Had a lot of fun with Juan Pastor and Jose. They did a great job in making the tour lively, fun and informative. The guide was bilingual and would explain everything, including additional trivia, stories and would answer any and all questions. He took us out to see all of the locations and explained the history. The tour starts really early but is worth it since we could visit Tulum and Coba before it got too busy. The cenote is wonderful as well.

Solo 22M from Bangladesh. Although I was initially annoyed at the early start time, it was completely worth it since the sites hadnless people and were easily accessible. Our guide Pastor was brilliant. Friendly, humorous, jovial, understanding and very careful with us. He made sure the trip was lively, informative and comfortable. He would always encourage questions or bring up trivia regarding the culture and history. The driver Jose was very good, safe and respectful. He is a fun individual as well. Especially if solo, it is very recommended so you can meet new people. I met this Uruguyan couple and gentleman from Ecuador and it was great fun to make their acquaintance. Really happy with how my day went.

Beto and jose were great! Jose the driver drove very well and i felt safe the whole ride. Beto was very friendly and knowledgeable of the mayan culture he found ways to make it entertaining and funny with his lil jokes. Overall it was a great experience i do recommend

Carmen was such an amazing tour guide make sure if you do this excursion asked for her. She has so much knowledge about the places we went to. Also Carmen made us feel like family!! Our driver Jose was great with driving us around and keeping us all safe!! Thank you Carmen!

Great tour, on-time and informative. Had an amazing time with Daniel (guide) and Alex (Driver). Van journey was comfortable. First ones to reach Tulum ruins before big crowd started so would definitely recommend going early. Buffet lunch also had vegetarian options.

Was a great trip, Carmen and Roberto were a great team. They provided great info and felt like we had ample time at each spot. On the return trip the AC couldn't keep up and it got a bit toasty at the back. But that had nothing to do with our guides, just the vehicle.

It’s a long trip, but I would like to recommend you to join this compared with other trips. There is not so many people, almost 10. and we do spend many time on the road but it’s necessary. for shopping, not so many time and we do see some fabulous ancient civilization architecture, and the guide English is pretty well we can understand clearly

We are group of 7 with 3 kids. The tour guide, sexy Marcella, (yes it is cool and catchy name)and the driver Roberto was great. Marcella is a seasoned tour Gide and well organized. We started 6am from our hotel. I was cursing the tour timing since it spoils our early morning sleep. But the idea was beating the crowd and the heat by visiting Tulum as an early bird. It was worth it. Sexy Marcella explained well the Mayan culture and its history. The cenote was awesome. It was a very small group and we were the only swimming. Yes it was like a private cenote. The lunch was good. Finally the cobs was good. Overall I recommend this tour with Sexy Marcella

Definitely worth to go! Our guide Juam and Rodrigo are very knowledgeable and friendly. The bus is always clean and cool. It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

It was a small group tour. They were on time for pick up. Gave very good information throughout the tour. We got to Tulum as it was opening so there were no crowds which was amazing. Coba was interesting and more in the jungle. The bicycle taxi was a great way to quickly get back to the ruins at coba. The cenote was refreshing and lunch was at this location. Good food. Pastor was our guide and was great. Louis was our driver, also great.

Great trip! Very very well organized and on time. Amazing stops and organization even at those. We got to Tulúm before it opened which we loved since there were less people and the sun wasn’t as brutal either. It was perfect timing. At Coba, definitely recommend taking the little bike taxis to get to the ruins and back, it was worth it to save time and energy in the heat. Very interesting stop as well. But make sure to bring pesos with you!!! You needed 100 per person to enter and then to pay for the bike taxi which was 150 pesos (but again worth it). The cenote was beautiful and felt amazing! They do accept cash or card to pay for the life jackets and the lockers. The lunch they provided was delicious! Pastor our tour guide was super nice and helpful and willing to answer questions. The driver Luis was also amazing. This overall was a great trip and I was very impressed with how organized it was because you really got to maximize your time at each stop. Would highly recommend!

Really great trip. They were great with communication prior to pickup date, on time for pick up. It’s was a small group bus, very comfortable. We got to Tulúm as it was opening which was amazing bc there were no crowds yet and it wasn’t too hot yet. Coba was interesting in its own right. We used the tricycle taxi to get back to the ruins vs the bikes. Not as large as Tulum but I had to search for a tour that included coba as well. We then went to a cenote and had lunch there. Food was delicious. Water was perfect temperature. A walk along Playa del Carmen shops finished the day. It was a well rounded trip and worth the price. Pastor (guise) and Luis (driver) were so great. Pastor had great information and was very helpful. I would recommend this trip highly.

My wife and I found this tour through Trip Advisor and had a wonderful time. Juam was our tour guide, and he was excellent. The tour was in both Spanish and English, and Juam did a great job of giving some historical context to Tulum and the Cenote. Tulum was an excellent historical archeological site with beautiful views of the oceans and the Mayan ruins. You get a good two 2hrs here with half of it guided and half of self exploration. At Coba, it was an unguided tour due to the guides assigned to Coba being the only ones allowed to conduct them (so you'd need to pay a guide there). While at a Coba, due to the size of the site, your best way to experience the most in the 1.5 hours there is to pay the $5 per bicycle and explore on your own. The Cenote was quiet the experience and you get to witness a Mayan Shaman blessing before going in. If you're brave enough you can do the big jump off the side or go down the ladder and chill in the water. Life jackets are mandatory and are cheap to rent. You'll have the lunch mean here, it was alright, it's a buffet and drinks are not included in the price of the tour. So you can buy drinks here or bring your own water etc. Playa Del Carmen was the last stop and it was a 1.5hr shopping trip essentially. Very good way to end the day. A few notes to know for anyone booking this kind of trip in Mexico, and some of this applies to other Mexico excursions: 1. If you visit any archeological site in Mexico, if they spot you carrying a digital SLR or action camera (GoPro, 360 camera) you will be forced to pay $3 (USD) to use it for the day on any archeological site. So I paid it in Tulum and kept my ticket and it was good at Coba. If your wise, just keep your DSLR and GoPro in a bag until you're through the gates though (wish I had known that). 2. Tulum: leave your plastic water bottles on your tour bus. If you don't, they'll have you thrown the out. It's still an active archeological site and they're worried about garbage so no food or drinks can be brought in. 3. Sunscreen: if you swim in a Cenote or even a reef note that you'll want to use mineral based sunscreen only as the regular stuff is harmful to marine life. Bring it with you from your home country, as it's usually heavily Marlee up in Mexico ($50 USD) and called 'biodegradable'. It's really just mineral based sunscreen though (meaning it only contains zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, nothing else).

If you are ready to wake up early while on vacation, this experience will be amazing and you will not regret it! We were within the first groups arriving in Tulum so that the place was almost for us only. Our guide Marcela was really welcoming, helpful and prepared. During our way she gave us the first informations and the tour was well organized in the Tulum site. She was also really prepared regarding current Maya population and during the drive she kept us ingaged showing us things from the car window. We went then to the Cenote Kuxtal, differently from other Cenotes this one was less deep into the earth and the water is therefore more warm. Find the courage to take a 8 meter jump that you will not forget! After a classic lunch buffet (not too much variety if you're vegetarian) we went to Coba. This site, despite being less famous is worth the visit, here you can explore Maya ruins into the jungle. There will be no guide for that, in 60 minutes you can walk to the big pyramid (around 2 km x 2) where sadly is NOT permitted to climb anymore (even if the add states differently), it is feasible if you have a fast pace, if not take the bike. Concluding the tour we had a 60 min walk in Playa del Carmen. Honestly, I would have preferred to spend more time in Coba rather then playa del Carmen. Not included in the fare: -tulum 60 pesos (+50 if you have a GoPro/camera) - Cenote 50 pesos for life jacket and 50-60 pesos for drinks -Coba 100 pesos (+50 if you have a GoPro/camera)

Juan was very informative and I appreciated having some independent time too. He is a great guide. Prices were reasonable. I loved the 4 stops including the quiet and private Cenote with limited group of 13. I was very impressed the comfort of the van. Not our first rodeo! The van was roomy with very comfortable seats, storage area, curtains for rest time— much better than other companies we’ve used. 10/ 10 stars from me. 🌟

The tour was amazing. Luis was our driver and Juam was the tour guide. They were very informative, he explained everything in Spanish and English which was very helpful. Juam’s enthusiasm kept the tour alive and fun. During Tulum and Coba, we got an hour of free time to roam around ourselves which was nice, the highlight the trip was surely the Cenote. The water was the right temperature and beautiful. On the other note, I’d wish the buffet that came with the tour, had more options.
