This is a great tour. Natural wonders. Jay , our guide is specifically knowledgeable . Will definitely reconsider this tour.

Excellent trip. Jay our guide was good and knowledgable. Speaks English well and could explain the attractions. Love hiking at seongsan ilchulbong, sunrise peak (unesco world heritage site) and ilchuland (includes the Micheon cave).

I ended up booking this trip direct with the tour company because Viator wouldn't let me reserve for only 1 person. The tour company also provides a discount if you book two or more tours together with them (but have to pay in cash on the day of the first tour). I went during the off season, and they worked with me (via WhatsApp) as a solo traveler to secure dates that had other travelers (so I wouldn't have to pay extra for a private tour). They picked me up promptly and we began the tour. We were in a nice van and had 5 travelers. This day we had both a driver and a guide, they both spoke English and were incredible guides. They co-led the various stops throughout the day. First stop was a beach, then we headed to the woman diver museum - super interesting. Next was lunch, and they picked an incredible authentic local spot. Later was the volcano cone summit, which had beautiful views. Then we went to a lava cave (the most famous one is temporarily closed due to a rock fall, so we went to a different one). At the lava cave we also did a foot bath which was nice. Overall, the tour was very relaxing and the guides did a wonderful job. I'd highly recommend this company for touring Jeju.

Very worth it because you get to visit Manjanggul Cave and we got to eat black pork and good fish. The Haenyeo Museum shows a very important aspect of Jeju culture (women divers) and the last stop gives everyone an opportunity to improve health through a foot bath. Nicole was also a good and informative tour guide. My only suggestion would be to help the tour members manage their speed at Manjanggul Cave because it's very beautiful yet can be slippery.

The tour was amazing! Seeing the Manjanggul caves was a treat and seeing sides of Jeju we ordinarily would never venture too - esp taking us to a local restaurant where our guides had called ahead so the food was already waiting. (Food was a 10/10 with a fish option available for those who don’t eat meat) The view from the sunrise peak was also phenomenal and they had timed it so we were there at a perfect time of day to see the Haenyeo divers. We didn’t know what to expect with the foot bath at the end but it was the perfect end to the tour after the hike. The real highlight of the tour were our guides Nicole and Henry. From pick-up to time spent in each place, they had meticulously organised everything. Nothing felt rushed and they really patiently and kindly answered all of our questions. They gave us tips of what to do in Jeju after the tour and were honestly so funny, it made the hours fly by. They really made our trip super special and we couldn’t be more thankful. I wouldn’t hesitant to recommend this to anyone coming to Jeju - it’s a must!

Upon returning from the tour, we were dropped off at the wrong location. The guide Nicole informed us that it was the location of our hotel and that we just needed to cross the street. To our surprise, we did not find the hotel nearby. The driver realized the mistake and the guide sent us a message apologizing, informing us that we were left in the wrong place and that we should continue walking to the hotel. At that moment, I informed them that my cell phone was dead and asked if they were returning to pick us up. Then, the guide said that they were not returning, because there were other passengers to take to their respective disembarkation locations. The detail is that it was our last day in South Korea, we had one cell phone dead and the other with 1% battery after a full day of sightseeing and we only had 15,000 won on hand. We even asked the guide during the tour where we could exchange currency. Jeju, unlike Seoul, has very few signs in English, the signs are practically all in Korean and we don't speak Korean. Furthermore, with a dead cell phone there was no way to locate where we were using Google maps. Obviously our cell phone died and it took us a while to get to the hotel. The right thing to do would be to apologize to the passengers who were still on the bus, inform them of the mistake made and the need to return to pick us up.

The UNESCO East tour was fabulous. Our guide Paul was kind, informative and fun. The driver safe and considerate. The itinerary was perfect...we'd researched doing the same sights independently and it would have been difficult on public transport with limited time. The lunch in a local restaurant was delicious. We'd thoroughly recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed our tour and our guide, Jin, was excellent! During the East course, our favorite sites included the hike at Manjanggul lava tube, the women's diving museum, Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, and the stop at the herb garden. Pickup was prompt, lunch was delicious, and they dropped us at the airport in time for our evening flight. Jin was friendly and informative throughout.

The tour was smooth and enjoyable. The guide Lily is experienced and very friendly. Much appreciated that although our hotel was outside the pickup area for the tour, the company was very nice to pick us up from our hotel at no extra charge. Thank you!

I loved everything about the tour, the Guide Lily, was amazing and she explained and translated everything really well. The Tour by itself was also great - we got to see many different places in such a short time. The organisation was also great as we managed to get on each destination on time and even had some time left so we never felt rushed. Overall I really enjoyed the tour and if I visit Jeju again, I'll book the othee trips as well.

Great way to explore the island when u do not have a car to drive around. The city run on buses and going from one place to another place outside where u stay can take quiet long. Our guide Nicole is very joyful and smiley. Good explanations. The walk up hill to see sunrise is not too difficult. Great views. Lunch is perfect with black pork and korean mackeral. Loved the womens' museum and the explanations. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful tour of East Jeju island with Soraya, it was our best tour in Korea by far, Soraya was kind, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The lava cave was so nice, I loved how cold it was after days of 33° heat. I also really enjoyed the footbath aromatherapy lesson, I haven't done something like that before and it really soothed my tired feet. I highly recommend this tour with Soraya.

The trip was very well planned and offered diverse experience. The guide was very friendly and shared a lot of information about the island culture etc. I can highly recommend to go on this activity.

The Guide was knowledgeable and tour spots were well chosen. Good time to see everything. If you are vegetarian the lunch might not be the most interesting, as they offer the Jeju cuisine of black pork. Tofu is available though. Also good to know, if you cannot climb up to see the crater, you can choose to go to a beach and if you are there at 2pm, you can see Hanyeo women sing their traditional songs and go diving.

This was a great one-day tour of Jeju. We flew in to Jeju on an early morning flight from Busan and took this tour. Since we only had one day, we really made the most of it with this tour. Great service, good information about Jeju and its history, broad range of experiences throughout the day. Would definitely recommend
