We booked this transfer months in advance and promptly got a reply through WhatsApp. When we arrived the driver immediately got in touch and was waiting for us at the exit. The ride was swift and smooth. We'd book again with them anytime! Highly recommended!

Our driver, Jawad, was there waiting for us on arrival. Unfortunately our bags didn't arrive so we had to wait a few hours at the airport for the next flight before we could leave. Jawad was more than happy to arrange to come back when the next flight landed. He returned as soon as the next flight landed and waited for us to head out. Great service and 😁 friendly driver in Jawad. Made a stressful situation much easier. Thanks

We had a simple transfer from airport to an aparthotel someware close to the city airport. There was a missalignement with the apprtament owner and we had to take an other hotel someware close to the city center. From here we started a vary special service from the taxi driver. He was a very kind and an attentionfull person. He was allways with us very deep in the night till we found a proper place for staying one before comeming back to the mais rented place. This driver, Jawad, he had been an absolutlly factastinc person for our first stay at Marrakech.

Aziza was one of the staff that collected us that day. She was very friendly and communicated clearly. There was a problem with the pick up as the post code was wrong and we had to pay extra. We asked for a return trip to the medina and Aziza was the one translating and assisting us the whole time.

We've booked a transfer from the airport to our riad an back. It was super easy. They've sended me a WhatsApp with information about the driver and the taxi just a few minutes earlier. At our transfer from the riad back to the airport I asked one hour before if it's possible, that our driver picks us up at another location near the riad. Everything was super easy and flexible. The driver arrived just in time and was super kindly.

I booked my taxi with them to go from Airport to my Riad. The night before Mia wrote me giving me all the information about it, and I realized the address was wrong. She help me and change it. The day before we are traveling back I realized that I don't have any email confirmation from.my taxi company, so I wrote Mia asking if I can book a taxi for morning to go to the Airport. I thought a person would meet us with our name on a sign. Instead we had to look to find the board with our name on it, but after that it was a smooth trip to our Riad.

Our flight arrived 35 minutes early - well done Easyjet for an efficient trip! - which took other transfer companies by surprise, but First Marrakech had been watching the boards and had a driver waiting for us! We had arrived at our hotel, completed all the paperwork and had out All Inclusive bands on before other people from the same flight even arrived! Simo also gave us a mini 'history of Marrakech' lesson in the Mercedes van en route which was fascinating. We had pre-booked the transfer through TripAdvisor a few weeks before departure - I'm often wary about paying in advance for these services, but for the equivalent of £13, this was fantastic value! Top tip for Morocco for all travellers though - upon arrival at the airport and collecting your dirham, ask for smaller denominations - we couldn't tip our guys as we only had large notes. Sorry Simo!

We booked transfers from the airport to the hotel and back again. The company sent a WhatsApp message a few days in advance with some advice and a PDF with a selection of tours they offer, along with a photo of their sign so we knew what to look for. When we got to the airport, we found the sign outside and a man (named Fad) standing next to it. He gestured to us to take our time and checked which name on the board we were, then put his number on my phone in case we needed anything during our stay. He then walked us to our driver and came in the car with us. Fad was really attentive and friendly with brilliant English and made us feel completely at ease. He told us about different tours the company offer, but wasn't overbearing or pushy at all. During our stay Fad kept in touch to make sure everything was ok and to ask if we needed anything or wanted to book any tours. We went our way in the end but he remained friendly and helpful throughout, and made sure our booking was all set to go back to the airport. Both drivers we had were super friendly and helpful, helping us load our luggage into the car and making sure we got to where we were going safely. I even had a message from Fad when I got home to make sure we'd had a pleasant and safe journey. I don't think I've ever experienced such amazing service and cannot recommend this company highly enough. For such a good price (£16 in total for 2 transfers) and such quality service, you really can't go wrong.
