Moisés is an excellent instructor who not only teaches you all the prep tasks for the meal but also gives the history of the meal and how it is to be prepared. He is patient and helpful as you learn all the prep tasks. His dog, Charlie, provides moral support throughout the entire lesson. I highly recommend this class and we thoroughly enjoyed fixing and eating a delicious traditional Bolivian meal.

We loved our evening cooking class with Moises. It was great to learn about traditional Peruvian dishes and ingredients - we cooked the picante de pollo for our main dish and it tasted amazing. Great value for a delicious 3 course meal and cocktail using totally fresh ingredients. Moises keeps an extremely clean and tidy kitchen too! We would definitely recommend this class when in Sucre.

First of all, everyone who vists Sucre must enjoy this experience. It is amazing how Moisés presents each ingrident (all regional and fresh) and teach us the recipe in details. After preparation, we had the opportunity to try the best "sopa de maní" ever.

One of the best travel experiences I have had in my life. I had the picante de pollo class and everything was super tasty. Besides learning how to cook some traditional Bolivian dishes, I also learned about the ingredients, the culture and the music of Bolivia. I highly recommend this experience!

Woooow what an incredible experience. Moises is an extremely intelligent chef who is clearly passionate about his culture and its cuisine. Moises was clear in his instruction, clean in the kitchen, and informative about the local ingredients and eating lifestyle. We prepared a three course meal plus a local cocktail! We started with a Bolivian style “brunch” (appetizer in America) next we had an entre, and lastly a fresh fruit parfait since there is no dessert culture in Bolivia. Everything was super fresh (I joined him at the market to purchase the ingredients that very morning! Only because I am currently living at his bed and breakfast as well) and delicious. 100% would recommend his bed and breakfast in addition to the cooking class! Support the local economy and learn while you’re at it!

Fun evening with my friend (it was just us two!) learning about traditional Bolivian ingredients and creating a delicious appy, main course dessert and cocktail. We felt very involved in the process despite our cooking skills and learned a lot!

Thank you so much Moises for an amazing cooking class! It was a great way to dive into Bolivian culture and I learned so much! Moises had so many interesting facts about different bolivian dishes, ingredients and customs. The food we made was delicious (starter with quinoa and oka, papas rellenas, tumbo cocktail and fruit desert) and I had a really fun time preparing everything! The class is accessible for everyone and I would highly recommend everyone to try it out.

Such a great experience for anyone wanting an introduction to Bolivian food. Cooked a three course meal with local ingredients, and made a great cocktail too. As vegetarians it has not always been straightforward finding food in South America, so it was great the class could be adapted to suit us. Highly recommend!

Such a nice experience! The lovely chef Moises is cooking with passion you can tell - so let him teach you how to cook a real traditional Bolivian dish. The group was really nice and easy going (6 people in total). He helped us with our Spanish, has a good sense of humour and speaks really good English too. The food (we had Quinoa salad, Papas Rellenas – stuffed, deep-fried potato balls, salsa and aioli, a cool cocktail and a fruity dessert and it was all delicious! So yummy, all fresh ingredients (some even from his own garden) and my friends can’t wait for me to cook for them!! Definitely worth a visit and highly recommended! Enjoy!!!

Good instructions of each step by the chef. He knew a lot and gave us a lot of exciting information about each ingredient. All the recipes were very tasty.
