We booked 24 hours before our departure date, Jorge responded right away and was able to accommodate us. Bianel F met us at the airport, he was on time , he was AMAZING!! and super helpful. He spoke English,French and Spanish, it was great practicing my Spanish with him! Thanks for helping my and my kids have an amazing time in DR, we will be back in October and will definitely book our airport transfer and excursions thru Quality Transfer Services!

Transfer was already waiting for us at the airport arrival gate. QTS team has a open communication channel, that was very useful, our flight had a major delay and we sent them a note and they promptly respond. We also used their service for a daytrip to Santo Domingo, and the transfer back to the PUJ Airport on our last day. Nice people, good interaction, on time!

Jorge and Bianel were absolutely amazing. They contacted me the day before I left and were in constant contact day of travel. We even booked last minute excursion through them. Very professional, on time, friendly and takes care of their clients. We even had issues with the resort and Bianel walked us in and spoke to the check in desk for us. We used this company's service twice in April and I will say they where awesome!! I would always get a very quick response to any questions I had thru Whatsapp. The drivers where very helpful with our bags and on time at both ends of the transportation. I would use them again for sure.

Excellent transportation from airport to our resort. The only issue was they dropped us at the wrong Meliá property which we didn’t know as we have never been there. It added an additional 30 minutes to our checkin as the resort had to transport us to the adults only property. We would definitely book them again when travelling to the Dominican Republic.

I strongly recommend this transportation company. I use their services when I come with the family and for work. I have more than year using their services for regular transportation and tours. They always exceed my expectations. I Know all the drivers and i love when i have José as a Driver or Erika receiving me at the Airport. Jorge as a coordinator never miss a detail.

This was a very confusing experience. First, I read all of the reviews about being prepared and how you get mobbed. I read another reviewer who said they were at the end of the transportation section, so I kind of knew where to go. I got a text from a man saying he was going to pick us up. All of that was great, except I booked with Quality and there are NO vans marked Quality. Nobody there has every heard of Quality. Some people tried to be helpful and when I showed a young lady the text, she said he was gone but we would go with someone else. I didn't want to get into one of the other vans, but finally she came back with a sign and our name was at the top of the sign (above 3 other names), so we got into the van she directed us to. The driver drove safely and we made it to our destination, so in the end...all was good. Please change the name on the Viator website to whatever they are (I don't remember, but it is definitely not Quality).

I enjoyed the entire experience with Quality Transportation. We used Quality Transportation for our private transportation while in Punta Cana and they were phenomenal. They had great customer service and was very attentive to our needs. They even accommodated any last minute changes I made. They were timely and sufficient. I highly recommend them for your transportation services.

We were met at the airport by an employee holding a sign with my name on it. She escorted us to our vehicle where our driver loaded our luggage. Our driver was friendly and the ride was quick and smooth. I would recommend this company for transport!

Our travel agent recommended this transfer service to us as they'd personally had a great experience with this company. I'm glad we took the recommendation and used Quality Transport. Not only was it a less expensive option, but we received great service both to our resort and back again to the airport. We had a private van transfer each way. Our driver was courtesy, friendly, and answered our questions. I would highly recommend using this service. I know if we travel back to the DR, we will use them again.
