The guides were great not the buses and timetables were disappointing.

Unfortunately, a terrible experience. Buses were cancelled but we were not informed. Timetable was difficult to find, had to ring to find out about it and issues with delays. Customers were queuing for over an hour at different points and no information was forthcoming. Once finally on the bus, it was old and uncomfortable. The route was uninteresting, and not worth the money. I would advise anyone looking to do this to CHOOSE AN ALTERNATIVE COMPANY. l now wish l had gone with the green buses. They looked much newer and better!

The wait at the Canada Place (starting point) was too long (over an hour). Should have had more busses ready for the extra customer at the time.

Uncomfortable bus, knees hard up against seat in front, small windows that made it impossible to get perspective on the city, especially as the driver kept talking about magic things happening high on the surrounding buildings!

Very good hope to come back again soon.

One driver was exceptional and added his own commentary to the trip and happily answered questions, the other was not at all interactive. On the whole though, it’s always a great way to explore a new city and get your bearings.

The waits were long and busses were full. People waited for hours to get on the busses.

Quite difficult to find bus stop ( very small sign). Drivers friendly and helpful . Unfortunately was a rainy day so not great visibility as the bus toured city. Handy to be able to stop along the way and catch next bus when ready. Good for general orientation of city.

The vehicle were dated and 1 was out of service and the 1 that we were on 'broke down' with the gas pedal stopped working. We then later took another bus and the driver was driving with no engagement and rushing to end his shift. I think we hit every 'pothole' in Vancouver. I generally would look past most things and enjoy the experience but it was hard to overlook some of these issue. Our original driver Simon was great and did his very best to accommodate and make everyone feel comfortable and engaging.

Old dilapidated buses. No commentary except for an occasional recording that kept getting cut off. Ride was extremely uncomfortable and uninformative.

Rickety old bus, couldn't see out of scratched plastic roof or windows, cometry very poor, most of the time nothing. I've been on hop on hop off bus tours all over the world. This is, without doubt, the worst by a long shot. I would not recommend it. Local electric bus $2 for 90 use that, much better and can see more. very disappointing. Waste of money.
