The company and the team made it very comfortable the whole time. I couldnt have asked for more ticking this off my bucket list. They even handed out sea sick pills which I was thankful for. The spots we went to were great the manta rays were awesome i even found nemo. I would definitely recommend this to others

Top notch Dive Company. Professional standards shone through, from initial enquiry to completion of a days diving. Great facilities, helpful and attentive staff and delicious lunch/snacks provided. Top marks for the sustainable approach to lunch boxes, cutlery and the like. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat. To the side, saw the Manta rays, lots of turtles, endless coral, amazing fish .. and all in warm waters.

Wonderful experience, even my partner who can’t swim, who’s never scuba dived had the best time. We saw the manta rays, sea turtles, all sorts of tropical fishes and corals and so much more. Would definitely recommend all 3 ocean dives. We both had excellent instructors. Adi for my partner who was very professional, kind and patient, and mine was incredible though I sadly can’t remember his name!!! A massive thank you to both and others at the facility.

They are the best company yo go diving with at Bali. Our buddies Noe, Robert and two others ( whose names we couldn't get as we were too apprehensive) were very very good, always on the lookout for us and extremely helpful. In fact the entire team is very reliable and one can go diving with them without any concern. The gear was in excellent condition too. Food and drinks were provided. And almost no time was wasted. We completed 2 dives quickly. Excellent pictures were also clicked by them on request. And Julian was too good at responding without delay at any time of the hour. So go for it with Neptune if you want to experience SCUBA diving!

From the very first phone call, Julian was able to answer every question I had. He was prompt with replies, he explained everything in detail and was very professional and friendly. When my grandson and I arrived at the dive centre we were both nervous, however Julian’s team managed to calm our nerves and make us both feel comfortable and safe. Nothing was too much for any of the team. All the equipment was clean and in great condition. The food they provided was more than enough. There was really nothing more they could’ve done for us. I highly recommend Neptune Scuba. I will definitely be returning to do my dive certificate 😊

From start to finish we loved our experience. The staff at the HQ are very kind and accommodating, and our instructors were super knowledgable and took us to 3 amazing dive spots. We saw tons of fish, mantas and turtles, plus received GoPro videos afterwards which we love. Would recommend them to anyone, thank you Neptune!

This dive team earns 5 stars in every respect. From the first moment on we felt welcome in this stylish dive centre with its impressive transparent pool. We went to Nusa Penida and Padang Bay and had unforgettable dives in both places. Everything is well organised from the pick-up at the hotel to an individual water bottle for everyone, fruits and self-made cookies on the boat to donuts and cool drinks at the return to the centre. There is one guide for two divers, he gives an informative briefing already in the centre and guides you through the day. All guides are very nice and friendly and foremost professional. Safety goes always first and we felt safe at every moment with them, even when n almost uncontrollable current. We had our own equipment which they took extraordinary care for. Thank you for that. Last but not least we want to express here our gratitude for the chance of getting to know three gorgeous, very open and generous people, Fino, the manager and Joe and Julian , the owners. Iulian,the crew and Dive Master Gede are the best ! Because they are profesionals and familiar whith the places and able to point aut all spots and also to feel safe with them . I have enjoyed my dives,for all the rest : pick up from hotel ,coffe muffin breakfast ,hommade lunch,towels,dive equipment,boat,refreshments :THEY ,very well organized and very profesional !

I did the intro scuba diving course with Neptune and my instructor Gracia was fantastic. Nothing was rushed and when we did the practice skills in the pool I felt really at ease. When we got out to sea it just got better. The marine life around Nusa Penida is fantastic so many different fish and coral, and sea turtles. Gracia did a great job with my GoPro as I wanted to concentrate on the dives, and we saw so many fish. Thoroughly recommend the guys at Neptune Diving.

To all the amazing scuba diving enthusiasts, this was my second scuba dive of my life and Neptune is a great team to collaborate for your diving trips :D Overall a great experience on customer service, from the start Yoga and team were quite helpful providing relevant information for me to choose the right package. On the day of the dive, I got to meet the larger Neptune Scuba team and wonderful family that owns the show, Julian & family. One of the highlights for the trip was I got to meet the newly added member to Julian & family, JJ , an awesomely cute boy who had his own first swim in the pool the same day :) On the day of the scuba dive, the team was helpful in setting me up with the basic equipments and pool training needed for the actual Scuba dive. I must mention it is very much needed and was of utmost help for a novice to actual scuba dive like me. The breathing techniques and getting used to the equipment under water is very much needed and am happy team has a full fledged pool to make divers ready. We left for the port, which was 5/10 min. away from Neptune office and then were taken to the scuba site via a speedboat that took 40 minutes. Frankly, the current was stronger than the previous dive experience I had in Thailand - Phuket Rakh Noi/Yoi. We had two dives, one Manta Point and other was SD point(hope that is what it is called). Manta Point was awesome with great experience of swimming with Manta Rays, not 1 or 2 but atleast 10+ and is an experience worth remembering. SD Point is a site for corals and had amazing encounters with various fishes, corals and also Turtle. My diver, Gede (Good Day) was very humble and supporting throughout my dive. Frankly I am not much of a swimmer and he was very patient and supportive in all dives with also some great pics. A great experience, with a bumpy ride to locations on choppy waters and spending time with Mantas :)

With all the dive shops in Bali it is tough to pick the right one. We are so glad we chose Neptune. All the reviews are spot on. They are an Amazing Dive Company. From the initial e-mail with Yoga to the morning we walked through the door, they made us feel like family. My husband is PADI certified and I am not. I was a little apprehensive about diving after a bad experience in Hawaii, but everyone at Neptune took great care of me. Our first day was diving Nusa Penida with Funny an Augus, we had an incredible day, I felt safe and relaxed the entire time and the diving was incredible, suba diving with the manta is something I will never forget. We were so happy that we had already booked a second day with them to Padang Bai. Gracia was my instructor for the day and again was not disappointed at all. She was amazing with me and again the diving, while different here was still quite impressive. Thank You Julian and the entire team at Neptune. We will see you again when we return to Bali

Neptune SCUBA diving is a must! Picked us up on the morning for discover SCUBA in their cool branded van. We arrive at the centre and greeted warmly by everyone and offered a drink (Water, coffee, Tea). A modern, clean, cool and quirky facility with a reception, shop, pool and bar. We were quickly introduced to our dive masters and the owner, Julian. We are very confident divers although have never bothered to get our certification. They recognised this quickly and minimal time was wasted in the pool. To say Julian was the owner and had plenty of staff available to allow him to relax, he was at the forefront of the very personable service. His professionalism, friendliness and amazing knowledge of Bali diving was evident straight away. He completed our briefing and we were buzzing to get diving! Before we left they also provided travel sickness tablets which was great. The start to the day was brilliant, and it got better from here on in! We travelled 5 mins to the boat, with our friendly and again personable dive masters. The boats are small with no thrills although the dive groups are also minimal. No thrills are needed as this is all about the diving, and maybe the food haha! The first dive was at Manta point as we dived with as many Mantas as we could count. An amazing experience with mantas 5x the size of me. After the first dive we had our own personal bottle of water with our name on for the day as well as a pot of watermelon and cookies, which again was a nice touch. Our second dive had amazing corals and sea life to see in a beautiful location, our dive master guided us brilliantly to some amazing spots, After our second dive we were given our lunch which was rice with egg and chilli, it was beautiful! Our third dive was a drift dive and was just outstanding. Bright coloured corals and turtles everywhere without even having to kick your fins! A fantastic way to finish the dives off. We then headed back to the centre where we had fresh doughnuts to finish the day in style. A relaxed finish where you can sit and chill in the centre with a drink and the people you have met on the dives. We paid for a go pro for the day and took our own which was great as we got our own shots and some great videos/photos of us diving. Well worth the money!! They transfer you the footage there and then so you can post it to social media if you like. They also transfer it you through google drive. An amazing company and an amazing experience! This is not a huge company where you are just a profitable customer. You are valued and the service is personable and professional. When we’re back, we hope to see the elusive Mola Mola!!

Since the time I made the booking till I landed in Bali, the team had been so welcoming and encouraging. They went over and beyond to make my honeymoon trip memorable. A special thanks to Julian for all his sincere efforts. I never felt like a beginner scuba diver with the training I had at their dive centre. The trainers Anga and Mouly were wonderful, they knew how to handle first timers and made the entire experience memorable. I would definitely visit neptune scuba diving again if I ever come to Bali.

We were lucky to get in having only booked the day before! There were only 4 of us on the trip, so we each had our own guide. We had the beautiful and bubbly Gratzias, who was very knowledgeable and spoke great English for us Aussies! First stop was manta point and we saw HEAPS of big, beautiful Mantas. At one point we were surrounded by three! It's pretty crowded with a fair few divers around, but at least it's peaceful under the water and because visibility is about 10-12m, you can look around and not see anyone. We did two other dives and crystal bay was definitely the highlight of the two, with warmer water, great visibility, breathtaking corals and huge variety of fish. We were even lucky enough to spot a pod of dolphins between dives! Crew was great and had everything ready between dives, captain knew his way around and the food provided was good (they even accommodated food allergies!) Highly recommend

I went to Neptune for snorkeling in the beginning as I cannot swim. After I discussed my concerns, Joe arranged a swimming pool lesson for me at no charge. I feel a bit shamed as it took 3 hours for me to build the confidence in water. But step by step, I overcame the fear of sea and enjoyed a few trips of snorkeling and even a few discovering scuba divings. (Although I have to mention to non-swimmers like me that confidence in water gets built and destroyed over time as part of the learning curve, so be patient) Bali can be a bit challenging to continental people as the waves and sea sick due to time on boat. I had my own private coach Funny all the time to ensure my safety. Although he sometime laughed at me but I am grateful for his devotion of attention. And he can take good photos. Good atmosphere in the center to greet and meet other divers. And very friendly staff. I do have one thing a bit bothering me, which is when locals say the sea is the big toilet. I hope not.

I did my advanced open water course with this group. Amazing group of people. Their dive shop is 10/10 and their personnel are 12/10, easily. They were extremely safety conscious while at the same time making sure I had fun. I’d dive again with any of them in a heartbeat.
