Kelly was a terrific tour guide full of information on the history of Sarasota. She was personable with a good sense of humor. The restaurant choices were great. Good food and drinks. Our group of seven friends all enjoyed the evening and all would highly recommend .

Debated between taking just the food tour or this Sip and Dine Tour. Definately made the right choice. Fantastic experience! Kelley was awesome. Chose great mix of 4 restaurants with background and history on each, and the food and drink were great. Also, provided in dept history of Sarasota with photos. She kept the entire group involved and informed. The food and drink were both delish!

Tour was fun. We went to 4 restaurants, spent about an hour at each one and had predetermined food and a choice of 1 of 2 drinks. All food and drinks were very good. Tommy the tour director was awesome. Learned a lot about the history of Sarasota. The only complaint many of us had was 1 of the restaurants we went to was a Sushi restaurant and they served us a cheeseburger slider. Didn’t seem right they didn’t even offer Sushi as a choice, Some of us ordered Sushi on our own to try the food of this restaurant. A cheeseburger at a Sushi restaurant, confusing.

Our tour guide was Tommy who I would characterize as just ok unless you like hearing about his culinary business and all the VIPs he is involved with. Our first restaurant was good, but then we went to a sushi restaurant and received one cheeseburger slider,yes at a sushi restaurant. You do not get a choice of 8-10 different options. One drink at each restaurant with limited choice. Recommend spending $135.00 per person at an upscale restaurant. Thank goodness the people on our tour were a lot of fun.

Our tour guide Kelley was very communicative in advance of our tour. She also provided us a brief summary of her culinary experience, as well as the restaurants we would be visiting. She provided many historical insights, including photos of the development of Sarasota, along with the evolution of the culinary scene which we enjoyed tremendously. We visited several restaurants and ate at four. It was a nice variety of specialty cocktails and food. We enjoyed being able to walk to all the destinations. It proved to be a very helpful tour for our friends who just recently relocated to downtown Sarasota. We understand Sunset Tours also offers tours in St. Petersburg and Tampa which we hope to schedule in the future. If you are looking for a casual evening out with something of interest to entertain I recommend booking this tour.

Great tour! Kelley our tour guide was so knowledgeable about the Sarasota area and it’s rich history. The spots we stopped at for cocktails were really great too!

This is the best foodie walking tour with food/drink ever. Kelly brought us the most amazing experience I could imagine. The tour had everything: Great food, music, art , dancing, history and cocktails. All made great with the extra special incredible effort by Kelly. She organized a private tour with the art curator of The Ovation. That was special. A lot of guides will give you the history of the area. After a while it’s a little blah, blah, blah. But Kelly goes the extra mile. She brings a tablet with her with photos that she personally researched. It brings the tour alive. Our tour traveled a five block area around amazing Sarasota. , coolest city I have been to in Florida. We started at State Street with there their speciality cocktail. Then down to The Ovation which is Marriott’s artsy speciality brand. The on to the very naughty sushi bar named Flirt. Ask for the ‘safe sex ‘ business card. I won’t spoil the other surprises but trust me, worth it.

Lesly was a great tour guide! We made 4 stops (plus visited an art gallery), and had snacks and a drink at each stop. Drinks included champagne, wine, and a bourbon margarita. It was a nice small group (6 people), and we played some drinking games and learned a little about the history of Sarasota. It was a great intro to the downtown area. I do recommend eating a meal beforehand, as this tour is more alcohol than food focused!

This was a delightful tour getting to know downtown Sarasota through alcohol. I say that a bit tongue in cheek, but it is a drink tour. Noah, our guide, was fun and knowledgeable. Of course, your fellow travelers on this tour could make or break the level of fun and my friend and I totally lucked out on that! There were supposed to be 5 of us total; a young couple, my girlfriend and me (senior citizens) and my husband. Unfortunately my husband's flight got in late so he missed all the fun. The younger couple were delightful and after a couple of drinks we got to know each other a lot better and by the end of the night we were doing selfies and exchanging contact information. Seeing Sarasota through a fun and funny night of imbibing let us see a side of Sarasota nightlife I might otherwise missed. If you are not a 20-30 something, don't let your advanced age scare you off this; you just have to pace yourself a bit (which at our ages was not a problem).

Noah was very interactive with the group. He was easy to listen to and had great stories to tell of many of the sights that we saw. The drink places were something we may not have tried. Thanks again.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this tour! The food, drinks, and company made it so fun. We loved playing the card game along the tour too. It added another element of fun to an already awesome filled night. My favorite part was learning all the history about Sarasota along the way. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a great experience.

Excellent tour with a history lesson of the city and different cocktails at the stops. Great time connecting with other couples. My wife and I recommend the sunset tour to anyone who wants to get out and experience the city, and have some giggles along the way.
