Sebastian was an amazing tour guide. He is so knowledgeable and told us the history of Salisbury Cathedral which included the different chapels such as St. Catherine’s chapel and Audley Chapel. These chapels were breathtaking but my favorite was Audley Chapel with the stunning architect on the ceiling. We the stopped at Woodhenge and last but not least Stonehenge. Sebastian gave us a history lesson in so much detail about Stonehenge. The history lesson was truly amazing and my sister and I will share our new knowledge with our grandkids. Sebastian went above and beyond his call of duty and if we return with our grandkids we will definitely request Sebastian as our personal tour guide. We now have a new friend in Salisbury!

A breezy cold day so what better than a visit to somewhere open. My wife was struggling with her hip so we took the bus down to the stones a great help as it saved 30 mins in each direction walking. A wonder how they got thee stones there and how they erected them. The exhibition afterwards proved informative. Top tip go early to avoid the crowd

Our guide Sebastian was very knowledgeable and helpful. Made our experience very enjoyable. We wanted a tour with a personal guide and it was well worth it. Recommend to anyone who wants a more personal experience of Stonehenge

Our tour guide (did not catch his name but he was Italian!) was terrific. There were four of us so we had a private tour and he was very knowledgeable about history and the area. I highly recommend it!

In a word that sums up our tour on September 27 of Stonehenge, Salisbury, and Old Sarum with Geoff as guide. Geoff was on time, welcoming, cheerful and knowledgeable and just plain fun to spend a day with! He is well informed about the area and has many interesting stories to relate about the different sites we visited. The tour also included a drive through the New Forest, the town of Salisbury with a visit to the cathedral, and a stop at Woodhenge. Geoff kept our attention with tidbits of history and then saying there were be a quiz later! What could be better than a very comfortable drive through the beautiful English countryside while leaning the history of the area from someone who clearly enjoys educating visitors. Geoff was always courteous and considerate of our special requests. He picked us up at the cruise port after our cruise and dropped us at our hotel at the end of the tour. I would recommend this tour, and Geoff as guide, without any reservations - it is a great value for your time and money!

Can’t say enough positive things about this tour and particularly our guide, Ian. Sunday morning 9:00am was our only chance and a hard slot to accommodate but Viator was super in every regard. Wonderful, comfortable car, insider tips from Ian, and best of all, completely stress free for us. Best decision of our entire vacation.

Geoff picked us up at The Chapter House where we were staying. He made sure we had jackets and such to be prepared for the ever changing English weather and we were off. The cathedral was beautiful and Geoff was full of interesting little details and also knew of some cool picture opportunities! Learned all about Woodhenge, Bluehenge, and Stonehenge. The metal stakes that turned completely opposite for me and my husband at Woodhenge was exciting! Geoff kept saying do it again do it again! On the drive to Stonehenge Geoff pointed out the thatch roofs on many homes and I was totally entrigued by the concept. The weather got the best of me at Stone Henge but Geoff gave up his new heavy rain coat me to wear and off we went to see the stones. We took the short walk and ended back at the visitor center where Geoff bought us a coffee to warm us up. I really can’t say enough about Geoff making our only full day in Salisbury a memorable one! I will definitely recommend this tour and your company!

We reviewed trip advisor comments regarding this company and booked this excursion with them. After completing our cruise, we were met at the port by Dave Hatchett and had the most enjoyable and enlightening tour of the countryside. Dave was most enthusiastic about Salisbury, the highlights and also advised us as to how to get the most out of Stonehenge. He was knowledgeable and most accommodating. I was looking forward to a day tour of Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, and Old Sarum but I never could have imagined how much more we saw and learned from Sebastian. We first got a driven tour of Salisbury with all sorts of interesting facts and then onto the Cathedral where we had plenty of time to explore. Then Sebastian took our group around the countryside to see (and thoroughly explain) things like the thatched roofs and even got a glimpse of Sting's house. Stonehenge was wonderful with Sebastian's added history and color and then again we were surprised to get a drive out to see and explore Woodhenge (I had never heard of this) and get glimpses of the neolithic walls before ending at Old Sarum. This tour was worth every penny and I can't recommend Sebastian enough!

Dave was excellent. He was funny and knowledgeable about the area. Dave shared many fun facts during the day. He allowed us to explore Stonehenge, Salisbury and old Sarum at our own pace. We never felt rushed while he waited for us. If you like exploring each major site on your own, this is the right tour for you. Dave was willing to add things to the tour if there was something special you wanted to see and do. We also explored the areas around Salisbury and was able to take some great photos! I highly recommend this tour. We could not have possibly seen all of this on our own. Thank you so much Dave!

What a great level of customer service this team provided us. Geoff worked with us to arrange our private tour (including an early AM pickup from LGW), and he was very patient with some scheduling ping pong on our end. Sebastian was our guide, and we can't recommend him highly enough! He had a great read on us, and what we found interesting, and we felt very catered to. (Plus a super comfy Mercedes sedan didn't hurt.) I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

We only had one day extra to see the area around Southampton - and this tour was perfect. We enjoyed a full day with Geoff despite the cold weather. The pace of the tour was good and level of detail matched our interest.

Four of us were staying in Southampton the day before a cruise. Geoff picked us up promptly in a very comfortable car. We first toured Salisbury Cathedral and surrounding area, and then to Stonehenge. Geoff was very informative and had a good sense of humor. He gave us a lot of history of the area. Very likeable man. Highly recommend him.

We spent a rather cold, rainy day with Geoff touring the Salisbury Cathedral, then Old Sarum, Woodhenge, and Stonehenge. It was the only day we could do the tour so we dressed for it and off we went. Geoff picked us up at our hotel in Salisbury and explained everything as we went. The cathedral is amazing and we learned details from him that we otherwise would have missed. As we drove from place to place he described interesting things to see along the way. He was a very personable tour guide, had a comfortable and clean car, was a good driver on those narrow roads, and we enjoyed spending the day with him. He delivered us back to our hotel at the end of the tour. He allowed plenty of time for us to linger at the things that interested us, so we never felt rushed. We enjoyed our tour and would recommend it.
