Absolutely a must do. We enjoyed it all. And the food was plentiful. Not just paella but we made additional dishes. So don’t eat before you go. And drinks too. The staff was attentive and our chef was a joy.

Valencia Paella Cooking class is a must-do before you leave Valencia! Chef Zaher & Chef Nataliya were exceptional teachers that made this a wonderful experience. Starting with a quick tour of the local market, we then headed to the kitchen to create Valencia Paella, Spanish Tortilla, and the coca de llanda cake. See pictures for the results-DELICIOUS! Best paella we have tasted! Very interesting and delicious cake that we will surely also make ourselves again in future.

We had a small, but diverse group of 13 people from 6+ countries. While I didn’t have the vegetarian paella, those who did seemed to enjoy it. The chicken paella was great. Bill was a great teacher and had us participating in the preparation.

Very friendly and funny chef. We started with some appetisers and unlimited sangria and water. Extended explanation about the cooking. We had to share responsibilities and the chef kept a close eye. Very easy, not sure if i could do it myself now ;)

We had a great time in the class learning how to make paella along a couple of other typical Valencian foods. All the food was delicious. The instructors were fun and knowledgeable. We had great laughs with them as well as with the class as a whole.

Amazing experience to finish our 4-day trip to Valencia. The chef Luis was very interactive, funny and careful. He made sure that the whole group is involved in the cooking process. The paella that we cooked during the class was miles ahead of what we have been served in other local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Making pie was fun and interesting. Our guide had limited English so a bit difficult to understand him, but he had a great sense of humor and obviously loved what he was doing. The food was delicious!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this class. We enjoyed the tour of the market, the snacks and drinks they made available, and the way the instructor made us all feel so comfortable. We met some very nice people from all over the world, and that enhanced the experience as well. Most of all, teaching us how to make Paella the right way was fantastic. We cannot wait to get home from vacation and try out our new skills.

Well organized and entertaining; from cutting potatoes to tasting mistela. Spanish omelet, paella and sponge cake were excellent. Would definitely do it again.

Very well done by chef and crew. Food was delicious and enjoyed hands on. Did this with my stepson and stepgrandson .

Entire process for not only paella, but dessert and potstos and onion omelet, from prep of mis en place, to the order of adding ingredients to eating the delicious results of our cumulative labors.

We really enjoyed this paella cooking class. We learned how to make a sponge cake, Spanish omelette and the Valencian paella. If you are looking an intense hands on experience this will not be for you. But, we had lots of fun with the group and a small amount of participation. Plenty of sangria, snacks, wine and of course we got to eat everything we made. Did not leave feeling hungry! We were given a diploma including a group photo at the end of the class. This was a nice bonus.

We had so much fun making and eating the paella and the Spanish tortilla and cake. Louis was great and makes sure to include everyone in the preparation of the meal, which was absolutely delicious!
