Safe. Fun. Thrilling. Amazing. We had Josh he was an amazing tour guide. Helped us take some amazing pictures while out on the trails. Curt made the ride to the trails fun and was very friendly. Over all an experience we won't ever forget. Would highly recommend going with this company.

Great experience and worth the money. You drive around in a atv checking out the various sites of the valley of fire. Our tour guides Paul and Riggs made the tour enjoyable.

Had such an amazing time with Paul & DMO as our guides!! I had never been on an atv before but they were both super understanding and made sure we were comfortable and safe while also showing us a super fun time!! Also shoutout to James our driver for being super thoughtful and nice. I left so happy and grateful for the incredible experience!!!

This tour was so fun. Dimo and Paul were wonderful guides they made us feel comfortable, and made sure we were having fun the whole time. They were even our personal photographers for all the scenic parts of the tour! 10/10 would recommend

Me and one of my best friends signed up for the Valley of Fire w/lunch option. When we arrived at the place, everyone literally treated you like you were part or their crew. 😂🤣🤣 they worked together so well and were hilarious. Our driver Spencer was really sweet! He was our driver to the destination, and it’s about a good 45 minutes away from the Sunbuggy main building. Pulling up to the location was nothing short of amazing! The views were GORGEOUS!!!!! I can only imagine what it is like when the sun is either setting or rising. Put your guide was Paul, and let me tell you something. Paul will be my tour guide if I ever went back to Sunbuggy. He knew the ins and outs of that entire park! Plus he was a Great teacher! He and Spencer let our 3 groups on about a 4 hour tour through those mountains, and it was soooooo much fun!! I wanted to leave them a tip but I never got a chance to do so. If management responds to this, please let me know how I can tip Paul & Spencer please. My recommendations are, wear something to cover yourself completely whether you are doing the UTV or the ATV. Bring sunscreen if your arms will be out, Clorox or Lysol wipes for the bathroom because it’s not an actual running water type restroom, and hand sanitizer. Other than that, ENJOY!!

My 14-year old son went on this tour with Paul and I can't say enough good things. We rode with Paul and I'm glad we did. The ride with guide option is great if you don't want the stress of driving the ATV and enjoy the scenery as you drive. Paul was great and the scenery didn't disappoint! Highly recommend

This was the best experience we as a family have had. ThankYou Paul, and Sunbuggy could not have asked for anything better. Much more fun than we had even expected. The shuttle driver, Emmitt, was great. He called us to verify our pickup hotel and picked us up on time. We felt very safe and comfortable during the ride to and from the hotel with Emmitt. Once we arrived at the Sunbuggy facility it was very disorganized. Lots of confusion by many of the participants, poor communication by the staff. I would describe it as a muddle huddle. We all made it back on to the shuttle bus for approximately 1 hour ride to trail head. Again great job transporting us to trail by Emmitt. Once we got to the trail, many participants, including our party, found the wrong vehicle had been brought out for the ride. Some had reserved 2 seat dune buggies others of us had reserved 4 seater dune buggies. Sunbuggy had upgraded us to 6 seater UTVs at no additional cost. We were fine and happy with the upgrade; but, many were not. Again, problem was communication. The change was not discussed until after we had driven an hour in the shuttle to the trail site. Paul, the trail guide tried to satisfy everyone by communicating issues to Sunbuggy office. Sunbuggy did try to remedy problems by sending out 4 seater dune to replace 6 seater UTVs but it delayed starting the trip a bit. The 6 seater UTVs had no mechanical issues but some of the 2 and 4 seater dune buggies had problems when trying to start. At least one of the 2 seater dune buggies had to be jump started several times. The whole group would have to wait as some of the staff went back to jumpstart the 2 seater. This resulted in many stops and starts as staff went back and forth. The biggest issue I feel, was poor communication when we arrived at Sunbuggy facility on the process of getting registered, getting helmets, gloves, t shirts, bandanas and watching training video. All very lax and very poor communication. Also any changes with regard to equipment should be communicated well before seeing at the trailhead. Another issue was with the equipment. Some of the dune buggies had mechanical issues and resulted in starts and stops and delays to the whole group, which was rather large.

Paul took us out on the Valley of Fire Full Day Tour. Is was priceless. Amazing views and lots of fun. Paul was a great guide and knew all the best places to stop for photos. 10/10!

The Valley of fire tour was awesome. Had a great experience from beginning to end. From the time our shuttle driver Emmitt picked us up til the time our tour guide Paul dropped us off, everything went fantastic. Paul was great about telling us where we would stop for pictures and how to handle the different terrains we encountered. Will definitely come back to see them in the future.

Paul was an amazing guide! He knew all the best spots, and tailored our tour directly to what we wanted! He gave us a bit of everything; high speeds and rock climbing, slow and scenic drives, and stops for photos together, all the while making sure we were keeping ourselves, and the wildlife, safe! Be sure to request him for an amazing time!

Great experience with amazing staff! Firstly, I found out about 'Sunbuggy' through TripAdvisor. I booked my activity about a month in advance using a Groupon deal. Booking is a little cumbersome as you have to do it via phone and the wait time can be a long. Nonetheless, I booked and staff called me to confirm about 1 day prior. On the day of the activity, I was picked up at an adjoining hotel via their shuttle then whisked away to check-in and watch a safety video. It was a little confusing arriving to the office because for a brief period, we were just standing around. No one advised us that you had to wait for name to be called, so that you can sign some paperwork. But I asked a staff member and she kindly let me know the process. On the trip, it was just myself and a family of 4. We went out with Flip and Jordan, who were AMAZING! Both were personable and very pleasant to be around. Flip was very knowledgeable and knew the course like the back of his hands. I felt confident in their presence. Along the way, we got lunch which I did not expect. Perhaps I missed that when I purchased. We stopped at a truck stop and got whatever we wanted then went off. Once we got to the valley of fire, we got a full rundown on safety and proceeded to move out. Flip and Jordan are efficient but careful with everything, especially safety. Unfortunately, I got into an accident on my ATV and injured myself. Flip and Jordan were extremely helpful and empathetic. They tried their best to keep me comfortable and safe. My injury did not stop me though, I still went along the trip and had a wonderful time exploring the sites. The Valley of Fire is really beautiful but very hot. We had unlimited water and were constantly encouraged to keep hydrated. We also had plenty of opportunities to stop and take photos. I loved it! Upon returning to the office, I had a lot of difficulty walking from my injury. The entire staff, and I really mean, all of the staff tried their best to help me or lead me to help. From ice packs to bandaids, and a ride to the hospital, I was in good hands. I felt like I was with family and I'm forever grateful for their service. Overall, I had a great experience. 5-stars for great customer service, value, and experience. I highly recommend to anyone visiting, and I will definitely be returning.

Very fun and very safe!! My husband and I had such a great time on the valley of fire ATV ride. Chad and Paul were phenomenal tour guides, and I hope we get them again for next time on another tour.

Our tour guide, Chris was very knowledgeable and done a great job, he was fun and safety was of top priority. The management and communications of office personnel was lacking. Poor management and organization. The assistant guide was lacking in ability and common sense, the hour drive in 117 degree weather one way was without air conditioning in a van accommodating 10 people, in which he made no attempt to remedy. You can't get a better deal on a great day outside of Las Vegas than this! Look closely, the rate is a GROUP RATE! We booked 8 people for less than other vendors would charge for 3 or 4 people. The morning is a little slow-going, since the safety briefing and outfitting is at their location in Speedway, then they take you to Subway to pick up the food for lunch, THEN they get you to the Valley of Fire, where they then need to unload all the vehicles for the excursion off of the hauler. BUT, the experience is well worth the slow morning. Dion and Chris are great hosts and guides, and they make sure everyone is safe while having a lot of fun. AND lunch is very plentiful (we had a $20 allowance PER PERSON at the Subway/convenience store). AND they pick you up and drop you back off at your Vegas hotel! YOU CAN'T COMPARE these guys the others, it's such a great value for the same (or better, if you consider how much food you can get, plus the group size is a bit smaller) experience! I HIGHLY recommend Sun Buggy Fun rentals and their Valley of Fire ATV group tour!
