Excellent service and equipment. Very responsible and flexible to our needs. We have used them many times and will continue to do so.

Everything went smooth, delivery was on-time, representative was knowledgeable and friendly. Boots actually felt better than the boots I own. Equipment was delivered the evening before the first ski day, so we can start skiing right from the very morning, that was really appreciated. Drop-off was no brainer: just left everything at ski valet of our hotel on the last ski day, texted the company that we were done skiing - that was it! The price was reasonable too. Definitely recommend, and will use again in the future.

Take advantage of this rental service. Excellent equipment, prompt service and fitting. One broken binding and kid lost pole during trip...met us immediately to replace so no wasted time on the mountain! Picked up our rentals from the hotel after our last day- no hassle.

They assisted me in the best equipment for beginners and were very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. Tried Black Tie based on a friend’s recommendation and it was great! Great service and equipment and no lines - they came right to the ski locker room at our condo for fitting and picked everything up from the locker on our last day. I will never rent another way.

I made my Black Tie reservation on line and then called about some details. The staff was very helpful. They hunted down the exact brand of boot my husband likes. They were punctual and delivered the equipment right to our condo, which saved time and effort on our part. The convenience and quality was excellent. As we only skied 4 days out of 5, they gave us a gap day in the middle that they did not charge for. I highly recommend BlackTie.

We have used Black Tie rental service in California several times and were thrilled to know this service was available in Vail. Since we were traveling from California we did not want to lug all our gear to Colorado. Luckily, we saw the service was available also in Colorado and knew we would be in great hands. We rented skis and snowboards as our family is split, and were very happy with all the equipment as well as the service and guidance from our technician. The pick up was easy, we simply explained our location and the time for pick up and voila, at 8 pm sharp on our last day, pick up of all equipment was complete. I would definitely recommend this service and will continue to use it.

We have used Black Tie several times at different ski resorts. They deliver everything to where you stay so you don't have to wait in lines. They also have mountainside storage so you don't have to carry skis and poles everywhere! Highly recommend them!
