What a day! What a wonderful experience! Salar de Uyuni has been on my bucket list for so long and I finally made it happen. I’ve never expected this day to be filled with so many activities! Beautiful places! Bryan, our tour guide was amazing, friendly, organized and SUCH A GREAT PHOTOGRAPHER!! He took so many cool pictures of us! Beyond happy with this tour!

I really liked this tour! Jaime was a great guide who explained a lot on the history of the places we went to (Train cemetery, fish island, salt flats etc). We had a delicious lunch and beautiful sunset views of the reflecting water on the wet parts of the salt flats.

Amazing experience. Especially seeing the reflection and the sunset towards the end of the tour. Plus kudos to our tour guides for taking outstanding pictures.

The sunset was great. The guide and driver did a great job explain the history of Uyuni, the train graveyard, and how the salt flats were created. Overall we really enjoyed the tour,

An awesome day! The guides were brilliant, it was my partner’s 60th birthday and the guides bought him a huge cake! They were attentive all day long, took some fabulous photos and videos of the group, fed us well and even provided us with red wine. Excellent value for money .. fabulous memories made. The 1st couple of stops were a little disappointing for me; I didn't learn much from the tour guide at the salt factory. However, their planning for the Salt Flats was awesome. Just for that, I'd recommend this tour.

Fantastic experience for this one day superior tour of the salar. The team was incredible and managed to make this visit unforgettable from the start form our hotel to the end at the bus station. The tour was booked in internet with an English speaking guide.

Pro: The person I communicated with initially was extremely helpful. I was impressed that they would arrange for someone to pick me up from the bus and take me to a cafeteria to wait for the start of my tour. Con: As a solo traveler to more than 60 countries, I've always relied on the tour guide to help with some photos. I've never had to ask, it's just something every tour guide has offered. My tour guide for this experience offered to take photos of another solo female traveler as well as a couple. The male solo traveler stated that he did not like being in his pictures. I was never offered. Even after stopping for lunch and more photos were taken, I was not offered but again, another extended photo shoot of the solo female and the couple took place. The only way I was able to have photos of myself was because the couple offered to take some for me. The whole purpose of going to the Salt Flat is for the photo opportunity. The cute little photos with all the props, I have no idea what company those people used. No one in our group got that. I was also not feeling my best. I struggled with the altitude as I was getting over a cold. On my previous tour the day before at Machu Pichu, my guide checked on me constantly. This guide barely uttered 2 words to me. (I wore a mask as I was prone to coughing spells when trying to catch my breath at that altitude.) Sadly, I always feel compelled to tip, I regret doing so. Normally, I would never leave a bad review, I try to focus on the positive. But, as I look over my photos, I am so upset because I do not have a single good one with me in it. Very disappointed.

We had a fantastic day. The mirror effect is surreal and such a unique experience! The tour guide helps you get some great group photos and takes you to some secluded locations. Thanks to Andes Salt Expeditions for an awesome day!

The level of organisation to make this trip as smooth as possible was second to none and really reassuring for us and meant we could relax and enjoy! Wendy at Andes Salt messaged us via WhatsApp in advance of our arrival to inform us what we needed to bring which was great. The tour guide Vraimer and driver Goyo worked so hard to make sure our day was enjoyable and they had lots of knowledge. The jeeps were in great condition and felt safe. The lunch was amazing and the whole day was just brilliant. THANK YOU for making this one of the highlights of our trip!

Incredible tour with a very friendly guide (Fernando). Unfortunately there was a storm so we couldn't really see the sunset, but got to see lots of lightning instead!

Great experience. The tour started later then advertise and it was semi-private, but that was totally fine as we enjoyed taking picture with our friends we met.

Andes salt expeditions Tour operator is a fantastic organizer. Our guide Cristian was very knowledgeable and engaged. Good lunch and nice ending with wine and snacks at sunset.

We were lucky to have perfect weather conditions to experience the mirror effect in the salt flat. It was truly unique and astonishing. The guides provided us with everything we could wish for (boots, snacks, Picknick in the salt desert, …) so overall we would recommend it to everybody who is visiting Bolivia.

The salar was is such a surreal experience that I’m glad I got to experience and would do it over and over again. Don’t miss out

We had a wonderful trip on the salt flats with Jose - he took great care of us and shared many wonderful stories and facts - We had a fun and friendly group so the whole day was very enjoyable!

Jose was an outstanding tour guide. Thee Andes Salt Expedition Tour Operator did a great job with planning the day and Jose made it so fun and interesting! I highly recommend this tour. The Salt Flats are so unique and beautiful!
