My first diving experience was very bad, the instructor was very uneducated, the captain of the boat Carlos was an angel, he taught me how to breathe and he calmed me down more than the instructor with a very bad mood, they should put the captain as an instructor, they would do very well

Carmen did a great job explaining the experience and skills to my daughter who’s never dove before. She completed her dive with a great experience. Very friendly and accommodating. The staff was thoughtful enough to move our time up to avoid wind conditions during our scheduled time. Definitely worth it for someone that wants to try diving the first time.

The lady instructor really made my first dive experience one to remember. I was allowed enough freedom to explore and given enough rules to feel safe. I left on a high and would definitely dive there again.

Absolutely amazing experience , for my first dive I was extremely nervous but was put at ease when the staff gave a full safety briefing. Any questions were answered in detail and any worries we had meaning I felt safe the whole journey. The staff are accommodating and helpful as well as extremely knowledge and passionate about the sport. Will be visiting hopefully soon when we are back in Tenerife!

Had a great time! The instructors were professional and very friendly, and we saw plenty of beautiful fish! Sadly no turtles this time, but would still highly recommend these guys!

The entire team were brilliant, super friendly and a good laugh. Bo took us down for scuba diving and it was my first time and I was quite nervous, he did a fantastic job at calming me down and supporting me to feel comfortable enough to try it. I am so appreciative of being able to experience this as it was truly mesmerising and I will never forget this experience. Our favourite part of our entire trip. Top Tips: Get there early to find parking and park in the garage for La Nina Hotel! 10 min walk to the dive shop. This was the activity that made our vacation. First time dive for both of us. My partner had a blast and it was a great choice for celebrating his 40th birthday. Apparently I'm a nervous diver, but I had an incredible instructor who made sure I enjoyed the dive. Beau literally held my hand and kept me calm from the time we entered the water, all the way to the bottom and back up without pressuring me. Can't thank that guy enough for his patience and compassion. Everyone in the shop was warm and extremely professional. I'm so glad we went with this company! They worked hard and made the whole experience as easy and relaxing as possible. Tip was never mentioned or encouraged, but appreciated and certainly more than earned. I went from being only 50% sure I'd even get in the water to planning my next dive!

If you're looking to do something adventurous and thrilling, I can't recommend Zero Gravity enough. From the moment we got there, the staff are fun, happy, and knowledgeable, putting you right at ease. Carmen the head dive instructor, explained everything amazingly, and we got fitted with our suits, flippers, and goggles. The boat ride out there was SO fun. We were flying over the waves. Once in the water, it took me a few minutes to breathe properly; a combination of excitement and nerves, but we had a professional diver each, who made me feel so safe. We saw a ton of stunning fish and even an octopus. You can tell the respect these guys had for the wildlife too, which I really respect. When we were back on the boat waiting for the otheres to have a go, the guy was really cool, giving us a bunch of recommendations of other things to do, place to visit. What a great first day to our holiday, thanks Zero Gravity.

I called and booked for both my son (14) and myself to dive. Spoke to Chema who was very helpful. Booked us on the dive, payment to be made on the day. Confirmation of booking and directions of where to go were sent straight after the phone call. I called back and included my son (11) onto the trip as well. Arrived at the premises which looked closed. (They are working on the front of the business so entry was at the back) The dive instructors were great and very helpful. My youngest had never dived before and the instructions given were clear and easy to understand. The trip to the dive site on the boat was brilliant. The boys loved it. My youngest did manage to get to the bottom but had an issue with equalising his ears (but he forgot how to communicate that). My eldest son had an amazing dive. Lots is sea life to be seen. Definitely worth diving with Zero Gravity.

Amazing experience overall. I was in a group of 3. The instructor was patient and always with me, giving me 100% of their attention. Even though I struggled a lot, I got ensured to take my time and got through in the end.

This was a top morning out and I would recommend this company, I booked it to celebrate my 50th birthday and also my nieces friends 28th birthday. We met at the port where it was easy to see the sign for 'zero gravity scuba'. They took us inside and got us the wetsuit gear etc, all our belongings were then safely locked inside (do travel with your own swimsuit on for underneath the wetsuit). A questionnaire had to be completed by everyone to assess health and this is the point at which I was told I couldn't scuba as I ticked one of the boxes 'yes'. I was so, so devastated. This is the only reason for the 4* review not 5* - there is no mention anywhere that there is a possibility you might not be able to scuba (no companies mention this though to be fair). My advice would be to do a bit of research before you book or get too excited, because if you have anything wrong, you simply cannot go out - an ear infection, asthma, blood pressure no matter how slight.... This is for strict safety purposes which you have to respect. Also if you are due to fly home within 24 hours, you can't scuba. So of the 7 people booked to go scuba that morning, only 4 got to do it - I had the slightly elevated blood pressure, one young woman had minor asthma, and one young man was flying that evening. Anyway, disappointment over, the three of us all decided to still go out but to just snorkel instead of scuba. All the basic equipment instructions were then given to the group - Zero Gravity take your safety very seriously, which is good. We set off in a RIB - and it was FAST! It was like two trips for the price of one - I sure held on tight as we skidded over the coastal waters....it was such good fun and the captain was a blast. It felt like we were on Baywatch about to go out to rescue somebody :) About 7 or so minutes into the ride we got to our destination for the dives. Everyone got in the water and those of us that were just snorkelling headed towards the rocks to catch glimpses of the fish etc. Those doing scuba went down in two's - with one instructor per person (two instructors on the trip and one captain) - I think the depth was to 10 meters. The two left behind for 30 minutes were pretty cold by the time they went on their dive as they were snorkelling until their turn - but you can opt to stay on the boat if you prefer. They had an amazing experience - octopus were seen, cuttlefish, and all manor of other beautiful sea creatures. Everyone that went down came up happy and exhausted. On the trip back to port, the RIB went even faster and we all couldn't help laughing with excitement. Once landed they all bought the photos that the dive instructors took whilst under the water - and they are now all on Instagram and profile pictures. The digital images are sent to you over wifi in the dive centre whilst you are getting out of your wetsuit - I think there about 8-10 shots per person. Overall one of the best days we had on Tenerife!

This first time try dive was an amazing experience. The staff/teachers were very knowledgeable and quickly put me at ease. The small group size meant there was more personal attention/interaction before getting in the water. The reef itself was lovely with loads of different species around. Will be booking second(not first time) dive with this company.

The instructors were very patient, nice people. We really enjoyed it, however it was our first time doing this. They spoke very good English that was easy to understand even for us. The equipment was really good also, and they made the adventure so seamless, we only had to enjoy the experience. One of us was not a very good swimmer, but there was no problem at all. Overall, we recommend this to everyone who wants to get a really unforgettable memory while staying on the island.

Ryan and his team were great at explaining and removed a lot of the complexity which allowed my son to really enjoy his first dive. The rib boat ride was also a bonus. Thanks!

Good first driving experience but no wildlife underwater. Instructions were unclear before the dive, we didn't get what we should see or look for down there before going down. We expected to see some animals as shown on the photos. The instructors were super nice though, the coast was amazing and we were in a small group on a small boat. Everything was super easy, it was a great experience but we didnt see turtles (as shown on the photos) just a few fish.
