None. We never did the tour. The tour director didn’t wait for us. We made it to the Vatican basilica at 10:15 AM. We had to find our way to the meeting site. It was raining profoundly that morning. We were totally drenched in rain trying to ask questions about Viator. No one knew Viator. Finally, someone told us that our group had already gone inside the museum. The time was 10:50AM. No consideration was given about the bad weather.

Our guide Oksana was phenomenal. The check in process was very good. We really appreciated the skip the line and headsets

We loved our tour with Alessandra! The Vatican Museums are incredible and she had so much knowledge and fun facts for us to learn and enjoy. Our 10 year old had fun also! The Basilica is amazing also and she was a great guide - good at skipping lines and getting us through the crowds!

When we arrived for our tour there was no tour guide (they called in sick). We were very disappointed not to learn about the Vatican. We were not able to reschedule as we only had that day to go.

Our tour guide called in sick, so instead of putting us with another group, they just said sorry and let us go without any guide, no instructions and no one to give us the history and information behind everything we saw. Feel a bit cheated, and will get a refund.

Turned up and there was no guide for the guided tour! The actual visit was great, so impact was minimum and could be self-paced......... We still utilized the skip the queue aspect, which seeing the queues for the normal entry was welcome! The tour company rep said that a partial refund would be applied immediately, but we haven't had notification of or an actual refund to date.

I tried and tried to download the ticket vouchers and was unsuccessful. I checked All of your emails and still could not access the vouchers. It was an incredibly stressful experience! I also tried asking many different travel agents and travel guides and no one could figure it out. The tickets were incredibly expensive and we had to buy additional tickets just to get in the museum. I would really appreciate some kind of refund. Thanks

You definitely can't enter the tourist parts of the Vatican without a guide to help you skip the line, but I still felt like the tour experience itself was a bit lackluster. By 9 am, the museum was already packed and like a sea of people wading around, allowing us to vaguely inspect each statue for a few seconds before bumping around to find a view for the next important statue. The tour guide's English wasn't too crisp, so it was hard to understand her, and although she definitely knew her stuff, I felt like the tour was kind of cut and dry and wished she was a bit more lighthearted and personal.

The entire tour was excellent, minus a nasty rain at the start. Amy was wonderful and her love and enthusiasm for history was most evident.

The crowds were so bad it was very hard to follow our tour guide. It was hard to take pictures. At the end I was glad it was over, it was so exhausting. It wasn’t the fault of the guide, who did the best he could.

This was a great tour - everything is amazing but our guide Gaga made it. She was very knowledgeable but more importantly was able to tell the stories and share the history in a wonderful way with humour, not just a recitation of facts. She made the tour.

Unfortunately, we missed our excursion time because we had no idea the port was so far away from the city center. When we got to the meeting place we were told that they were sorry but nothing could be done. They just say NO, we can’t help you. They just scoot you away and that’s it. Fortunately we found this other tour guide that went beyond and above to help us and he got us the tickets we needed.

I loved it all but the basilica was spectacular. Our guide Amy was so pleasant & very informative. It rained so hard, we were all soaked but once inside all was forgotten & enjoyed our day.

The tour was outstanding. Amy was an excellent guide- very knowledgeable & engaging. We all had to stand outside in the pouring rain to check in at the start but so did every other tour meeting there. Once inside you are just amazed at all the sights.

Very informative and interesting tour of important historical sire. Paula was an excellent guide that pointed out critical details and led us through a very busy site.

Laura was wonderful, caring and so considerate of my needs whilst looking after the whole group. She was knowledgeable whilst entertaining. She allowed time and didn’t rush people. Loved the small group

I miss read my ticket date and showed up a day later and the tour guide gave me tickets to enter museum

Simmona was our guide and she did an excellent job there were A lot of people, but she maneuvered us through without any problems.

Nicoletta was a fabulous guide, very knowledgeable and took her time to answer everyone's questions. Very much enjoyed the tour thank you 😊
