Lisa and Fabio were just fabulous! So gracious and welcoming! The pasta making was fun, but the socializing and conversation was what completed the evening. Lisa’s antipasti and sauces were excellent and fine examples of local tastes. An evening we will always remember with new friends. COOKING, DRINKING and LEARNING about people from another part of the world!!

Fabio and Lisa are wonderful hosts, and beautiful people who have gone above and beyond for us on our trip to Lecce. The cookery class was so much fun, good simple quality food. Delicious to eat, and paired with some lovely wines. After the class, Fabio and Lisa gave us some great tips on the local area, and have become friends of ours. Don’t hesitate to book the cookery class!

Lisa and Fabio were wonderful hosts and very patient with those of us not very adept at pasta-making. It was a great atmosphere (cooking indoors and eating outdoors in a nice garden setting) with great appetizers and a variety of Puglian wines served at a generous pace (I've read about other tours that were less bountiful but Fabio topped up our glasses regularly). We also had a tasty dessert served with limoncello, a great way to end the evening. Lisa took care of the pasta sauces but will be sending those recipes and Fabio forwarded a good supply of photos from the evening. We were fortunate to share the experience with 4 others with whom we got along very well and that added to our enjoyment of the evening. Pick up and drop-off points were centrally located and F abio offered to drive us to our hotel if we wished. Would recommend this cooking class/evening very highly.

In my 30+ years of traveling this was one of my favorite experiences in my entire life. Lisa & Fabio were wonderful hosts. We shared many laughs throughout the evening. The pasta was outstanding and very typical of Puglia and the south in general. Lisa’s sauce is amazing and I can’t wait to try the recipes at home. This is a must do experience in Lecce. I miss Lisa and Fabio already! We left the evening with new friends, full bellies, and amazing recipes to try at home.

A most enjoyable Lecce local experience with wonderful hosts Lisa & Fabio inviting us into their home. We had a wonderful chilled coffee on ice to start with tasty homemade appetizers and wines then onto our pasta making class. We then sat down to dinner alfresco with our pasta and 2 different sauces finishing with a lovey pannacotta dessert.

This was one of the absolute highlights of our stay in Lecce. Fabio and Lisa were AMAZING hosts, the passion for the region and local cuisine was inspirational. The food was spectacular and the wines were delicious. Could not recommend this experience enough.over and above expectations, thank you Fabio and Lisa for a truly memorable evening.

I am so so happy that we booked this class! Fabio and Liza are fabulous chefs, teachers, hosts, and people! They welcomed us all so kindly into their home, showed us how to make two different types of local pastas and then spoiled us with aperitif, local wine and beverages, and their life and region stories! It was so special! Obviously it was incredibly tasty! Would do it again and again!

Fabio and Lisa were great hosts. Such amazing and lovely people. Were on time to pick us up from the exact meeting spot, they welcomed us into their home with such tasty foods. The class was fun and food was very yummy. Would definitely do it again when we return to lecce.

What to say? Fantastic experience! Wonderful evening in the company of Lisa and Fabio, two people who seemed to have been friends forever. The family atmosphere, the beautiful location surrounded by greenery, the cuisine prepared with dedication and passion, made the evening one of the most beautiful experiences of our holiday. We enjoyed excellent aperitifs prepared with quality products and than we prepared two types of fresh pasta together, seasoned with ingredients that are easily available once we got home and enjoyed some truly excellent local wine! We learned so much and I can't wait to organize a Salento dinner with my friends, preserving the memory of two special people!

We cant thank Lisa and Fabio enough to open the door to their home and introduce us to the fabulous cuisine of Puglia! This cooking experience was the highlight of our trip to Puglia. Lisa and Fabio made us felt as we are cooking and having dinner with friends over a couple of glasses of wine and sharing stories of Puglia. We would highly recommend this experience. Lisa and Fabio looked after us so well. We learnt about local food but also about the local culture. Such a fun experience. We will have fond memories of our time in Lecce with Lisa and Fabio.

We had a fabulous experience. Lisa is an amazing chef and the dinner was really good. We enjoyed making pasta and learning her technique. Fabio picked us up on time and even took pictures of us all evening. The wine was terrific and the company was even better. I highly recommend it.

this experience was cancelled by the vendor without notifying me of the change. my request for a full refund of all monies paid prior to attending was made immediately. the vendor, curiioseety, refunded 1/2 of my full payment made and has yet to refund the remaining 1/2. three more request for a refund have been made, to no avail. TripAdvisor has not been able to assist me in this issue. i have been robbed of over $250 still due after over 1 month of neglect.

We had booked this experience directly with curioseety on their website. My wife was looking forward to this experience the most during our stay in Lecce. We went to the meeting place and found no one. We looked through all our emails in case something was sent announcing a change or anything of the sort. After reaching out to Curioseety, we were informed the operator forgot about this booking. Unfortunately this was towards the end of our stay and we could not reschedule. I understand things happen but communicating this to your clients is key. We did get a prompt refund which we appreciate but I don't appreciate the response my wife's review received where it was claimed they tried to call and contact us because the host had covid. No one called or emailed, believe me that we would understand and would not have been waiting at night under the gate for 30 minutes wondering what is going on. Attached is a picture of the response we got after we reached out to Curioseety.

We booked this experience weeks in advance. It was one of the experiences I was most looking forward to in Italy. We go to the meeting place in the confirmation email, wait around for 25 minutes and no one shows. We finally get ahold of someone and we're told that the host completely forgot about our booking. We were asked if we could reschedule, but it was the end of our trip so we couldn't. We did get a refund in a timely manner which is something, but doesn't make up for the loss of this experience that I was really excited about. Based on previous reviews and my experience, this company seems very unreliable. I would definitely book with a different company.

The pasta making class we took in Lecce was one of our favorite memories from our 2 weeks in Italy. Lisa and Fabio welcome you into their home for an evening of wine, pasta, laughter, and shared cultures. We made new friends and are so excited to try and recreate the pasta dishes with Lisa’s recipes! This wasn’t just another touristy cooking class, it was such a genuine experience with a couple that truly enjoys sharing their traditions and the history of Puglia with their guests. Book this - you won’t regret it! If we are ever lucky enough to make it back to Lecce, we will definitely see Lisa and Fabio!
