Brilliant way to spend a day in Valencia! The market was lovely and the class was great fun! We learnt how to make paella and the instructors were friendly and fun. Tapas before the cooking was such a treat and the sangria was delicious too! This was the highlight of our trip!

Best experience in Valencia. The hosts at my first paella were great and make the entire experience very fun. 10/10 recommended for someone who wants to have an immersive experience in the birthplace of paella. I took the vegetarian paella class and it was delicious. A bit pricey but they offer tapas and drinks AND desserts too along with your paella so it’s worth it. Very hands on, had a great time.

A Must Do if you have a couple days in Valencia. Talented and enthusiastic guides through the market, and experienced chef to teach us a sophisticated and cultural dish. I can't believe we made such delicious paella!

My First Paella was a great way to spend half the day in Valencia! Anna and Jordie were amazing hosts and chefs making the whole experience so fun and engaging! The food was delicious, drinks flowing and we learnt a lot! I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Valencia as it’s one of the only ways to get a proper fresh paella 🥘

We had such a delightful time. We learned many useful and creative cooking ideas and techniques. The staff were enthusiastic, friendly and spoke perfect English, helping a group of strangers to bond and to share the joy of good food and each other’s company.

This was so much more than a cookery class. From the start Anna and Romy made everyone feel part of the group. The market visit is a great start to the experience. The cookery class itself is fantastic. Along with Anna and Romy, Jordi the chef guides you through everything you need to know to make great paella. Everyone gets to join in and the addition of sangria and tapas before you begin cooking is a brilliant way to get to know your group mates a little better. my husband and I are from Louisiana and love to enjoy good fun and great people. We must say we experienced both !!! We learned enough to be able to come home and show off to friends and family. This was an amazing experience in valencia! From the trip to the market through to making and eating paella we had a fantastic time learning how to make paella. Jordi, Jose and Romi were fantastic hosts and made learning to make paella a memorable and fun experience! They were super knowledgable and they gave us lots of tips, tricks and takeaways to try when cooking at home. This experience is 100% worth doing when you're in Valencia
