Specifically requested to go to Bodegas RE in Casablanca and then to continue in to Valparaiso for lunch repeating a tour I loved doing 8 years ago and we were not disappointed. Highly recommend this. Bodegas RE is more of a boutique winery. Small and family run. Different. Tour guide was excellent and accomdating.

Knowledge all around. Esteban not only knows every single piece of history but also every detail about the production of wines and the Chilenian varieties. Perfect timing in every step of a full day of visits to Valparaiso, Vina Del Mar and boutique wineries all around the route. Super strong recommendation to Esteban as a guide

I initially thought I'd be bored but ended up having so much fun while learning a ton and experiencing the colorful, joyful and fascinating Chilean culture and cuisine. We had cappuchino overlooking the ocean, visited sea lions upclose to my surprise, enjoyed the colorful graffita art--including these piano stairs, had a delectable lunch, visited the cutest vineyard ever and even were gifted by our guide with the most delicious bottle of wine that we drank upon our arrival at Easter Island later. Highly recommend. Our guide Daniel helped us learn Spanish and our driver Marco were amazing!!

Daniel and Marco provided my wife and I a wonderful excursion to a great vineyard, a nice walk along the coast, fact filled commentary on interesting street art in Valparaiso and a spectacular lunch overlooking the bay (black ink squid lasagna!). A great day in Chile!

We booked a trip through Servitour Chile for Valparaiso and Casablanca valley tour on our free day on a long business trip. The tour was excellent and Esteban was a very knowledgeabe guide who took us on a walking trip through the colourful streets of Valparaiso and shared the history of the region. Even our visit to the small winery of Bodega Re in Casablanca was interesting where we tasted and bought some great Chilean wine. Would highly recommend anyone looking to visit Chile to do this trip.

Went on a day trip with my wife with Daniel and Leonardo. The trip was fantastic. They picked us up right on time and we were on the road. While we drove, the two of them asked us some questions about our interests and based on that, they recommended that we add a vineyard stop in Casablanca. And, they did all the arranging of that, including calling a few places until they could make us a reservation. On the tour, we took short stops to explore Vina Del Mar and Valpo. In all places, Leonardo had lots of wonderful information to share. They were clearly also well coordinated as whenever we finished a walk, the car was there are waiting, we never had to double back. They also were thoughtful to plan ahead and reserve us a lunch location based on our preferences. I can only say positive things about the experience and they tour guides themselves, but at the end of the trip, Daniel, to our surprise, was so kind to stop and give us a wonderful gift based on some of our conversations. This is truly a private and customized tour that offers the right amount of guidance but also adjustment to our needs.

Esteban & Daniel (and his 3 brothers-in-joke) were a great team for our day out at Valparaiso and Casablanca valley. Conversation while travelling was wide ranging and we all learned something. In my opinion they could lose the Vina del Mar element and spend more time in Valparaiso. Esteban was very informative and enthusiastic. Thoroughly recommend.

Leo, our guide was amazing. His knowledge of the areas we visited was current and historically detailed. The walking trip in Valparaiso was fantastic and full of art and again his knowledge enhanced our experience. He also made us reservations for lunch at an exceptional restaurant with a spectacular view of the city and harbor of Valparaiso. His passion about Chile in general was clear to see. Boris, the driver was great as well. His knowledge of the area and smooth driving was appreciated. He was able to avoid rush hour traffic going back into Santiago because of his knowledge of the area! We highly recommend Viator tours.

Nice day with our knowledgeable guide, Boris. He shared so much insight into the culture and politics of Chile. His command of English was excellent. The winery in Casablanca was exceptional and unique. We have been on many wine tours but the Re Boutique winery was wonderful and different. Nice lunch and sightseeing in Valparaiso. Great tour. If we come back we will use Boris for a tour again.

We had a wonderful day with Boris as our guide and Eduardo as our driver. They were both very knowledgeable and explained the various sites. We wanted to spend some extra time at the Fronk museum and Boris was able to explain the various exhibits very well including the shrunken heads. They also took us to a winery which fermented the grapes in an ancient style which was very interesting. At no time were we rushed. We also stopped at a lovely restaurant for lunch, cafe Turri. Thank you so much for a wonderful day.

Our day tour from Santiago to Viña Del Mar and Valparaíso with our guide Estephan could not have been more personable, enjoyable, and enlightening. We knew we would see many beautiful and historic sights but the educational background and details were unexpected. We adjusted a few things on the standard itinerary with no problem. Our lunch at Cafe Terri was exceptional. There are less expensive tours but none with the quality we enjoyed.

We had an excellent day visiting Valparaiso, Vina del Mar, and the Casablanca valley with Esteban and Nicolas. Our guides were extremely personable and especially knowledgeable about the history and nature in the region. We highly recommend this trip for anyone looking for a beautify day trip out of Santiago.

We had a fabulous tour with Boris & Ariel our driver. We felt safe & they were knowledgable & nice. Added extra stops we asked about and were excellent. They were the BEST! Highly recommend this wonderful tour as well.

My family greatly enjoyed our tour of Vaparaiso and Vina del Mar with Boris as our guide. Boris is extremely knowledgeable about the area, is warm and friendly, and his English is excellent. He showed us all the sights, directed us to a restaurant with great food and service for lunch, and was able to answer all of our questions not only about the area, but also about Chile itself, including the country's history and current political situation. We were picked up on time for our private tour, in a clean, roomy car with an experienced driver. They were flexible and accommodating. I recommend this tour highly.

We had a wonderful day with our guide Boris and driver, Marcus. Boris was full of knowledge and fun and showed us beautiful scenery, architecture and culture. A must do tour if you are visiting Santiago. The stop at the winery mid-morning was lovely and the seafood lunch with the views of the coast was the best meal we had in Chile. Don’t miss this tour!

Great day, picked up 0900 in la uxe SUV, only me and my colleague, by our guide Marco and the driver/guide Ariel. First an hour drive to Vina de Mar, where we stopped at viewpoint and then headed for the beach area which had a nice Miami Beach style boulevard plus a pier. Then the highlight for me: Fishmarket Valparaiso where pellicans and seelions where at 4 m distance playing in the surf, and waiting for left over fish. After that drive through Valparaiso with viewpoint stops. Nice restaurant, excellent seafood lunch during one hour, nice view, affordable price, advised and booked at our request around 1PM. The guide lives in the city so could tell all details. Special was the inner city, with colourful murals (like you have in Miami), but really nicely done. A pity we could not stay for the evening, since we heard the bars have live music (guitar, salsa, waltzes etc) spontaneously every evening, We left at 1500 towards the winery. It was winter, so no green trees or grapes, we saw the cellars and tasted two wines. That was a bit meager and definitely not the 'show' you get in other countries..Over all a great day.

Both Marco and Ariel were beyond excellent guides during our tour. They really offered a personalised and unique experience. Marco even offered to booked our dinner in a great restaurant closed to our hotel and it was fantastic. Absolutely delightful experience, very special. They were so punctual, knowledgeable and gold to deal with! They both made our day truly unforgettable, taking us to very special places no other tour goes to. We’ll never forget everything we saw, and the dream place they took us for lunch with an amazing view and food.

Great full day experience with flexibility around our interests. Informative with enough level of detail with Esteban proving knowledgeable to go further at our request. Good value for money.
