Alejandro was an excellent guide and Maurizio was an excellent driver. We enjoyed this tour that allowed us to see these beautiful towns in one day.

Absolutely recommend a day to to Lake Como. I had a private boat ride that took me to Bellagio and I later went onto Como. Utilising a guide is a must as they fill in the bits that you'd have no idea about if you did it yourself. I really enjoyed my day.

There was no tour in either Bellagio or Lugano. The tour guide provided information on where to have a bite or buy chocolate. The bus stunk of unclean seats. The driver, Mr. Dino was excellent!

Had a really great time on the tour! The trip was fully packed with travel and visiting different places but also gave time throughout the day to explore each place individually. Our guide, Ricardo, was very engaging and accommodating to the group, making sure everyone had an enjoyable day. There was a really good balance between walking, driving and taking a boat trip across the lake. Would really recommend this tour for those interested in visiting a few different cities in a short time frame

Great guide, good choice of places to go, especially Lugano. Nice boat tour on lake Como. Also tour was organized well with clear direction to the meeting point.

The boat ride at Lake Como was beautiful. I think that it would be good to not do so many places in one tour since there was no time for independent exploration.

Tour utilized the whole day and worth the investment in time and $. Tour guide and driver very attentive to everyone in the group. Boat ride at Lake Como was delightful, but boat and bus not as spaciousness as preferred. Free time was plenty at each stop.

Very well run trip today with Francesco as our guide and our amazing driver. Started with a tour of the town of Como and then a very nice boat trip along Lake Como. Next was lunch in the beautiful town of Bellagio. Our guide really was helpful in setting firm and clear pick up locations and times and giving us ideas on where to go. We proceeded into Switzerland with a stop in Lugano and got about 45 minutes to explore. It really was a wonderful day and I highly recommend our guide and driver who expertly drove us through some tricky situations!

Our tour guide, Angelo, was amazing, he was very professional and very helpful with everything, we saw everything we wanted to see, we had enough time in each place to look what we wanted to see.

Loved the whole trip. Guide gave careful instructions in several languages and was clear about meeting places and times. Would have loved more time in Bellagio but we did see a lot in just one day. Just a warning for those with Vodafone Italian SIM cards with the roaming. We were in Switzerland for an hour and a half. Did not use the phone for anything other than photos and yet Swiss Vodafone stole 40 Euros of our money. Apparently this has to do with not being in the EU. Leave your phone home if you have one of these cards. Still loved the trip.

Tour guide Angelo was absolutely wonderful. But we were in the mid- late August. Extreme heat made it very miserable. I was expecting that the 2 hr boat plus a ferry ride will make it enjoyable, but it was an opposite… Do not recommend fir seniors to travel in summer ( probably spring or fall would be more reasonable temperatures and make the whole trip amazing!

The tour was good whith very nice places to visit. Only the boat tour in lake Como hade more to wish because it was crowded with people and it made it hard and bad experience. But our guide Alesio made the whole tour amazing. Have been on many tours before but never seen such an amazing guide which made the experience great.

Our guide was amazing! Very knowledgeable! The tour was amazing, we spent 2 hrs in lugano and 2 hrs in bellagio and around 20-30 min in corfu town. Beautiful sceneries and beautiful towns.. recommend taking the tour!

A good tour to cover Lugano, Bellagio and Lake Como in a short time. Most landmarks are visited. Planning was good. Bus service and guide did well to keep you busy.

We loved the sites and appreciated the transportation. We were at a loss as to what would come next for our ferry ride to Bellagio and “cruise” back to Como. It was difficult to understand the guide and she did not have a grasp of the group’s status. It was hard to keep up with her. We were literally in a crush of people trying to get onto the cruise ship. And we did not know that there were stops and we should not debark the boat. Water was provided after the morning stop. None after a 2 hour cruise and over a one mile walk back to the bus in hot summer temps. We don’t expect to be catered to but it wasn’t a stretch to expect water again. Or at least advisement and accommodation to get some ourselves. The experience was not safe nor customer oriented.

I’ve done a lot of Viator excursions. This one was disappointing. Trips to Lugano and Bellagio are awesome. But the two hour “cruise” they advertise is misleading. It’s basically a water taxi, no AC, no breeze and you’re piled in like cattle. Making stops For other people to get on and get off. They could skip that part and instead ferry over to another lake Como village to explore. It was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. For the money spent it is NOT worth it. In the heat with no breeze NO WAY! Do not recommend.

Beautiful scenery and old town Bellagio. Hard to hear the tour guide, who seemed disinterested on the tour. She went out of her way to make excuses as to why the boat was so overcrowded, which may not have been her fault but, sorry, she was the boots on the ground. Not sure what she did while we were wandering the streets, but when we had to get on the boat at the end of the alone time it was pure bedlam and man eat man to get on and find seats in the boat. Could have been so much less stressful and enjoyable.
