Great company if YouTube want a transfer frop thz Colca Canyon to Puno. Comfortable seats, great service and lots of extra info. You get for short stopages with amazing viewpoints. Definitly would recommend this company!

We did the tour Puno to Chivay. Excellent way to go to Chivay from Puno without passing through Arequipa if you want to go to the Colca Canyon directly. Very comfortable bus, with toilet. The trip is enriched thanks to our great guide Alessandro who gave us a lot of information ^^ thanks for the trip.

We enjoyed the ride, we felt very safe & comfortable. Lizandro, the guide, tried his best to give us some information about wildlife & landscape.

Traveled with Nativa Express from Chivay to Puno on July 5th. Our group was a little late to the departure time (< 15 minutes) which we warned about beforehand and it was not a problem, check in and departure went smooth and our guide Lizandro even still took our picture with our day guide before we got on the bus. As there were more passengers than usual we apparently drove a larger bus as opposed to usual vans. The bus was modern, comfortable and spacious, and was the first vehicle with proper three point seatbelts since we arrived in Peru. The aircon was quite loud but they only enabled it intermittently to keep the temp comfortable so it wasn't too annoying. There was some kind of annoying beeping sounds at times though, but again nothing major. Our guide Lizandro was very friendly and informative and must have told us we were his friends more times than there are alpacas in Peru. His English was very good and he communicated all of the info regarding our trip clearly, along with some interesting information about our surroundings. Next to bus-wide announcements he also made rounds around the bus for individual information and advice for Puno. To give some feedback here: he can sometimes talk for a bit too long (but you can tell it is all well-intentioned), and he was quite insistent regarding leaving some feedback for the company, but I can understand that given that it apparently has been a while someone left any reviews despite them saying they would, which he also explained to us in his plea. The trip itself went very smooth other than a small holdup and a control checkpoint but I don't feel the bus company was to blame here. When it started getting too hot while parked our guide enabled the aircon for us. Stops were plenty but not too much, and with good shopping options and some more nice views. At the tail end of our trip someone from our group started suffering bowel trouble, and when it got too bad our guide coordinated with the driver to find the nearest stop for a bathroom which was much appreciated. Lizandro was super helpful here! All in all, a very positive experience and from what we can tell, a solid pick for your transport from Colca to Puno.

This was my first hike and i really loved it. The tour was really wel organised and the guide was very knowledged. I forgot my bag in the hostel and they even made sure i could get it back a couple days later in puno! Would highly recommend💃🏼🤗

I took this bus from Colca Canyon to Puno, and to say I was impressed is an understatement 10/10! Firstly, I would like to call out Lizandro, our tour guide for the bus. He is incredibly knowledgeable and shared all of the interesting information about the region during the journey. He is bilingual, so makes for a very comfortable ride if you don’t know Spanish. He has great energy and sense of humor, and was so helpful in helping passengers arrange for transportation and tours when we arrived in Puno. Now for the bus itself. This is the nicest bus I have ever been on. It was brand new, incredibly clean, and with great service. We stopped at about 3 attractions along the way, so we could enjoy the view and take pictures. They also handed out water and snack bags. I appreciated all of these details. Highly recommended and thank you to Lizandro! :)

We did the transfer from Chivay to Puno. The bus was amazing, Lizardo even better! I really appreciated the distance between the seats. High recommended!

We had the honor of joining the first trip with the new and bigger bus which was very comfortable and one could feel how happy the guides were about the upgrade. The nature there is of course amazing and we even saw flamingos. But we were even more impressed by how well guided the tour was. We booked our seat through the hostel in aqp to get from colca canyon to puno and did not expect such a nice journey.

The bus is very confortable, the seats are larger than average. The crew expecially Alesandro has been very nice and we have stopped in amazing places. A little bit behind the schedule but it was warth it.

We had a great time on our trip from Puno to Chivay. Our driver was very safe and got us to our destination on time. Our guide Lisandro was also very good, he told us lots of information about the animals and landscapes we passed through. The drive was beautiful and surreal, and we felt very comfortable and safe the entire drive. Highly recommend!

The experience with Nativa Express and Lisandro our Tour guide was amazing. From viewpoints, storytelling and some quiz to test our knowledge it had it all. Furthermore, it was a very calm ride and everything worked out perfectly. I really recommend everyone to use Nativa if you want to come to Puno and stay here for a visit. It was a great and Safe Trip from Chivay to Puno. Alexandro our Tour Guide, he tried very hard to make sure everyone was fine and had a good time. He even did a little quiz with us because the drive takes quite a long time. In between we stopped at beautiful vantage points where you could take photos or just stretch your feet. I can only recommend traveling with nativa express to everyone

Because of COVID the only option for direct bus connection between Chivay and Puno. This tourist bus provides good and fast transportation. It makes a few short stops (15 minutes) at sights along the way. The English/Spanish speaking guide, Alexander, gave some interesting information. On arrival in Puno he helped with transportation to your accommodation.
