We were treated to a surprise Maybach pickup! Driver was wonderful, car was gorgeous. Water and cold beer provided. Only confusion was I’d say his shirt was more yellow than green so I had a little bit of a hard time spotting him but he was exactly where he was supposed to be and excellent communication.

This car service has been so easy to work with. They sent detailed information before the trip and were very quick to respond to any questions. When our plane landed in Mexico I received a detailed text message as to where to meet the company representative. He was very easy to find and brought us quickly to our driver. The car was very clean and the driver offered fresh towels and drinks as soon as we sat down. It was 5 minutes from the time we walked out of the terminal to bed no on the road to our hotel. The driver was excellent and very polite.

No one was outside waiting with a sign, I had to text the guy three times asking where he was. The wet towels were dripping and the vehicle was hot. The driver had no idea where I was going.

Great start to the vacation! After dealing with the customs craziness it was a treat to have a spacious, comfortable, and private ride to our resort. Finding the Company was pretty easy and after just a few minute wait we were escorted to our Mercedes van. Didn’t even have time to grab a drink - which didn’t matter because we were treated with cool towels and cervezas. Driver and rest of the crew was friendly and got us to our resort quickly and safely. We even booked it for our return - which turned out to be a limo which was a cool experience especially for our son. Highly recommend STP Caribe.

The driver contacted us via Whatsapp just while we were arriving. Which is great! Unfortunately the cooler of our car wasn't working so could only enjoy if a nice ride with cold water.

Manuel our driver was excellent and was one of the best drivers. He even stopped for me to take pictures. To understand, the service was great because they found us out of a gauntlet of other drivers. The van was beautiful, clean and cold cervezas y agua ready to go! A great drive to our hotel. Helped us with a few great places to go during our stay. The beauty of riding with this services is you will be yourself without other families. It may seem expensive, but we were glad we chose this service when we got into one of the most beautiful vans on the airport lot. One last thing Manuel was great!
