Good start when booking, very professional. On the way to our hotel we ran into a problem. The email suggested we should be looking for the DAT logo and anyone with a DAT logo on our shirt. Well someone who wasn't wearing a DAT logo grabbed our sign and put us in a van without a DAT logo, even though it ended up being all good, the email should mention it might not be a van and personnel with the DAT logo who takes you because we were very worried at first. On the way back our driver was in a DAT van and was very friendly and professional. We would use them again.

We used DAT as transportation from the Punta Cana Airport to our resort, Sanctuary in Cap Cana. We upgraded to the suburban and it was so worth it! It was super quick and easy and the staff was nice and professional. Super Mark was our driver and he was GREAT! Their instructions were easy to follow which made the whole experience seamless. We felt extremely safe the entire trip!

We booked both transfers and the VIP Fast Track Arrival-Departure & Lounge Service and were so thrilled that we did. Upon arrival, unlike everyone else that had to walk across hot tarmac and then were bussed to the the terminal, we were met at the bottom of the stairway and transported to by golf cart to the lounge where we received cold drinks and relaxed while the staff cleared us through customs and retrieved our bags. The transportation to the resort was great and staff very friendly and helpful. The return portion of the VIP Fast Track Arrival-Departure & Lounge Service was even better than the arrival. We were able to avoid the long lines and check-in our bags very quickly and then taken to the lounge. My husband happened to see the other couple that were ahead of us to check-in our bags (they did not have the service) arrive in the gate area about 40 minutes after we arrived in the lounge. Not having to wait in a warm gate area with lots of people was worth every penny we spent for the VIP Fast Track Arrival-Departure & Lounge Service.

I've been using DAT since 2018. What I love is that every transfer is private, you DON'T need to confirm your departure pickup time, and they are always on time. I previously used another company that is well known and the last time I used them they were late picking up my friends to go to the airport. That upset me so much. Also, another couple that were supposed to vacation with us had to cancel and it took forever to get their money back. But DAT was the real winner for me. We had transportation booked with them for April 2020 and of course covid hit. When I reached out to DAT they offered to refund or change my dates. I 100% knew we were going to travel, but I wasn't sure of the date. Long story short I finally settled on a date, and 6 months later I emailed DAT to schedule my new dates. No questions asked my dates were confirmed and I didn't have to go through a bunch of red tape to get it handled. I LOVE this company!

I used DAT transfer service to and from the Punta Cana airport and found the drivers to be courteous and professional. Covid safety protocols were followed with the drivers wearing masks. Certainly would recommend and would use again if traveling to the DR.

We booked our travel to and from the airport to our resort through this company. From the moment we clicked 'submit' on our request, the entire experience was seamless and painless. Right on schedule, we got a detailed email communicating to us about our airport pickup. At the airport there was a representative waiting with our name, a clean and comfortable van and we arrived at our resort. There was a sign in the van indicating no need to contact us for return journey and that they have it all covered and we should just enjoy our vacation. Sure enough, again, a day before our departure, we got the email with the exact time and location where our shuttle would be waiting. And yet again, they were there, ready with a nice clean van, very polite driver and we were back at the airport. Thank you again for the seamless and excellent service.

We didn’t know what to expect since it was our first trip to the Dominican Republic and booked a transfer service through DAT. After landing and clearing through security, we exited the airport and we followed the instructions I was sent on where to meet our driver. As we were looking for a sign with my name on it, he was already there calling out my name. That is where we met Luis and within 5 minutes, we were already on our way to our resort. He was so amazing, friendly and handsome. We spoke the whole way to our resort as he was telling us about how the Dominican Republic was opening back up post Covid. Thank you Luis for getting us to our destination quickly and safely! We definitely look forward to returning and hope we get the opportunity to cross paths again.
