour with the children (we had 3) and was with another family with two children. It was fun, informative and included a fun quiz, kids prizes and Tiramisu! We learnt as much as the kids-if not more and got to see back streets and things we would have missed otherwise. Frederica the guide was v lovely.

As a family four traveling with our 2 boys aged 6 and 12, we opted to book this kid friendly walking tour of Venice. Our tour guide was named Frederica, and she did an incredible job engaging our kids throughout the tour. She divided us in terms, and the kids got points for pointing out things like the Venetian flag and the symbol of Venice, which is a winged lion. Our kids loved this, and paid attention to all of the interesting details Frederica told us about this very unique city. The walking tour took us through the fish and farmers markets, included several prizes for the kids throughout the 2.5 hours, included a tiramisu stop, and Frederica was great about pointing out the best local foods and eateries to try. We all learned so much about Venice and had a great time doing it. Thanks so much for ending our spring break tour in Italy on such a high note!

This was the BEST tour we have been on while in Europe! Fredrica had my kids (14) and (10) hooked from the start with a points game. Then came the ‘points presents’ along the way and gelato!! It was a very great mix of information for both adults and children and I could guarantee my children retained more info about Venice than anywhere else we have visited. Fredrica helped us to book into a free viewing platform for later in the day and took us to the most unique bookshop with cats, gondolas and a ‘book staircase’. She was very engaging, clear, concise and kind. This tour was the highlight for us on our entire trip through Italy, Switzerland, France and England. Money extremely well spent.

Frederica was a great tour guide. Keeping score with an adult vs children worked a treat and the prizes where a great bonus. Our kids will remember this for years to come and even learnt a lot.

Great tour for my family of 5. All tours we took in Rome Florence and Venice were excellent my kids are ages 15, 12 and 10. All tours we took were made to be enjoyable and informative

We booked this tour for our only full day in Venice and Im so glad we did! It was absolutely worth every single penny. Federica was beyond amazing and kept our boys 8 and 10 years old engaged and excited the entire time. It was wonderful to walk around with someone who not only knew the area, but clearly loved it and was full of interesting information about things we probably wouldnt have noticed. We did the tour in the late morning and it was the perfect introduction to the rest of our day as she offered tips on where to go first and where to eat for lunch and dinner. We followed her suggestions and our day in Venice was one of the best ones in our whole Italy trip. We fell in love with the beauty and charm of Venice and I know its because we knew some of the background, thanks to Federica. If Im venice again, I would book this tour in a heartbeat.
