As background, it was just my husband and me. Our flight was on-time, no problems with luggage, customs, etc. To make sure I am fair, I'm just going to list pros and cons. Pros: Nice people! Had cold beer and water ready. If it matters to you, the limo's exterior was impressive. Just FYIs: The interior was surprisingly small relative to the external apparent side! Interior was also worn. Not counting this as a con since we kind of expected it for a limo in Cancun! Cons: The biggest - A/C did not work!! I was fanning myself from entry to exit and was visually sweating upon arrival! When I mentioned this at the start of the trip our driver responded, "Yes, it is hot here." I don't think he was being flippant or trying to be rude, but the comment was dismissive and equivalent to "Deal with it." While it was quasi-tolerable (with home-made paper fan) in late April, it would have been a deal-breaker as hotter weather arrived. A lesser con, they were not there waiting for us (unlike 90 percent of the pre-arranged transport). We had someone who was NOT directly associated with the company help us find a representative and we waited about 10 minutes for our car to arrive. Could not recommend. Luxury, at a minimum, should include working A/C and prompt arrival. The staff and cold beverages alone helped the rating be above 1.

My wife and I used the Luxury Sedan from Cancun Airport service to a resort in Akumal, and we were honestly surprised at how nice and spacious the sedan was. We were expecting something closer to an Uber Black in the U.S., but this was way better as it was almost like a mini limo. Our driver Moises was really friendly and did a great job. I cannot recommend this service enough, especially if you're traveling with just two people and have a long commute.

Great service. Well organized and the car was a super clean newer Mercedes van. They had cold, wet cloths and cold beer and wine for us as well. Although the driver didn’t speak English, we were able to work around it. We will be booking them again for our outbound transfer.

STP Caribe met us just outside the airport and walked us to the car. The drive was great, very nice car and overall a very relaxing way to travel to the hotel!

We had a wonderful relaxing trip. Antonio Nungaray was fantastic. Very pleasant and safe journey. We were concerned at the length of the drive but he greeted us with cold towel service and two ice cold beers. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend getting food to go in your US departure airport so on the journey you can have lunch and be ready for the beach on arrival.

Great ride from the airport. Courteous and friendly front in perfect large SUV. Cancun airport can be a zoo. Driver found us and helped with luggage. Please at smoothie ride to out hotel at Costs Mujeres. Highly recommend

5 stars for Antonio! He was a great driver. He set up our car with balloons and a birthday sign for my birthday along with a wine bottle. Very nice and sweet.

Great driver, provided refreshments and was very patience while dealing with the security/police officers to get inside the park area where the hotel was located .

Awful deception. They advertise the transfer trip with Meeting and Pickup and then claimed last minute it was a one way trip. Viator was also part of the problem in being vague on this.

The company met us at the airport exactly how their instructions stated. The driver was friendly and provided us with water and a couple of other drinks. The car was clean as advertised.

Always exceptional service with you. On time return pickup to the airport. Did have to wait for a bit from the airport to our resort, but a cold Tecate always helps! We always recommend you to others! See you next time!

I was under the understanding the guy would be waiting with a sign outside for me which he was not and unfortunately I had no WiFi to receive the message that he was in bay 21 in his car waiting for me to go to him so after 20 minutes of me walking around looking for him I paid some guy to call him and he said wait he would be there in 5 which he was so loaded the car up with bags where we drove to my hotel in Cancun bout 25minutes without a single word being spoken!! I Should have just taken the bus transfer

Moisés Basillo was about 20 minutes early for our pickup. The last guy was about 30 minutes late. So an on time arrival was nice. He was professional and courteous. We will use STP Caribe in the future.

Mr. Gomez was my driver and he was so great!!! I was only going 22 minutes from Cancun airport, but he accommodated so much. He played the music I like, had a cooler, my liquor of choice and cool towels for me to enjoy. His energy was so sweet and welcoming, I was alone so not at all did I feel worried with him. I hope everybody can experience his presence and great work. I was initially met by I think Carlos is his name, a sweet handsome young man who greeted me and got me out of the airport chaos quickly! Overall this company deserves all the money if you choose to ride in comfort and luxury!

This is the way to start your vacation. No waiting for the bus to load and doing the milk run down the coast. Instead relax in a stretch VW drinking cervices and enjoying the trip. Getting to your resort so much quicker to get your vacation started. Our driver was Alejandro was our driver and he was excellent and everything was top notch. Highly recommend!

Booked STP Caribe as our holiday transfer as I thought it would be a good start to our long awaited holiday. Our flight was delayed but I knew that STP Caribe would be tracking our flight so that did not bother me. It took us a further 2hrs to exit the airport as passport control and luggage collection are a flipping nightmare. But again I assumed STP Caribe knew how difficult this airport can be plus who turns up as the flight lands. Well this is not the case. I exited the airpot to find the car had left and counted us as a 'no show'. So we were stranded at the airport as STP Caribe transfer had left. I called STP Caribe to find out we'd not get out money back and we had to sort our own transfer out. Basically they washed their hands of us and refused us a refund then I had to pay an additional $70 USD for a airport taxi Note STP Crap (sorry Caribe) claimed they tried to call and message us but this was a lie as we'd received no calls or messages at all. Moving forward I suggest you don't use this company STP Caribe did pick us up for our return flight though 30mins early (this was rebooked and I had no confidence I'd get my money back if I cancelled).

I was concerned finding my driver would be difficult but I had a text from my 'airport host' when I landed. He gave me directions to find him and had us in the car within 10 minutes. The car was clean and driver was very nice. Would book again!
