The weather was drizzling We booked 2 gondolas with serenade We received only 1 gondola fir 4 people It was supposed to last 30 minutes The ride lasted only 15 minutes The gondolier was very nice & efficient The music was entertaining I think we should be owed a partial refund

Even though the weather was questionable we went on the gondola ride It was supposed to be 2!people on 2 separate gondolas We ended up ring 4 people in 1 gondola The gondolier was efficient & helpful to get on & off the gondola The serenader was delightful The ride was only 15 minutes NOT 30 minutes paid for. I do think we deserve some sort of reimbursement for the issues

The gondola ride was quaint but not even the 30 minutes we were promised! EXTREMELY disappointed. 20 minutes from departure to return. The serenade was nice. The BEST part of the tour was cruising past a restaurant that we had dinner at after. Otherwise, we would have never known it was there. Ristorante de Raffealo was incredible. The gondola event was a true disappointment for the money. Find another. Do not use this service. I should ask for a refund!

The experience was amazing. The serenade was not on our gondola, but we heard it from the other gondola, which was nice. They take you through a small canal that there is not much to see, but it's still nice. The gondolier, not so cool, but overall great experience.

There were only three boats and the accordion player and singer were in the middle boat. The sound going down the canals was beautiful! Really enjoyed the evening ride!

A huge disappointment, and certainly false advertising. In the first moment, they announced to us a couple in love that they would separate us. Which we refused. Then they piled us and others into six gondolas, some even five people per boat. There were four of us, and with my height it was difficult for me to sit across from my beloved in the boat. The musical experience at the moment when you are sitting in the last boat is miserable. The harmonica was not even heard for a while. The truth is that the money for this attraction is not worth it. It was like in a movie with music and a singer. The ride was a unique experience. A one time experience, recommended 100%.

We loved it! The singer did a great job. There were 5 other gondolas moving together along with the singer, which was fine with me.

There were 30 people and only one singer. There were 7 boats sharing same singer.Sometimes we could not hear the singer however when we did it was nice. The man rowing my canoe didn’t interact with us and was not friendly. At the end they asked for tips.

Customer service was great. My mom and I enjoyed the ride. The guy on the other gondola sang for us! Will come back

This was an excellent experience in Venice. Having the guitarist and singer on board was such a bonus.

Disappointing. From start to finish was less than 30 min, my wife and I were seated separately on the gondola and we were with many other boats with the individual doing the serenade 3 boats behind. Not what we expected. Felt like a number vs getting an experience.

The man in charge of the gondolas was very rude and abrupt and when we finally got on our gondola we were nowhere near the man doing the seranade as we were in the first gondola and he was way back near the last. It was not very well organised

Hard to hear the singer unless you were in his boat so disappointing as we paid extra . Staff at dock not very attentive

Bought a serenade and didn't get one. I asked about it to the gondola operator and he just made a joke out of me to the other operators because there was one gondola with a serenade and he said that's it right there. Went to the office later told them where was my serenade and they said it was a group. Rightly Fd off so that means I paid for everyone else to have a serenade. Not happy. Best to go somewhere else. Bad bad bad experience. Plus there was no english guide. The operator was just talking Italian with the other operators.

So much fun and beautiful experience. Loved the singing. Navigating through the little canals was wonderful.

The ABSOLUTE best experience ever in Venice. A special request for a little person on his birthday was also catered for by the serenade singers. Thank you Roberto and Tiziano. The tour operator and the agent from Viator were also super helpful. An evening gondola ride with serenade is a must-do when in Venice. There are lots of gondolas but when the singer is singing, everyone was looking at our boat and clapping! Overall the best highlight of my trip. The ride is about 30mins long but goes pretty quickly when you're enjoying yourself. Kudos to everyone making this possible. Thanks!

The gondola ride itself was cool, but I was disappointed with the serenade. The singer was on a different boat but our boat was far ahead of him and we could barely hear the singing. At times we couldn’t hear him at all. I wish I didn’t pay as much for a “serenade” because we didn’t even get one. Again, gondola was nice and the workers were nice, but it felt like false advertising in my opinion.

This was the most magical experience we could’ve asked for! It was the cherry on top for our Italian honeymoon ❤️
