Where do I start! Elkin was an amazing driver/tour guide turned ‘family’ on our trip to Nassau. Not only did he provide a great pick up/drop off to our resort but we gave a great tour of the beautiful island. Our boys enjoyed his jokes, trips to the candy and chocolate store! After our trip, he truly is a part of our family. Book Elkin right away!!!!

Excellent transport. Clean, cool vehicles. Very friendly service and excellent examples of where to visit when in town. Felt very save and stopped and a local supermarket for some shopping.

The communication was good and they were at requested location on time. Drivers also told us of all recommended places to go too! Highly advise everyone to book with them, they won’t Dissappont.

Our drivers name was Troy, he was great! Our flight arrived 20 minutes early and he was there to meet us. He took us for a grocery stop on the way to our resort and waited for us while we shopped. He was very friendly and gave us some history of the island along the way.

We had such a happy and Friendly driver. Easy access by phone. We didn’t connect at first but our driver tracked us down.

The drivers were pleasant and on time. My only complaint is I paid for a private ride for two both ways and on the way back to the airport there was another passenger. I did not pay for a shared ride.

The entire process for coordinating the transfer from the Airport to Atlantis, was easy. I had debated on which service to use multiple times and kept going back to the reviews. Not very often do they align with my experiences, however in this case they were exceeded! 6 of 5 Stars if possible! Pick-up - days prior received a text message with instructions. Everything was exactly as communicated. We were picked up by Leslie (if you get him, ask him about his nickname)! I hope I accurately spelt his name, the ride went by so quick and the conversation was flowing naturally. What a great way to start the trip! He had really good recommendations from cigars to dining, along with destinations to see. Pick-up at the end of the trip, Elkin was early and what an overall great human being. He is extremely passionate about his profession and most importantly loves his island! Can’t wait to come back and try his recommendations on some dining spots with one in particular who combines island cultures in their menu, the OX Tail soup sounds absolutely delicious! Hope you have time to allow him to take you on a detour if hungry. On a return trip, will be using this service again - already feel like apart of the family. Wish nothing but the best for them! Elkin was so much fun and very knowledgeable! We just loved him! Elkin provided us with great tips of where to shop and eat.

Elvin and his team were great and we’ll definitely use them in the future. On the way there our flight was delayed for 2 hours and on the way back we changed our time of departure at the last minute. In both cases, Elvin was flexible and had no issues with the changes. They are great people and fun to talk to, highly recommended.

Elkin welcomed us to the Bahamas with so much happiness! He shared tips and offered suggestions. He was also available for bookong any journey we would like, down town to Paradise Island etc. Absolutely recommend Elkin!! Made us feel welcome and his joy was infectious!!

I would definitely recommend Elkin’s Taxi service for transports to/from airport and around town! Trustworthy and reliable, always on time for pick ups. Take advantage of his advice and recommendations, it is very helpful in planning and will be remembered for my next trip to Bahamas.

We pre-arranged and prepaid transfer from the Nassau airport to Atlantis resort on Paradise Island. We waited around for our taxi for at least 45 minutes after going through customs and getting outside. We went to the bench where they told us to wait and unfortunately we did not have cell service there so I could not easily contact them, but my travel agent had contacted them to say that our flight was delayed. I was able to use a phone at the service counter in the airport to make the local call and had to call twice because the driver they said was on the way never showed up. Once we were finally picked up the driver claims they were watching our flight so they should have known that we landed and should have been there ready to pick us up but they were not. We realized as we waited for our taxi that there were plenty there waiting to take people from the airport so it turns out we didn't need to prearrange after all and would have gotten to our resort much faster instead of waiting almost an hour for them.

Super easy and on time. Great communications. Would 100% use again. The drivers were both so friendly to the family. Thank you.
