First time visiting Italy, my friend took this tour and recommended to me. So I booked it because it’s my dad’s birthday coming up. The tour is great, tour guide Antonio is great, very welcoming! Beautiful scenery. The wine tour and tasting is wonderful, however if they would show us more like taking us out to the vineyard instead of just showing us the basement for a few minutes and then take us to lunch; I would feel the tour would be a complete amazing experience.

Absolutely everything. Wonderful tour. The bus had a few problems though. Bit old. We had an expert driver though and Poala the guide was very special.

Our trip was beautiful and our driver and guide were outstanding. The bus however was old, smelled and felt like we where 4 wheeling. Get a better bus please to get 5 statrs..

We loved every part of this trip from the bus trip, stops along the way, amazing wine tasting with a great lunch, Montepulciano and Pienza. The guides were helpful and added great color commentary. The towns were so much more fun than I imagined. We all bought something and the fine leather was beautiful. We all loved the countryside and it was a perfect day away from the crowds in Rome!

Tour guide and driver were great..views were amazing! Stop at a little shop with samples of chocolates, and different pestos was a pleasant surprise. Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for uphill walks.

The most excellent guide, Peter, made the expierence a wonderful one. We loved the tour. My second visit to Montepulciano and Pienza, both are beautiful little villages. The driver was wonderful, Tiziano!

Easy to navigate tour with easy to find meeting spot. We enjoyed beautiful views and villages in Tuscany. A very relaxing tour with some serious uphill and downhill walking in Montepulciano. We loved it.

This experience was excellent! The perfect birthday getaway, our tour guide was phenomenal, very informative and entertaining in a way that made the experience that much more enjoyable. I hope to go on another tour with this group again someday, but would definitely recommend this one to any and everyone!

Tour was very well coordinated considering our big group and a long day 730am to 730 pm. Our guide Alessandro and our driver Giovanni were great. Fyi There are 2 tourist traps on our break stops, but clean bathrooms and coffee. The wine & food were ok. Montelpuciano and Pienza are breathtaking so it’s worth the trip. We got lucky Only rain on our way back.

Beautiful day and tour of Tuscany. We loved the history lesson about the towns we visited. We loved the old churches that we were able to go into. We loved the wine tasting…. The food offered at the winery wasn’t great so we definitely should have gotten food elsewhere. Other than the food choice, this whole tour was beyond perfect! It was a very long 12 hour day but was well worth the time.

We had an amazing guide (Natasha) and driver (I believe his name was Francesco)! Natasha had lots of information and tips for the enjoying Rome as well as for the surrounding area. I really enjoyed that there was a lot more than just wine tasting. 100% would recommend to anyone, we had a great day with amazing food!

Natasha was so friendly and knowledgeable. She made the tour very fun and informal, she was able to explain the side towns on the way, and gave great detail about the cities we got to explore in Tuscany. You can just walk up to her and ask a question, she’s extremely polite. Thank you to Natasha for making our trip so wonderful!!! If you are looking to book an excursion I would highly recommend the Tuscany excursion the architecture is amazing and the food is fabulous. You get a great experience of the countryside and the views are un-comparable would highly recommend. Once again thank you Natasha for the amazing experience and kindheartedness!!!

We had the “A Team”, Andrea and Andrea, for our guide and driver. The day was well planned and we enjoyed it very much. We had a fairly clear weather day and the views were beautiful. The food for lunch wasn’t that good but the ladies that run the place were very sweet and the lunch event was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this trip. The tour is conducted by City Wonders. Everyone with that I had an interaction with in this company was super nice and helpful.

One name. Claudia. Ask for her as your guide. She is a breath of fresh air when it comes to a travel tour guide. For a tour like the Tuscany day trip and she oversees an entire group of people on a Bus and at each location she truly deserves the gold medal of tour guides. She is funny and likes to have a great time. Claudia is very interactive and informative of the region. She has great stories and is wonderful at incorporating all guests on the trip. First of all, this tour is incredible. We stopped in Orvieto, Montepulciano, and later Pienza. Each location is so magical. And the stop at the winery for lunch with descriptions by the local owners makes you truly understand the history of the region and appreciate its offerings. This was a highlight of our trip by far. Some tips I want to include. Claudia did explain that when you stop in Orvieto for a break that the store has incredible products from different types of food and drinks, candy and other items. This stop is unique and makes sure to sample everything! Still thinking of the samples of the chocolates and the truffle oils and sweets and wine samples. Buy the truffle chips. You won’t be disappointed. My next tip is to get a selfie stick with a tripod so when you go to the hill top towns and you have time to explore you can take great panoramic and portrait pictures with your significant other. You will be amazed how they come out. If you are still reading this and If by now you haven’t decided you want to do this tour with Mrs. Claudia you will be very disappointed otherwise. Such a Beautiful and memorable day. My wife and I have talked about this tour everyday since our Italy tour has concluded.

This was a lovely trip. Our guide, Antonini, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The meet up was a little chaotic. There was a lot of confusion.The tour company provided headsets, so the group could keep in touch. The winery was a good visit. My only concern was that the winery didn’t have all their prices marked for the items they were selling. The countryside was beautiful. The views are amazing. We had a rainy day which made it difficult to navigate through some of the stops but that was manageable. The bus was comfortable and clean. Most of the stops had beautiful scenery and interesting history.

The whole experience was amazing. Got to explore three different Tuscany towns and went to a local restaurant with fresh made food and wine. Our bus driver Teo and our tour guide Enricha made the experience 11/10. Enricha was extremely informative on the region and even gave us some tips for back in Rome. I would highly recommend if you’re looking to see the Tuscan highlights for a day!

Tuscany is stunning. So, overall experience was lovely. Everything was on time, and very pleasant. The driver and the guide were fine. Personally I would have preferred more details from the guide about the history of the towns, information about Italy, politics, etc. We on the road for a long time: on the way back the guide suggested for people to sleep. It would have been nice to hear some Italian music, stories about Italy, etc. But that is my personal opinion. I have had some great experiences in the past when the tour guides were historians as well. I do think this trip is wonderful.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Getting to know Montepulciano was the only good thing. If you are thinking of doing this because of the tasting and the lunch, save it and better do it yourself and visit the lovely Montepulciano. This is NOT a wine testing, the people were rude and didn't even explained what we were drinking. Not a 3 course lunch, simply one dish of overcooked and untasteful pasta, please do not take this tour!
