The Gide was very good. Food and wine very delicious. If you like try different types of wine this is must.

David our guide was very knowledgeable regarding the history, the process and the wines. I have been on many wine tours, mostly in the US and a couple in Europe and this was the best wine tour I’ve ever been on by far. The region of Requena and the Rich history plus the tour through the town was truly remarkable. It was the highlight of my time in Valencia. I would highly recommend David and his company to guide you in your small group. I brought my daughter who likes wine and doesn’t know much about the process, but learned a ton today. We tasted many wines, but it was truly one of a kind experience. I give him a 5+ out of five.

We met Valerie, our tour leader, a true sommelier, her knowledge of wines was superb and her sense of fun was very entertaining. We tasted 5 wines from the region, some delicious tapas and finished with a cocktail! Highly recommend

Top notch experience and great way to meet new friends. With only a couple days in Valencia, my wife booked this combined history and wine walking tour within a couple hours of our landing. We joined a group of 11 others, and quickly found common with great tasting tapas, 4 unique wines, historical sights including the Holy Grail, and a fun walking tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about both the area, how to sample the wines, and the historical significance. Woke highly recommend this tour. Ps., They went out of their way to accommodate a gluten free allergy tapas option as well.

We have enjoyed every second of this tour. The sommelier was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy going. The wine was lovely. The evening was amazing. It’s a must!

Our guide Paulius provided us a great journey. He walked us through some amazing cultural buildings explaining the ancient history of it. At the same time we walked toward the oldest found wine making in the city of Valencia. He is energized and talked a lot about the wine in Spain especially in the Valencia region. We tasted two good wines and he explained how to taste it and what it means, we learned a lot! After that we went to a nice Taverna and continued the tasting including great tapas. We had a great evening and recommend Paulius to everyone for their tour 🙏🏼

What a delightful day! Valeria was an extremely friendly guide, with an expert knowledge of the wines and the surrounding areas; guiding us through the tasting techniques and enlightening us on the local culture. The day was wonderfully concluded with an authentic Spanish meal in a local restaurant. As a young couple with an interest in wine, We couldn’t recommend it more!

What a lovely way to spend an evening. Valeria is a lovely, warm and very knowledgeable guide. We had a wonderful time sampling delicious wines and tapas and other typical Valencian products. We also learnt a lot about the city as we walked to the different venues through the old town. Definitely to be recommended and I can't wait to try one of her other tours outside the city!

Valeria, our guide, proved to be friendly, charming and extremely knowledgeable during our tour of Valencia. She gave us interesting 'insider' titbits of information about the products we consumed, as well as about the city and its history. And of course, products were of the highest quality - And I especially liked that the products she had chosen for us were organic, local, and sustainable. Will definitely recommend the tour to friends who visit Valencia.

We did this walk, with Paulius, last week, as part of our free day in Valencia. We had already done a private walking tour of the city with another guide, and decided to do another one in the evening, with wine and tapas. We couldn't have made a better choice - Paulius took us to a few more city sights which we hadn't seen in the morning, and then we walked over to a wonderful little bar in the side streets - wonderful atmosphere in the bar and Paulius opened up 4 different local wines for us, and it was fascinating to learn a little bit more about the local wines and their grapes. My husband is a bit of a wine expert, so he and Paulius got on like a house on fire. The wines were excellent and then we were given ample portions of some excellent local tapas - local sausage, tempura vegetables, ham croquettes, patatas bravas and one more( can't remember what it was), and they were all delicious. Just as well we hadn't had any dinner before the walk - they were very filling! Thanks to Paulius for a great evening - he's a wonderful guide and really knows his Spanish wines!

Valeria was our guide for a walking tour of Valencia. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. She is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide, and was able to impart a lot about the history of Valencia. We entered into the old city, and saw the area around the cathedral and basilica. Walking through the old city, we learned a lot not only about the history, but also the cultural aspects of the city. Valeria pointed out artwork on buildings that showed how some of the artists were able to humorously inject some bawdiness into the building adornments, at a time when the religious leaders were certainly averse to such imagery. We also visited the market, the city hall (a beautiful building), and the train station (Estacio del Norte) next to the bull ring. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this city, made special by the quality of Valeria's tour.

Absolute must if you are visiting Valencia. We called one day ahead of time, and Ambia Tours / Private Tours Valencia went above and beyond organizing a private tour to the Requena Utiel wine country during a national holiday, accommodating our request for sparking wine tastings. Valeria, our guide, was waiting us on time and at the accorded meeting point, close to the Estació del Nord rail station in Valencia. The van was very comfortable, and we were given bottles of water for our short drive to Requena Utiel. Our guide enlightened us with all sorts of information tidbits during our drive, making the places we drove by come to life. We started with a cava (Spanish spakling wine) tasting at around 11am, at the Pago de Tharsys winery. The lovely local host walked us through a selection of great sparkling wines and gave us a tour of the grounds. Very unique and unexpected flavor profiles, and a real treat. We went on to the Estenas estate, and were welcomed by the winery owner, who lead the wine tasting and explained the history and operation of the property. We ended at a unique and very authentic local eatery for lunch, also paired with excellent wine. Valeria is a great guide and a pleasure to be around. She is very knowledgeable, entertaining, and an excellent conversationalist. I highly recommend this experience, it's great value and an amazing day to spend the day.

Valeria was a great guide and knew a lot about Valencia. She was able to answer our questions and the pace was good stopping long enough to explain a site but not so long you got restless. The wine tasting at the end was really good fun and a great way to learn about some of the local wines. Would definitely recommend the tour.
