Activity was really great ,the staff were very attentive and looked after every thing you needed. A special mention for our guide Victor he was 1st class and he even made sure to come and meet me and my wife to give us a picture he took and we were on a different bus from his on the way back to Hanoi .would definitely recommend this cruise ship.

The whole trip was wonderful. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Nature was breath taking. The boat was not new, but in good condition and comfortable. Food was very good. The activities were optional, well organized. We had great time.

The water is very dirty, and the excursions are very limited, no desire to swim in one like that, which is a shame because the spectacle is very beautiful. The crew is great and the food is nice.

The site is spectacular, so sailing along Halong Bay was terrific. I also liked the cycling ride in the village of Cat Ba. We were fortunate because we spent the New Year celebration in the boat with a very friendly crew.

Terrible. Because it was a set program, passengers had no choice. Those of us who wanted to do kayaking on morning two, couldn’t because there was a boat trip. The staff were not happy we decided to stay on the boat and not do the boat trip, The food was appalling for the money we paid. Drinks were well overpriced. An overall disappointment.

We have a great experience with V'spirit Cruise. From the pick up it was on time, our guide Andy was very kind and friendly. He ensures we got all the information needed. He repeated it again just to ensure we dont get half information. The cruise itself is very neat and comfortable. Our cabin is also very nice and comfortable, everything worked, we are so happy about it. All the crews are nice and they tried their best to accommodate our needs, as we re travelling with a toddler. They are very considerate to ask whatever needs we might have, like foods or drinks or any requests we might have. We feel welcomed and home while travelling. This is such an amazing trip we had, like exceed the expectation. Thank you so much to all the crews and our guide, you made our day in Ha long Bay unforgettable.
